When my truck was rear ended by an uninsured motorist my insurance company tried to push me to get it repaired at one of their preferred shops. Janese was a god send when dealing with my nightmare of an insurance company, and fought incredibly hard to make sure the insurance company covered every dime of the repairs. Heather kept me updated every step of the way. Those weekly updates are worth their weight in gold. Kevin is an insurance companie’s nightmare. He will make sure you are knowledgeable and know your rights in this entire process. Took my truck into Iron Mountain Collision for repair after a lady rear ended my husband in a round about. They were on it from the moment I walked in the door. Took over the claim..got me a rental and dealt with the other insurance companies BS. The other insurance came back with an extremely low bid to repair my truck saying I can use after market parts (basically not replacing with OEM parts). NOPE...Heather and Janese are amazing. They went after the other insurance and didnt back down. Got my truck back yesterday and I have same bumper and exhaust that were damaged. Would highly recommend Iron Mountain Collision. We have a program called People Helping People. Unfortunately someone ran a red light and hit the front section causing considerable damage. We were crushed. Kevin Rowley explained what would need to be done, how long it would take, etc I’m a very understandable way. Ancelmo Mendoza, the Fleet Shop Manager, was very helpful not only overseeing the work and explaining things every step of the way, but he also got the parts ordered and the job completed in a timely manner before the truck had to be used for a charity auction. They did a beautiful job and I am so grateful! I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, personality ( bedside manner) and excellence in doing such an amazing job. You can’t even tell anything happened to it.
Iron Mountain Collision is, without question, one of the best collision centers I have ever dealt with. I want this review to stand out because Kevin, the owner, and his entire team truly set the standard for integrity, professionalism, and compassion in this industry.
State Farm tried to lowball me, delay my claim, and make the entire process as difficult as possible. They did everything they could to prevent progress. But Kevin and his team refused to let me get pushed around. They documented every issue, fought for me, and made sure nothing was overlooked — even after State Farm denied repairing or properly totaling my vehicle.
What really impressed me was their honesty. Iron Mountain didn’t hit me with outrageous storage fees or take advantage of my situation. Instead, they stepped up. They even ordered a new fender, painted it, and installed it for me as a favor. That kind of integrity is rare, and it speaks volumes about who they are.
But the part that meant the most to me is deeply personal.
About a year ago, I lost my daughter. This truck was the last project she and I worked on together. It was her dream to keep this truck forever. Iron Mountain Collision helped me protect the one thing that still connects me to those memories. For that, I will be forever grateful.

What an amazing place. At first you think that no one can be this happy about their job and the work they do, but, they do! Brought the truck in to just repaint both rear quarter panels. Rust was working in and I want to get a jump on it. Kevin personally called and said they would do it. Took about 3.5 week and it came out fantastic. I was able to have them do the front bumper to help make the truck look nice. Thank you to the whole staff! I hope I don't have to use your services again, but if I need to, or anyone I know needs to, I will send them your way

I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They did an absolutely fantastic job detailing my car — it looks completely brand new inside and out. The entire process was efficient, professional, and seamless. They even went the extra mile by negotiating with State Farm on my behalf, which made everything so much easier.
On top of the incredible detail work, they found a buffalo-head nickel tucked away in the car and saved it for us because it might be valuable. That level of honesty and attention to detail is rare and so appreciated.

I hit the biggest Pronghorn I've ever seen the 1st night of our vacation 1 mile from our camping site in the Pawnee grasslands. Iron Mountain towed our vehicle and us back to Loveland and took on repairs of our Kia with the knowledge that it was an insurance claim. My insurance representative didn't even update me on what was going on with the repairs I found out from Janese, who is totally a ROCKSTAR!, that insurance had totalled my car and what to expect going forward with the claim. I'm a customer for life! I can only rave about their service and have told everyone since my accident about the amazing service and care I received at Iron Mountain. Iron Mountain was amazing to work with. They got my vehicle in right away and communicated throughout the entire process extremely well. Their team sent multiple updates every week and were timely with their responses. They stayed on top of it and guided us through the process with insurance. Iron Mountain Towing recovered my vehicle from an accident and towed it to their collision facility. To preface, I did collision for many years and was already sure the vehicle was a total loss. When the vehicle got to their lot, they had technicians look over the vehicle and confirm it is a total loss as well. I decided to release to vehicle to insurance to get the paperwork moving along and Kevin, the owner of Iron Mountain, personally called me and expressed any and all concerns he had with the vehicle, how to handle insurance, gave advise on the situation as a whole, and even reassured that if I have ANY issues with the situation as a whole that I could gladly call him and even bring the vehicle back to them and they would tow it free of charge. Truly thankful for Kevin and his team. Extremely educated team that truly cares for you and your best interests. 40 years of experience truly shows even from conversations.
The team at Iron Mountain Collision knocked it out of the park! I had a unfortunate incident when my garage jumped out at my car and scraped the side of it!
