Chris was super helpful, I borrowed an OBD (I think it stands for “Old Birty Dastard”? jkjk), he searched the fault code but it wasn’t in their system. Instead of leaving it there, he took the time to research it on the internet, and even printed some stuff out for me. Thanks again dude!
I have always loved the O'Reilly team, no matter where , however when one opened up in the town I live in... I was very excited, they really do keep the O'Reilly name alive by doing such a fantastic job and always having everything that is needed!!!!
Tim and the other guys working at this place are pure angels. My engine misfired and they were able to help me identify the problem. Even though they weren’t able to touch my engine (for legal reasons) they were able to explain to me how to get started and what parts I needed. I got to change out spark plugs for the first time anyway. I recommend these guys for any auto repair parts and questions!
The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I used to do my business at Napa but not anymore.There's no comparison as far as staff goes.The peeps at Napa are okay but the folks at O'Reilly make you feel welcome and get you the answers you need.
I was in need of a windshield chip repair kit and the gentleman up front asked if I needed assistance, I said I needed a UV flashlight to cure the resin in the kit because of the lack of sunlight and he knew exactly where it was. Friendly and speedy service.
Joe has helped my husband and myself the last two days when we were having what turned out to be battery trouble.
