I wouldn't take my Toyota FJ Cruiser anywhere else. O.E Auto Glass is like a nostalgic blast from the past, where everyone from the administrative professionals to the service technicians are nice, welcoming, knowledgeable, punctual, and committed to doing things right. I have had 3 different severe rock chips fixed here, and O.E. repaired them even when I worried the damage was so severe as to be irrepairable. Fair, transparent pricing, and pleasant professionals make this my go-to shop.
Shops like these are where details matter and they did just that! i had a rock chip and was settled on getting a new windshield but after lots of communication between the service desk and myself, I ended up coming by before my appointment and taking a look at the windshield they ordered for me, it wasn’t in the best condition but after looking at my rock chip, I had a good conversation with the tech who serviced it and he kept it transparent with me that it would be better to just patch it. I was in and out within 20 minutes and he even cleaned off my whole windshield for me! Exceptional service from staff and techs, get your windshields repaired and replaced here!

The absolute best auto glass guys ever. They are on top of their game and always give the best service. They are honest and genuine people. I've gotten 3 new windshields and have had multiple strong crack repairs from these guys. They don't try to rip you off like the rest do. I hope they never change. Absolutely fantastic company, I would give them 1000 stars if I could! I dropped my wedding ring in the vent of my car, and these gentlemen were able to replace my cracked windshield for free with my insurance, and in return go for a scavenger hunt for my wedding ring. We used O.E for our Class A motorhome winshield replacement. They worked with our insurance, told us what to expect wait time with insurance company. Scheduling us was quick and they were able to get us in and done in less than a day. Gave us thorough aftercare instructions. Very professional, informative. Definitely recommend for any type of windshield repair.

This place is magnificent. I had to have my windshield replaced about a week ago and the guys arrived on time, were very friendly, professional and were done with a flawless install in less than 30 minutes, even taking the time to vacuum out my vehicle. We had our rear glass shattered completely and no other glass repair company had any space open for days and even weeks. We looked around and saw OE Autoglass and took a chance. Best thing we could've done. Paris helped us set up everything and quoted us the exact amounts after tax. Love it. Amazing crew had us out in under an hour and were very kind. We will be coming back.
Paris was so nice. They accidentally listed it as a windshield replacement and it was a rare-windshield replacement. But they were very apologetic and so nice and they even wrapped the glass for us for free! Plus they listed it for the next day conveniently and I got candy!
Highly Recommend O.E. Auto Glass.....Paris and the crew are amazing! Paris had to jump thru hoops to get my windshield and didn't settle on a cheaper option. I first talked with Marlon, the owner and he took the time to educate me on the difference between cheap windhields and OEM-quality glass. I had no idea what a difference it could make. I really appreciated that he not only explained everything, I could tell that he didn't want to offer cheap, inferior products that would be more likely to crack and chip and worse yet, could endanger me. He pointed out that my vehicle was rigorously tested with crash-test dummies using a certain standard of glass and when the glass is replaced with any old cheap piece of glass, it can radically change the overall safety of the vehicle. Afterall, the car was never tested by Toyota with cheap glass. Plus, oftentimes, installers skip the recallibration process so the latest technology like lane assist etc. are no longer accurate or even working. That wasn't such a concern for me though as my vehicle is old enough that it doesn't have any of that fancy technology built into the windshield.
After talking with Marlon, I scheduled the appointment with Jennie who was super friendly and she confirmed that her guys would come to my office to do the windshield replacement. I was really pleased that they were willing to come to Fort Collins, since they are located in Loveland, down on Highway 402. She needed my VIN to make sure that she ordered the right windshield glass and that was it. It was really easy to set up. Jennie made sure that everything was lined up and yesterday, right at 4:00pm, the phone rang and Yusuf said he was waiting in the parking lot so I went down to meet him and unlock my car. I really appreciated that they were prompt. So many times, companies give you a window of time, but they said 4:00 and they showed up at 4:00. Yusuf was really friendly and said it would take them about 35-40 minutes to complete the windshield installation. Sure enough, my phone rang again after 40 minutes and they said they were all done. I went down and he explained that I'd need to keep the windows cracked for the next few hours so that pressure inside the car wouldn't break the sealant. The installation was perfect. There was no mess in my car which surprised me. Since my windshield was pretty badly broken, I expected to find some glass shards, but the dash was spotless. Yusuf had remounted my remote start, my C470 toll pass and even my oil change sticker.
I think what has impressed me most of all, even more than the great customer service and flawless installation, is the fact the OE Autoglass really cares about quality. Their commitment to using the best OEM glass made the difference for me. We have several other vehicles that will be needing their windshields replaced soon and I will definitely call Marlon and his team.

