Had an alignment done here, didn't take too long, even though they didn't pull my car in until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Seating for customers to wait, all went well or so it seemed, when checking out I was told my bearings needed to be repacked.
I had my mechanic check them, and they were actually recently replaced and were just fine !!

They got us in at the last minute. We were in Estes for a wedding and it was happening 4 hours when I called. They said bring it in at 1:30 and we’ll get you in and hopefully on the road with time to make it back. I can’t stress how much it meant to have a repair shop say we got you in such a stressful situation. Thank you!

Stopped in to get a flat tire repair on a Sunday and they took care of it right away and to top it off, it was FREE! The staff is great here. I’ve done an oil change here as well and it’s always great, friendly service.

Amazing service! They were able to repair a tire which the dealer would not repair and recommend replacing all tires although 4/32 tread remaining. Great to have someone who can fix and not only replace! Thanks so much!
They do great work on tires and alignments, They usually have pretty good deals going on there too to bring your total down. I would definitely steer clear of any other work outside of tires and alignment work though because their parts are always pricy but still 10/10 tire shop would recommend
Friendly staff. On time with service. Not a lot of wheel and tire places that can handle wider wheels and tires, but they did a fantastic job. No nicks or scratches. Highly recommend.
I've gone to Big O for most of my tire needs. Earlier today, I found a nail in my tire that was nearly flat. I called and Cameron answered and was able to fit me in. I was in and out within 15 minutes and they didn't charge me for the service. Helpful and polite, I recommend!
