Got my glass replaced on my iPhone 15. They were able to get me right in and had my phone done the same day. No need to schedule an appointment like the big box stores and the price was right. Thank you Batteries+!

I've had 3 horrible experiences over the last 3 weeks. I went in on a Sunday right when they opened and Joseph had just got a burrito from big city and I needed a new port. He told me it takes 2 1/2hrs and he didn't have time. I honestly think he just wanted to eat his burrito. I then went in yesterday another Sunday at 1:30 and a sign was on the door they were gone for lunch so wasted time and gas driving there just to have to go back. When I went back with a battery I needed replaced Joseph again said it would take 2 1/2 hrs and he didn't have the time. No wander you can only employee 1 person because he keeps turning all your business away. Also We went and got the batteries we needed and my husband did it himself in 1hr.

Called this store twice at 11am on a Thursday. No one answered either call or called back. I would recommend any other battery store! These people clearly do not care about the business and most definitely don't care about their customers.

Excellent service and super easy replacement when bringing in a warranty issue. The gents at the Loveland and Ft Collins stores always treat me with respect and share their knowledge freely. I've been purchasing our car, truck and RV batteries at these two stores for over 20 years.

I bought a new car battery here. My old one was extremely nasty, yet the manager here made an extra effort to remove it personally and at no cost to me. Their prices are very competitive especially given the free installation, and most of their car batteries are made in America (for those who care about that). Excellent service and prices. Recommend.

My wife’s battery died at work and it was just a few stores down from where she works Casey helped jump her car then helped install a new battery hands down the best customer service around we greatly appreciate everything and are now customers for life. Thank you Casey for going the extra mile so late in the day.

The young lady that helped me exchange my motorcycle battery was amazing. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend the Loveland batteries plus location.

Disappointed. We went there for advice on a lithium ion battery for our RV refrigerator. They recommended the X2Power 12V 125Ah Marine Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Deep Cycle Battery w/Bluetooth. Pulled it up on their app and said it shows it's fully charged. We said the app idea is awesome because we can check it from our house (an hour away) to see if it's staying charged. They were like...yeah. But when we got home and pulled it up it showed only 50% so I don't know if they were pulling up another battery that was near it. 5 days later, we went to our RV storage place to check the battery and zero charge left. We had everything turned off except the refrigerator (not full size),& even unplugged the radio. And the Bluetooth is a joke. You can't save the batteries so you could be pulling up someone else's battery nearby, but you're probably not going to pull up any battery that isn't within a few hundred feet so it's not something you can check from a distance. Then when we tried to call them to say we were having problems pulling it up on Bluetooth app from any distance more than a couple of feet and also that the battery was dead, they were no help and said the app is someone else's app so they don't even know anything about it. It's frustrating when they're all gung-ho about it at the store and then when there's a problem they suddenly know nothing about it and can't help. So I thought I would post this review in hopes that it might save someone else time. We ended up returning the battery.

Casey has been my go-to guy for every low voltage question; phone, in store, whatever. Al the staff is terrific at answers, and if it's something they're not sure about or don't know , they SAY so. Lord, I love their help and honesty.

I called to find out some information on some A+B Led tubes. Well. I guess I can't rate their customer service because they don't answer their phone. I also cannot leave a message because they are far too busy to empty their voice mail. Tells me they don't even check it. I called 4 times with no answer. How does a business sustain with no customer service at all? After reading the reviews ot seems like they like to tell people to call the manager. HELLO! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!

