Great supply, they have the parts! They team is awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. O'Reilly's is my go-to for auto parts. Great parts even for older vehicles. I can find in stock parts for my 77 Chevy van, 92 GMC van, and both of my VW new beetles. They have the parts I need.
I had taken my vehicle in for it's first time to me, oil change and the shop informed me I needed to go get the filter needed for this from an auto part store. They referred me to the one closest to them. I then was sent back for an oil that the shop didn't have and insisted my car needed. When I get back to O'Reilly's and tell the man, I believe his name is Lucas, my situation, he was so helpful. First looking for what I asked, then after his feeling something wasn't right, he double checked the system with my vin. Turned out the shop was wrong and would have used the wrong oil. I am so thankful for the guys here and how smart they were. Lucas was sure he was right. He sure was. Thank you so much for your help. I definitely appreciate you guys!
Every time I need something this store has the most helpful employees. Doyle I think his name was (I didn’t ask and I have a bad memory) was a lifesaver for me and I’m grateful for him!
Went and got a new battery and a battery swap. The guy at the counter obviously didn't want to be there and installed my battery so loosely that the connections were barely attached and didn't clean the terminals. Car wouldn't start on a cold morning and my husband had to reinstall it properly almost making me late for work. Double check their work before you leave.
The younger guy who closed on Friday was SO helpful. I had been to multiple different parts stores, three that same night, and was unable to find a replacement for a discontinued ujoint. He measured it out and wrote down the numbers I would need to get it ordered, as they didnt have them in stock. Thank you!!
Horrible service!!! Roxanne treated me like i was an idiot, then she made sure to double down on it.... Got home to realize she sold me the wrong bulb...After she told me I didn't know what I was talking about....
Came in to replace my battery, instead of selling me something I didn't need, the crew helped me test my current one and realize the problem was corrosion I had missed cleaning. Will be back here for sure. Doyle and Trenton were both huge helps, as well as another gentleman with glasses whose name I have forgotten.
Had to buy new tie rods. The customer service was good in giving me choices for a budget. The staff person came outside to evaluate which ones to purchase

BONUS POINTS He did not talk to me like I was some dumb girl in an auto parts store. Instead he answered all my questions and even though he wasn't able to help me with what I needed exactly, he was able to point me in the right direction and give me the information I needed for the car I was working on.
The manager Andrew is one of a kind. Not only was he nice and knowledgeable but his hospitality went way above helping me with my vehicle issue. If all the O'Riley's had a manager like this they would definitely shut down the other auto part stores. As he searched his store to help accommodate my issues and help get me back on the road. I noticed how well the other employees were with customers also knowledgeable and friendly. I've been to many auto parts stores all across the U.S and never seen anything like this. If I could I'd give this location 10 I would. Thank you again Andrew for going above and beyond.
Stopped in to get my battery checked as it was having issues starting. Mason was very helpful and friendly in helping me test the battery, determine in needed to be replaced and got me a new battery installed in less than 10 minutes Amazing service! Thank you Mason !
I visited at 5:30pm on Friday for a battery in my daughter’s Ford Fusion. Trentin at the counter took the time to make sure it was the correct battery then replaced it for me. He was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Business wasn’t slow but nobody was unattended. I was in and out in about twenty minutes total which is great since all I did was pop the hood, pay and start the car.
I came back a few months later with the Wife’s Buick Encore and had the same great customer experience. Again it was Trentin replacing the battery in about ten minutes this time and I won’t be surprised to see him managing a store one day.
I came in today Friday May 2nd to buy oil for my vehicle "Mason" one of the employees O'Reilly Auto Parts Based out of Loveland, is always very helpful when I come in. He's always in a good mood and very friendly one of the best O'Reilly employees that I've ever met! He showes me exactly what I'm looking for.
Was having trouble finding a rear windshield wiper arm and all the parts shop have the wrong part number in file. Trenton was nice enough to let me go in back and let me find one that worked and also installed the blade for me. Thank You
Travis has top notch customer skills. He was very patient and explained everything to me. Very nice man with a smile that never left his face. Store was very clean and organized. 10/10 recommend!
Bought chains from an O'Reilly in a nearby town, windsor, called them and told them the chains were crappy and broke and wanted to exchange them and the manager said yes they can exchange, 3 weeks later, coming to do the exchange, this manager says no, and now the windsor one says no as well. The manufacturer says O'Reilly should exchange it per the warranty. Shitty customer service, won't do business here again, good job guys.

Had an issue with what I received from an online order. Went to the S. Loveland store first, as it was closer (first time visiting the S. Loveland store and the last). They were dismissive and told me to call 1800 number. Decided to go to this store as I've always had a good experience here. They took care of the situation - no problem - and were very nice about it. Totally worth the extra 20 minute trip. Thanks! so much!!!

Drew is the BOMB! He was so customer friendly and helped me out when I had no tools. My battery was a pain in the but, and he replaced it with a smile and did not make me feel bad. Best service from Drew ever. I will be back because of him!
