I went to pick up my husband's car. Just because it wouldn't start, he tried to get me to hand over the title in exchange for some of the towing fee. Should have ZERO stars. All while dealing with my husband being in the hospital from a Medical condition. And I was overcharged. Do NOT use these criminals.
I was T-boned mid July and needed to have my car towed from the scene. Iron Mountain towing was the first on the scene and were incredibly gentle with my car to not further damage it even though it wasn’t driveable. A few days later I went to the tow yard to get my belongings out of my car and met with the staff there who were friendly and very helpful in guiding me through the next steps of what I needed to do through insurance. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Iron Mountain towing and the staff there! I will be recommending Iron Mountain to any and everyone!

In feb 2022 they towed my car, after running out of gas in an alley here in town. They would not give me my belongings and told me i needed to sign over the title.
Towed my car in the middle of the ⁸ after i ran out of gas. We pushed the car off the rd into an allyway. I guess we were blocking a drive way. Instead of showing up with gas for us, they kicked my bf out of the car, and towed it. They should have contacted me prior. Ft=/ Tm
Iron Mountain was the company that Loveland PD used to recover my vehicle after being hit in an intersection. They were there within 5 minutes of the call and the driver was very educated on recovery of damaged vehicles. He was funny and we had a great convo as he loaded the car onto the flatbed. He wanted to make sure everyone involved was safe, gave advice on steps to take due to the accident, and shared his previous experience. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the services that Iron Mountain provided us. Not common to find a good tow company and they definitely earned my business from here on out.
Came as a contractor of my roadside assistance and listened when I requested a flat bed for my jeep as it has full time awd. Professional and thorough.
If I could do 0 stars I would they broke my car when they towed it before the picked up my car it was driving just fine I had literally just got back from the store and 30 minutes later thery came and towed my car to the police station and when I went to pick my car back up from iron mountain they informed me that it was not drivable that ibwould have to have it towed when it was perfectly fine and drivable before they picked it up when I got there to get my car 1 tire was going one way and the other tire was straight I would not recommend Zach he was the one who towed and broke my car and then lied and said it was like that when he picked it up and I have proof that it wasn't has anyone else had this issue with iron mountain I know it's common for tow trucks to forget to put the car in neutral and pull it while it's in park that's what I believe happened with my car...... and to your response that you wasn't allowed to touch the car your employee broke my car when he hooked it up to the tow truck I have proof that it wasn't like that before you guys got it and I can prove that through body cam footage and also the detective that was on the case
Absolutely amazing service! Called them after my insurance company couldn’t even give me an ETA other than 90+ minutes, if they could find someone just for a jump start. Iron Mountain towing had someone over to me within 10 minutes of my phone call to them. Extremely helpful and very professional.
