Came in to replace my battery, instead of selling me something I didn't need, the crew helped me test my current one and realize the problem was corrosion I had missed cleaning. Will be back here for sure. Doyle and Trenton were both huge helps, as well as another gentleman with glasses whose name I have forgotten.

He did not talk to me like I was some dumb girl in an auto parts store. Instead he answered all my questions and even though he wasn't able to help me with what I needed exactly, he was able to point me in the right direction and give me the information I needed for the car I was working on.
The manager Andrew is one of a kind. Not only was he nice and knowledgeable but his hospitality went way above helping me with my vehicle issue. If all the O'Riley's had a manager like this they would definitely shut down the other auto part stores. As he searched his store to help accommodate my issues and help get me back on the road. I noticed how well the other employees were with customers also knowledgeable and friendly. I've been to many auto parts stores all across the U.S and never seen anything like this. If I could I'd give this location 10 I would. Thank you again Andrew for going above and beyond.
Stopped in to get my battery checked as it was having issues starting. Mason was very helpful and friendly in helping me test the battery, determine in needed to be replaced and got me a new battery installed in less than 10 minutes

I visited at 5:30pm on Friday for a battery in my daughter’s Ford Fusion. Trentin at the counter took the time to make sure it was the correct battery then replaced it for me. He was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Business wasn’t slow but nobody was unattended. I was in and out in about twenty minutes total which is great since all I did was pop the hood, pay and start the car.
I came back a few months later with the Wife’s Buick Encore and had the same great customer experience. Again it was Trentin replacing the battery in about ten minutes this time and I won’t be surprised to see him managing a store one day.
I came in today Friday May 2nd to buy oil for my vehicle "Mason" one of the employees O'Reilly Auto Parts Based out of Loveland, is always very helpful when I come in. He's always in a good mood and very friendly one of the best O'Reilly employees that I've ever met! He showes me exactly what I'm looking for.
Was having trouble finding a rear windshield wiper arm and all the parts shop have the wrong part number in file. Trenton was nice enough to let me go in back and let me find one that worked and also installed the blade for me. Thank You

Bought chains from an O'Reilly in a nearby town, windsor, called them and told them the chains were crappy and broke and wanted to exchange them and the manager said yes they can exchange, 3 weeks later, coming to do the exchange, this manager says no, and now the windsor one says no as well. The manufacturer says O'Reilly should exchange it per the warranty. Shitty customer service, won't do business here again, good job guys.

Had an issue with what I received from an online order. Went to the S. Loveland store first, as it was closer (first time visiting the S. Loveland store and the last). They were dismissive and told me to call 1800 number.
Decided to go to this store as I've always had a good experience here.
They took care of the situation - no problem - and were very nice about it.

Always great service here. Got a new battery after old one tested to be on it's last leg. They allowed us to change it right then in order to save the core charge.
Sadly I'm not a cute girl wearing spandex... however they hooked up with battery tools and let me borrow a magnet trinten thayd were great guys. I hope they set a tone for the store.
Wow Roxane the worst. The disrespect and district management was there almost as bad if not worse. But I guess everything flows through the top.
Disrespectful. I never knew Who this person Roxanne was until she started blabbing off extremely wrong. She needs to get a demotion perhaps I’m just saying I’m just a little customer over here, but yeah I won’t go back. And trust me I spend a lot of money in your company, but you know who cares keep on Roxanne going on boo-boo

So awesome took no time at all for her to hook up code reader and find out why I have an engine light on she printed it for me and gave some tips to what it means! Basically don’t buy cheap fuel or you’ll have this problem! Added Lucas and drove it out light went off now

Thayer and Brenton at the Knobcone store in Loveland were friendly and helpful -- we will be back because of them! Our car needed special windshield wipers, and we thought we were buying the right ones (we did NOT ask for help -- at first). When we got out to the parking lot, we had trouble putting on the blades, so we asked Brenton and Thayer for help. Thayer came out, and helped us realize those blades would not work. They both tried to help us find the right ones, and ended up recommending we go to the dealership instead. They refunded our money, and did not make a sale, but they were both polite and happy to help us. We highly recommend you go to this store when you need auto parts!
Drew is the BOMB! He was so customer friendly and helped me out when I had no tools. My battery was a pain in the but, and he replaced it with a smile and did not make me feel bad. Best service from Drew ever. I will be back because of him!
It's good except for Roxanne. She is rude self centered and thinks she entitled and thinks she's better than the customer. Ever since the first time I went in there she has been like that and hasn't changed. Everyone is good to work with in there but her.