Very convenient - ordered some 12v 10ah batteries of a name brand that "the big website" doesn't carry (and the ones I bought from "the big website" had died, very prematurely), and was able to walk in the same afternoon and pick them up. Friendly staff assisted immediately (unlike "the big home supply store", where you can wander around for an hour without getting help), and I was able to recycle my old batteries that had gone bad far too quickly right then and there without any fuss.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. My gf went to get her phone screen fixed because she had gotten it fixed here before and when she had gotten it back the screen was damaged. She went back to get it fixed because it was a faulty screen repair and it was before her 6 months warranty ended. Tell me why they refused to honor the warranty and then said that they couldn’t even replace it for free because there is a two centimeter, hairline fracture of a crack in the bottom corner of her screen. A crack that, just a reminder, was THEIR FAULT. Upon attempting to explain this to the employee, his attitude changed dramatically and he refused to fix it for free (AS THE WARRANTY STATES HE SHOULD) and proceeded to tell her it would cost $175 to fix. Almost $200 to fix what is essentially a scratch and should be covered by warranty. Upon refusing to pay that much to have her screen repaired, the employee became incredibly rude and dismissive. When my gf arrived back home she was distraught so naturally I called the store to ask why they wouldn’t cover her warranty. The employee was blunt and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. I then handed my gf the phone because I was getting too upset to speak to this employee and he accused her of cussing him out and then when I defended my gf saying that she had done no such thing, and that HE was the one raising his voice at US. He simply stated “I’m not arguing with you” and then HUNG UP the phone! My gf then called the Denver location because the Loveland location was being so uncooperative. They said that this store has a history of treating their customers this way and as a result, many are forced to journey to Downtown Denver where they are so incredibly nice, customer service is spectacular, and the warranty is HONORED. Do better please, the fact that the sister store in Denver is saying how long this has been happening to customers is just ridiculous.

I went over to purchase a watch battery today. The salesman told me they didn’t have that watch battery, their vendor hasn’t sent it in. No problem, I thought. But he went on to tell me that they actually do have that battery. It’s just in the back and unwrapped. So he can’t sell me a battery that doesn’t come in the package. Not sure why he would tell me that they did have the product I was looking for. I just couldn’t buy it. This seems to be the opposite of customer service to me. I don’t think I will be going back.

Replaced my iPhone 6S battery. This team is experienced and competent. Same day appointment, battery was in stock, only took 30 minutes. Replaced my screen at no extra cost after it became delaminated during the process (this is an older phone and this is not uncommon). Much better service than from the so-called "Geniuses" at the Apple Store.

Highly recommend - I was able to order a new battery for my car and have it available for pickup the same day, they were even able to install it for me free of charge. The employees are very friendly and helpful as well as professional. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing new batteries whether they're for home use or needing a new car battery. Thank you guys for your amazing service!

I asked if they could replace the battery in my Bulova watch. After about 5 minutes of trying to replace the battery they said the minute hand had fallen off. I told them a broken watch is useless with a new battery so please take your battery out now that it’s broken. I sent in my Bulova for repair and they said the crown had been bent. My guess is the person taking my watch apart damaged it as I had never had an issue with the watch before. Acted like “it just happened.” I will not be going back for a watch battery or for any battery in the future. As per the automated reply message about calling our manager to talk with us after my review, I decided to do so. I called and they put me on hold for 11 minutes. I then hung up and called back and they asked again to put me on hold. I told them I was already on hold for 11 minutes and the person said, "Sorry we're kind of busy right now and I can't talk on the phone." I've just lowered my review from two stars to one star.

Love this place! They are so nice and very helpful! Last week, I got my watch battery replaced under my lifetime warranty. Today, my car fob low battery alert came on & got it and my garage remote changed. I didn't get the fob a lifetime warranty because I only have a 3 year lease.

The web site was very easy to use and helpful in identifying exactly how much my battery replacement would cost. Making an appointment was a snap and the whole process exceeded my expectations. There was even a $10 coupon for the job. My phone battery was replaced promptly by a courteous and knowledgable technician. There is nothing not to like about this experience. Recommended!

My oldest son received an Anki Cozmo robot about 5 years ago and when his younger brother turned three, he handed it down to him. This little robot has been played with so much and there are not made anymore. We ordered a battery replacement online and we tried to see if we could do it ourselves, but we’re too concerned with breaking him. I took a chance and walked into this store with my three year old while he called it the Cozmo Doctor. The person who helped us was fantastic. I think his name started with a T and it wasn’t on my receipt but he deserves all the praise. He took a chance for us when we were desperate for a solution and executed it flawlessly. Lucas and I can’t thank you enough!!

This place has what you need and battery needs if they don’t have it, they’ll tell you where to find it. Economical offbrand batteries that work better than some of the name brands at half the price. Excellent customer experience and they know their products.
