If you are able, bring your vehicle here. Jarod is the most knowledgeable auto-mechanic I have ever worked with. I've been bringing my jeep here for a while. He quickly diagnoses the problem, explains the solution and fixes it if you wish. If you go in for regular maintenance, he will bullet point any issues, but will not push them on you to be fixed. He just explains the issue and what it means and will provide recommendations.
I just brought my jeep in this morning for what I thought was an issue. He diagnosed, found normal behavior, and then explained in detail what was going on. In and out, no problem.

Though an advanced diagnostic, they were able to advise me that my motor was beyond repair. Though they were unable to help me with my destroyed engine, they were kind enough to tell me the honest truth - that it was ruined, rather than "trying to fix it" and charging me for work they knew wouldn't help. They were also very compassionate during a highly emotional time. I truly appreciate these guys.
Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed my vehicle shake as a tire balance issue and $50 fix @ discount tire where all others were trying for alignment issues and even axel problems. Very friendly staff and great prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this shop for your vehicle maintenance. They care to get you safely back on the road not just to collect an invoice from you.
I just had my first experience with Alexander’s. The service was quick and competitively priced. The staff was very much polite, professional, respectful and eager to share their knowledge, helping me decide which repairs need to be done versus what can wait. I absolutely recommend them and will be back for future repairs.

These guys are great! Especially Jarrod who helped me out. I was across the street getting a new battery for my vehicle. You would think it be a simple swap of batteries but nope the new battery terminals we're in a different spot and I tried to stretch the wires a little to fit and in doing so pulled out a wire that ultimately wouldn't let me now start my car. I managed to limp it across the street to Alexander's automotive and even though they we're very busy. They took the time out of there day to help me and got the battery and wires in there nice and snug and I was out the door in no time. These days not many people would go out of there way like this. So they have my business whenever I need any car repairs I will be calling these guys for sure!
I couldn't get my Nissan pathfinder to pass emissions it failed 3 times with the numbers being almost quadruple the limit and after trying to figure it out, took it to Alexander's Automotive and had Jarrod look at it. Turns out I had two O2 sensors mixed up and I also had a bad mass air flow sensor. They fixed the sensors and replaced the mass air flow sensor and my vehicle finally passed emissions. Jarrod also determined that my cats are clogged and will need replaced in the future. Jarrod was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be using him from now on.
This review is overdue. Al and his crew have always done right by me. No repair is cheap, but they do their best, and have even replaced parts without charging me if/when they catch something. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I hope these guys stay in business for a good long while.
Amazing shop. They make sure you are good to go and don't pull any of those high priced scams that dealerships do. You will know you are in good hands when you get your car worked on here.
I'm not sure if the guy just doesn't know what he's doing or if he just likes to rip his customers off because I had a huge oil leak and he told me it was $1,100 to fix it and then after that of course came back and said oh now it needs an oil pan for another 1,200 I would have never gotten the $1,100 in repairs if I didn't eat that much more work but according to him he didn't know that either. As a mechanic isn't that his job to know that had the vehicle for weeks. Stay away

I needed a lot of work done on my old 2003. Jackson's was patient with me as the shock wore off as I absorbed the news of the repairs and costs involved. I'm now back in my car and I'm glad I went ahead with the repairs. It's running great and I'm glad to not have to pay for a new to me used vehicle. That would have been much more expensive, not only in money but in peace of mind.
Update: I've been going here for years now and they take very good care of my vehicles and research ways to save me money. I always recommend them!
I wish I could give Jackson's 10 stars! I had Al and his team work on my Camry and they did a phenomenal job! They are honest and kept in contact with me to let me know if there were any potential extra expenses. They were very informative and they were patient to answer any questions I had. Can not recommend enough!
I stopped because my tire low light came on. I'm from the East Coast (NH) here visiting, so this was a rental. I stopped at 3 gas stations, only to find there was no air pumps at any of them. Jackson's not only aired up 1 but fixed the pressure in all 4. And no charge. That was so very nice! Thanks to the Jackson's Automotive family for the great service!
Honest hard working people they continue to work on the problem until it's fixed without charging you for all the labor. Try to find a mechanic shop that will do that. Good luck. I had the dreaded wrench light come on my 2010 f 150 which doesn't tell you what part is bad. Great design . They worked 3 weeks to find the problem most shops would burn your truck by then. I guess the bottom line is I'm 73 yrs old and never found a honest shop like this. Thanks Al truck works great
Minor problem with taillights. Fixed quickly and professional. I have taken my vehicles there for several years. Great service, professional, courtesy, and great people to work with. I trust my vehicles to be well taken care of. Highly recommend Jackson's Automotive to anyone.
We bought a Pacifica and took it to them for an inspection. Dan went through it and printed out as list of everything that needed to be done. Timing belt, front end, etc. He even recovered a couple credit cards that had fallen through the crack in my console for me. Although the repair cost was $1000 more than the estimate (which I wasn't prepared for) the work they did was performed expertly and we are confident that the vehicle will last for many more miles to come. The alternator went out two weeks later through no fault of the shop. My husband replaced it and that should be it for awhile. With the cost of the vehicle and the repairs we are right at current blue book value. We couldn't be happier with Dan @ Jackson's Automotive. He is our go to guy from here on. Integrity is priceless and Dan has an abundance. Thanks Dan!
