Poff's Auto Body did amazing work! They were extremely easy to get an estimate from and helped me through the whole process of working with insurance. Even though Poff’s couldn’t completely fix my car because they don’t paint tri/quad color, they took the time to make sure I left better than I came. When I drove up, I couldn’t open my front driver door and the dent in my car was hitting my wheel. Out of the kindness of their hearts, they took the time to get the dent out enough so I was able to drive for three weeks before I could get my car into another shop AND he helped salvage pieces that saved me hundreds of dollars! I highly recommend this auto body!

They did an AMAZING job fixing up my car after I got into an accident! I seriously couldn't have asked them to do a better job. They were always very nice when I called, and they explained everything that needed to be done. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to Poff's again.
We went in to get an estimate on some body and paint work for my 2007 mustang and we were told the job was too big. They only do insurance claims. Not impressed
I took my car in for an estimate after someone backed into me. Based on the estimate the car would have been totaled out by insurance so they did not actually work on my car but they were very thorough, efficient, and just great to work with when creating the estimate. I will definitely return in the future.
Awesome, had a difficult pearl color to match from hail damage and it appears perfect. I worked in A/B for a short time and I'll make this family run business my future choice. Thanks Todd and dudes that did a great job!

I have been going to Poff's for over 20 years, whenever I need body work done on my cars. I recently had damage to my Nissan Pathfinder's right rear panel worked on and could be happier with the result. I highly recommend Poff's to anyone who want a quality repair on their car.

Took my brand new WRX here after my dad suggested them when my car got hit and ran in a parking lot. He has very high standards when it comes to auto body work so it was a no brainer. Everyone there was really nice and they had my car done when i needed it back. The bumper looks amazing and they even painted my emblem gold to match my wheels. On top of all of that my car was fully detailed and washed before I picked it up. 10/10 recommend

Not only did they do an outstanding job on the body work, they also took the time to detail the inside of the vehicle. Poff's is amazing! Todd has been so helpful every time I have taken my families cars there. I have had trouble and shoddy work done at other shops in town, but never with Poff's! They also have the most friendly staff and an open family oriented office, including their four legged family. I will never use a different shop as long as I live here! Please make Poff's your auto body shop if you want to have a great friendly experience!
With all the body shops to choose from, this place was the right choice. They could have done what the insurance company estimated, however, they wanted to do the job right and had the adjuster come to their location to show them what really needed to be done. Very happy with a job done right.
If you need body work in Loveland, come HERE, even if you have to wait. Quality work at fair prices — best of all, they really know their way around all major insurance carriers (what a relief!)

I hit a deer and totaled my car. Given it's 14 years old, I called to see about an estimate. Todd was very helpful and gave me a lot of alternate options on what to do about it. Even though he was probably not going to make any money off me, he spent about 15 minutes giving me suggestions on what to do. That is the sign of good customer service!
I had a small job done at Poffs in Februray - the no-nonsense estimate was a little lower than other places, scheduling was flexible, the job was done a day early and looked perfect and I was very happy with the work.
