While the police department chose the tow company after my daughter’s accident, I was very happy with the service. Preston was so helpful with getting the totaled care all taken care of! I'm traveling in a 1992 Chevy that was converted into a school bus, which we then converted into an RV. All of a sudden, the battery completely stopped powering the vehicle and it would not turn on. Having seen other reviews, I contacted these guys. Preston not only gave me an accurate estimate on how long it would be until he could get to the campground I was at, but also gave suggestions on things to try before he arrived. When he did arrive, he was able to diagnose the issue, get it working, and went above and beyond to make the system safer to ensure I would not have bigger problems down the road. He even suggested a couple of places I could go to in town for even further work. Never have I had someone more knowledgeable, patient and willing to help. If you are having car trouble, Preston and Recovery Bros should be your first call.
Forget AAA Roadside Assistance, call these guys instead. Preston arrived very quickly and was extremely professional. Their rates are also very affordable. I can confidently say that if you are in the Grand Junction, CO area and need any roadside assistance, call Recovery Bros. without giving it a second thought. The best towing company I have ever dealt with in the Grand Valley. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Recovery Bros is amazing. Preston was just wonderful as I was having a small meltdown because my car just stopped on I70 outside of Parachute. He was up front about pricing. He called me when he got my car and was leaving. He was kind when dropping at the shop. It hard to find genuine people these days. I will recommend to all my friends.
These guys know what they are doing and are professional. I wanted to move my 91 Fatboy from storage to my garage so I could get her sparkly and thumping again. My experience with Recovery Bros was nothing less then amazing. Preston was the driver we had got in contact with about my truck needing to be pulled down off of the Mesa and back into grand junction. He was more than willing to help us with zero issues or complications. The price is probably the best bargain in town. I know for sure if I need anything more the Recovery Bros are who I will be contacting.

Preston was absolutely incredible! We broke down in Meeker at 9pm called a few local towing places, that told me they would not send a driver out that late at night…. Leaving my wife and me stranded in the side of the road. These guys did not hesitate to drive the 2 hours to come and get us and take us all the way back the Grand Junction Harley Davidson. We didn’t get back till 4 in the morning. Not only did they drop my bike at the dealership they gave us a ride to the hotel. If people still cared the way these guys care the world would be a better place.
We were extremely grateful for the professionalism and timeliness of the service Preston was great, and arrived within 20 minutes, which was a lifesaver what with the heat and a seven year old and a dog in the car.
Preston saved me, my wife and our baby girl from being stranded just outside Colorado. He came to our rescue and not only towed us he gave us a ride, hooked us up with his most trusted mechanics, and even helped us get a rental so we wouldn't be without transportation, even when everyone was shut down for the 4th of July he did not stop until we were taken care of. Very helpful and thankfully available on such a busy holiday weekend. I needed to have a tire replaced, but instead I was able to get a full set of new tires for my SUV. Luckily the place I had originally called about tire replacement was somewhere he had done business in the past and it was a much easier process than I thought it would be. Thank You so much for everything. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who may need help with their vehicle.

Preston was out at my location within about 45 minutes from the initial call. I was a half mile off the nearest real road. Made a wrong turn at night time trying to camp in my Ford Transit and got stuck on a 4 wheeling road. My vehicle was stuck on dirty in the middle, he got me out with realistically 0 damage. Couldn't be more thankful I thought this would cost 4 times as much. Great service.
