Account rep is horrible at communication, billing and information provided is a joke. I have been using their Bins for a year and clearly explained what I needed it for when I set up account. We have NEVER been told there is a minimum or TOLD any information or policies for that matter EVEN after asking. No one has contacted us in months us or communicates I asked to get pricing and billing explained months ago and never heard back. Had it dumped once it is now full again and the rep randomly came in being weird and passive claiming nothing has happened with the bin yet it was full when he came in and was emptied in JULY... Because he doesn't communicate and keep up with his clients he is blaming his disorganized problems on the small businesses trying to use their services. Filling bin twice a year and billing me $1000 for transport for one bin and are claiming we do not dump enough metal for them. Money hungry, disorganized and arrogant. Instead of having a discussion or attempting to explain their policies the passive agressive rep chose to be short and rude while acting like they are too good to work with us. Maybe start with explaining how you operate, try emailing or calling sometime...
I thought I was cheated, but after clarification and some great customer service from the fellas there every thing was clear and made sense thanks guys.
Needed to recycle a window air conditioning unit, and checking around, the cost was going to be $50-$134. Wow! But Western Metals Recycling to the rescue. You can drop off intact ac units for free. Of course, I highly recommend Western now...

Turned in my Aluminum cans have a large rolling bin to put them in making it more convenient and the guy taking the cans came out and pushed the cart in for me. Got a receipt for $1.92 and when thecashier gave me the final receipt they rounded up the amount to $2.00 even. Quick and easy process great service!
