I brought my dodge dually in 2 months ago for a tire rotation, they clamped my polished wheels from the wrong side and damaged them. they said they would take care of it. Been 2 months now and not a word.
They patch tires for free. But look. WHILE they patched my tire for free, they treated me like I was paying. Wish I lived in Colorado because I don't want to ever take my truck anywhere else.
Randy and team did a great job with tire rotation and oil change on my modified 2016 ;Runner. They let me know that the front upper ball joints were in need of replacement, likely due to my truck modifications. Really great to have someone looking out for my vehicle safety. Thanks. Ed Price
Very competitive pricing and great customer service. Will not be going back to Les Schwab in the future. :) Called to replace two tires and they had the tires in the next day and put them on the same day they received them and squeezed me in right before they closed. Will be back.
Bought a used vehicle and 2 weeks later stopped in with a 4 inch bolt stuck in tire. They fix flats for free. Returned 2 weeks later with a slow leak in different tire. Had to return next day and got 4 new tires installed. Return business for good service folks, its real.
Friendly service and reasonable prices compared to other shops online. Convenient hours, including being open on Sunday. Location was easy to get to and get out of after the service was complete.
Got me in 30 minutes before close with no appointment after an emergency flat,, fixed my tire in less than 20 minutes and they were so kind the whole time! Had a great experience and they didn’t even charge me since I bought the tires there a few months back!

Working with Carlos was hands down my single easiest experience in the realm of dealing with car maintenance and repair. I desperately needed 4 new tires on my car and they were able to get this done in 30 minutes, and on a Sunday no less! Truly a fantastic experience - I will be returning, even though I live in Fort Collins.

Had an alignment done here, didn't take too long, even though they didn't pull my car in until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Seating for customers to wait, all went well or so it seemed, when checking out I was told my bearings needed to be repacked. I had my mechanic check them, and they were actually recently replaced and were just fine !! Kinda scammy !!
I took my van in, to have them repair a tire with a screw in it, I specifically had said, driver side back tire is the only one I would like replaced. They started taking off the right rear tire, broke 3 studs, we called them, an hour and 45 minutes later after being quoted 1.5-2 hours, that is when they told us about the studs, then while fixing the studs, it looked like they hit the hub with a hammer to get it off and ended up breaking the hub. So after being promised 10:30 the NEXT DAY, they call us at almost 4 to tell us it's done. When I get there to pick it up. It was the wrong tire the whole time. The screw was still in the tote I asked for replacement. My invoice said LR "tire repair". But they fixed the right for no reason. Then I call back upset and yelling and Tony tells me to take it in person so I do. He proceeds to come outside with me, gets in my face and starts yelling at me in front of my kids, I understand I shouldn't have been yelling on the phone but I am a customer. I should be treated with respect and they should have done what I asked of them to begin with. Not cause damage to my vehicle and cause me to miss appointments because they did the wrong thing
They got us in at the last minute. We were in Estes for a wedding and it was happening 4 hours when I called. They said bring it in at 1:30 and we’ll get you in and hopefully on the road with time to make it back. I can’t stress how much it meant to have a repair shop say we got you in such a stressful situation. Thank you!
I always come to this place. Great customer service. Today I went to pay for a tire repair and Cameron told me not to worry about it. This is where I buy all my tires and this is why I buy them here.
I trusted these guys based on experience from my wife's family who have been coming here for years. Now I have my own story, and my own sense of trust.
Things started out with a mistake. But a true test of character is how a mistake gets handled. They owned up to it, apologized to me in person, and then went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service at a discount. I'm guessing that, with this particular transaction, they lost some money. But they are also smart enough to know that a repeat customer is worth that investment. They will make up for it in the long run because they've gained my trust and future business.

Excellent customer service. They repaired my tire quickly and I was back on the road in no time at all. Even though I didn’t purchase my tires there, they treated me well. I’ll definitely go back!
Stopped in to get a flat tire repair on a Sunday and they took care of it right away and to top it off, it was FREE! The staff is great here. I’ve done an oil change here as well and it’s always great, friendly service.
Amazing service and hard to find prices! They rotated my tires for free in under an hour and were super friendly. I will definitely be continuing to go here in the future :)
I can’t say enough about how much Carlos at this location helped me out. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat tire that couldn’t be repaired. Unfortunately this shop didn’t have the tire to replace it and I ended up meeting for tires. Due to the fact that I do not live in the area and this organization does not have any Shops where I live. I ended up not buying the four tires there because I wanted to buy the tire warranty that is offered. Even with that the crew here really stepped up to help me out and I am eternally thankful and grateful for their help! Highly recommend, if I could give them 10 stars I would!
I've been going here for 20+ years and they always treat me great. I came in for a flat repair and was taken in quickly and the repair was done free of charge. The team here is always awesome and makes sure everything is great before you drive away. When I worked with he public downtown and people asked about where to get tire work done I always told them and still do recommend TNT or Big Brand Tires on Lincoln st.
Friendly staff. On time with service. Not a lot of wheel and tire places that can handle wider wheels and tires, but they did a fantastic job. No nicks or scratches. Highly recommend.
I took my car because I had a flat tire, they told me they have to replace because it can’t be fixed so I’m thinking I’m glad I bought the extended warranty, when I go and pick my car up they charge me $120 because I have to buy another warranty for the new tire so every time it needs to be replaced I’ll have to pay again and again what kind of warranty is this, it’s just a scam and to finish it off I get in my car and drove for a couple miles my car is telling me that every tire has a different psi front tires 39-35 back tires 38-35, I guess they couldn’t even check all the tires to see if everything was right and safe this is a mediocre customer service. I’m sorry I ever went to this place.
I work on all of my vehicles but there are things I cannot do like alignment and tires. This is one of the only honest shops left sad to say. Randy is such a great person to work with on my projects. You won’t regret coming here for what you need. They really do care and treat you right.
I've been going to these guys over at Big O tires of Loveland Colorado for many years now. I'm always appreciative of the care these guys have with my vehicles. Ray has been my main point of contact and has become a good friend of mine over the years. He's a great guy and knows his business when it comes to Tires and wheels! I highly recommend him. In fact everyone over at this store does a great job and has great customer service traits. Can't say enough guys! Another well done job. Highly recommended!!
