I was T-boned mid July and needed to have my car towed from the scene. Iron Mountain towing was the first on the scene and were incredibly gentle with my car to not further damage it even though it wasn’t driveable. When I went to go get the belongings out of my car I met with Kevin who went out of his way to help me handle the insurance company who I was dealing with. He walked me step by step on what I needed to do and the wonder front desk woman Janese even helped me write out an email to them! They both made the difficult situation I was in so much easier for me. My truck was brought here after a local car dealer had a minor accident with it when it was in for service. Iron Mountain was great to work with - awesome communication throughout the process, timely work, and most of all an OEM-level repair. The damage is simply gone and the paint work was superb, even with the tricoat. While I hope to not need their services again any time soon, this would be my local shop of choice for high-quality body work. Plus, they treat you like you're their only customer - it's a refreshing old-fashioned approach that more businesses need in this day and age!
Iron Mountain Towing recovered my vehicle from an accident and towed it to their collision facility. To preface, I did collision for many years and was already sure the vehicle was a total loss. When the vehicle got to their lot, they had technicians look over the vehicle and confirm it is a total loss as well. I decided to release to vehicle to insurance to get the paperwork moving along and Kevin, the owner of Iron Mountain, personally called me and expressed any and all concerns he had with the vehicle, how to handle insurance, gave advise on the situation as a whole, and even reassured that if I have ANY issues with the situation as a whole that I could gladly call him and even bring the vehicle back to them and they would tow it free of charge. Truly thankful for Kevin and his team. Extremely educated team that truly cares for you and your best interests. 40 years of experience truly shows even from conversations.

I stopped in to get a quote on a Friday afternoon for a trim piece for my ford limited, the quote was so good and the people were so friendly and helpful, I ended up leaving it there to get painted. Was told not woukd be about a week, which was no problem but I got a call on Monday mid morning that they were done with it and I could pick it up. When I got there they remembered my name and what part I was there to pick up. Turned out perfect and the price was actually cheaper than what I paid for the part. Would recommend 100%. Kind, courteous, professional, clean and well priced. Easy to find, easy to get in and out of.
After a frustrating accident where I hit one of those giant cement poles in a parking garage, my front bumper got pushed back into my door, making it almost impossible to open. I went to multiple places and got quotes that were absolutely ridiculous—$10,000 at one shop, $2,000 at another, and one place even suggested sawing off part of my door for $200 just so it would open (and look awful). I was getting desperate.

Driving down hwy 287 one day and a full can of pastel blue spray paint rolled under my tire. My nice clean, gunmetal colored car was now half pastel blue spray paint. I knew I had a short window of time to get it off. I stopped at the first auto body shop I found. I walked into Iron Mountain Collision where Heather greeted me. She was kind and understanding. She introduced me to Smokey. Smokey was awesome. He can out to the parking lot and proceeded to remove most of the spray paint with some of the materials the shop had on hand. This was a fairly time consuming process. After Smokey got most of the spray paint off, he and Heather brought me back to Chris in the detail department. Chris began to remove all the little specs of blue paint out of all of the nooks and crannies around the vehicle. Chris spent plenty of time of time scrubbing the blue paint out of each lug nut hole, door jams and seems around the vehicle. Aside from the undercarriage, the team at Iron Mountain Collision got all of the blue spray paint off, and they did it AT NO CHARGE! Amazing customer service, understanding and friendly people. Great quality work. I have never been to Iron Mountain before, but now, I’ll never go anywhere else.
Super professional organization! I walked in and was greeted with big smiles! And the place was clean and staff super friendly and easy to talk to and extremely helpful. They fixed my minor fender bender while I was there as just a walk-in customer. I think this is the best collision company I have ever worked with. Really would highly recommend these guys!

In the last two years I have taken two vehicles to Iron Mountain. The first was totaled, the second I just got back. With so much change and uncertainty in my life right now, and it was so good to know that I could trust them to take care of my vehicle. Now that I’m driving it again, I know it’s fixed RIGHT.