We had a back window and a front window done by this company and they are simply amazing. A little background. My son's back window was leaking and we shopped around and pretty much everywhere we went they told us they couldn't just fix the leak. They had to replace the whole thing which was going to cost around $700-900 depending on who you went with. We ran into O.E auto class at a festival and figured checking them out for a quote. We explained the situation on my son's truck and the owner of the company was there and completely blew my mind telling me they could probably fix the seal and reuse the original glass. If not replacing the glass was still a reasonable price I was happy with. On the day of our appointment we dropped off the truck as it was going to be a couple hours before it was done. They called to let me know it was ready and I asked about the glass. Not only did they fix the seal but was able to use the original glass saving us hundreds of dollars for this fix. They are honest and trustworthy and that's hard to come by anymore these days. We have been telling friends and family about this company and we don't do that unless we are very pleased with the company! Thank you O E Auto Glass and staff!
I can’t say enough good things about Marlon and his staff. As someone who grew up in Loveland, it’s really good to see that honesty and integrity still exist in the community. On top of their commitment to customer service, Marlon and his team clearly know what they’re doing. In fact, I ended up at O.E. because the two shops I called in town (Windsor) told me he was the best. Says a lot when their competitors are referring customers to them! And, the end result is nothing short of perfect so I now understand why. If you’re looking for an honest shop with a master technician at the helm, O.E. should be your first call.
My VW ID4 needed the windshield replaced. An electronic control panel has to be removed to replace the windshield. After the windshield was replaced, Marlon told me they couldn’t get the SOS light to turn green. I asked Marlon if they had done a windshield for the ID4 before and received annoyance of his shop does too many cars to know specific brands. I left the shop, and the SOS light reset itself. Over the weekend I tried closing my roof shade to find the electronic control panel wasn’t working. I contacted OE auto about the problem and was brushed off that they would reach out when they had time. I called an hour later, Marlon explained that he contacted the dealership, and the dealership said this happens all the time. Marlon would order a new one and have it installed. Wednesday, I received a call to have the new part installed. OE is in no rush to install the part, and I had to push back on getting it fixed ASAP since OE broke the original. When the car came in to get repaired, it was reiterated that this is a common mistake; however, the installer wasn’t treated as if this was a common mistake. The installer had to pay for the part replacement. Seems a bit harsh for a “common issue”.
I have no desire to speak with the owner on this issue. I’m letting others know my experience and make their own choices.

These guys pulled off an incredible custom job on my FJ Cruiser. Working with the windows on the FJ is notoriously tricky because of those pesky side panels where the clips tend to break. But these pros replaced them so flawlessly that even a year later when I needed to make some modifications, I couldn't remove them myself! I went back to them and not only did they help me remove the panels, but they also allowed me to finish up my mods and then reinstalled the window panels with precision. That level of customer service is rare to find nowadays. Huge thanks to the team at OEM Glass for going above and beyond!
11/21/23 I went to the Mariah Carey Christmas concert. I walked out to a vandalized car. My back passenger window was smashed to pieces. Glass was everywhere. It was a loud, extremely cold and windy hour drive home last night. I called around to multiple window replacement shops, and the earliest available appointment was December 7th. There is snow on the horizon, and my baby girls would have been frozen. Waiting a week to have my car window fixed would have been a painful torcher. I sent a message to the *best lady* and owner of OE Autoglass. OE Auto Glass found a window, had the window delivered to their shop, squeezed my car in to be fixed, and cleaned up the massive amounts of shattered glass out of my babies car seats and the interior of my car with a smile -all done today. No, they didn't have the time, but they made time for me because they care about the people in their community. I was/am so grateful that I purchased roses. The biggest "Thank you" does not suffice.
Just got a new windshield installed today. Looks amazing and very happy with the service. Very responsive customer care and they worked with me to make it as convenient as possible around my odd schedule and helped me get a more affordable price. Also never felt pressured to upgrade, buy any unnecessary extras, and wasn't bombarded with emails like other companies after you request a quote. Would definitely recommend.
The bottom line: From first phone contact to drop off, wait time for vehicle to be finished, comfort and cleanliness of waiting area, fresh hot coffee, and last but not least, the quality of work and the cleanliness of my truck after the work was completed...this company earned every star and a few more if they were available! About an hour from start to finish and I was driving home with my truck and my clean and shiny, perfect, new windshield. When I first called O.E. Auto Glass to inquire about replacing the windshield near the end of the week I had an appointment for the morning only a few business days later. The owner, Marlon and his technicians, were curious about where I purchased my roof racks so he came over as the tech was finishing up to the waiting area and we had a nice chat about the truck, roof rack, off road adventures and life in general. The most genuine, friendly interaction I've had with a business owner in a long time! This being my fourth windshield repair/replacement in two years of living in Colorado I am pretty sure I will have the need to use their services again. The good news is I won't be researching for a glass repair shop if/when that happens. Kudos!
Oh my these guys are spot-on GREAT! Answer their phones, quick to schedule, came out to my vehicle and competent as they come. They made some massive dings disappear in my RV windshield. I will use them every time! I’m never calling the chain store again. Period.
I had an appointment at 4:30 and was running late. They closed at 5 and I didn't arrive until 4:50 thinking I would have to reschedule. No problem I was told and they were able to complete my repair and did it with a smile . I was very impressed with the young lady behind the counter and the owner as well. Bought a car that had a cracked windshield. I called the usual place I had used in the past, but their price seemed kind of high this time, so I started calling around. Never used OE before, so call to get an estimate, Chelsea answered the phone and was very friendly, told her I was looking for an estimate, she was able to give me one in less than 2mins and it was $200 less than the previous place. At first it caught me off guard that she did not ask if I wanted to go ahead and buy it from them, instead she just said they had availability in two days and if I preferred the appointment in the morning or afternoon. I had to think about it for a second, and decided since there price was affordable, availability was good, and Chelsea was driven to be a good sales person, I said why not and setup the appointment. Marlin showed up the day of, 5 mins early, he was friendly and ready to get going. In between him and his helper, they had the windshield replaced in about 40mins, and job looks well done. So far I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
