Great service I the dark cold morning when I suddenly suffered a tire blowout. I appreciate the prompt fast service which was provided with good humor and professional efficiency.
We had an issue with changing a tire in a rental car at around 11PM. Benjamin came out within 20-30 minutes (about the estimation given by the operator) was super fast and friendly. Even though we were frustrated because we were driving a lot that day and just wanted to get home and now we had this tire issue, he really put us in a better mood because of how friendly and quick he was.

Here comes a experience that many may find hard to believe or comprehend..I certainly did. My 9 month pregnant daughter had car trouble so needed a tow to Firestone in Grand Junction CO. So she called these guys and they towed her from the Redlands to Firestone. Once there ..Firestone told us that they cannot address the issue and it needed to be towed to the Suburu dealership instead. These guys came back, and towed her car to the dealership. Why one star you may ask? The drive from Firestone to the Suburu dealership is one minute. SIXTY SECONDS and they charged my about to give birth any second daughter $100. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a 60 second tow. Just like the Nicholas Cage movie..”Gone in sixty seconds “…except new title is “$100 gone in sixty seconds” I’ll play devils advocate here: They had to hook up car again and unhook it at the dealership. They had to maybe bring back a driver that was on another job Insurance issues where the first tow may have been covered. NONE of these scenarios can overcome this combination of Scrooge and Grinch $100 money grab on a young expectant soon to be mom for a one minute distance tow. Despicable is an understatement. Obviously, would never recommend these guys to my worst enemy.
We were traveling through Grand Junction on a Friday evening when all 5 studs sheared of the right wheel of our camper. I contacted D & J and was told it would be at least 2 hours since all truck were busy. I told Jasmine that I would contact other companies. About 15 minutes later, Jasmine called back stating it would only be an hour. I had already found a different tow company. How many companies would reach out to ensure I had found a tow and didn't need a tow? Thank you to D & J for ensuring we were set.
