Yes, this company is terrible and needs to teach their employees to pick up every can, and no the can was not even slightly full and they picked up my trash can but my recycling bin still had stuff in it, terrible company pick another trash service one if your thinking about this one.
I've lived in several different places with different municipal trash services oh, this is one of the best! They always pick up stuff like they're supposed to, and the office staff is always super friendly.
We recently moved here and we are in love with the trash pickup. Yes like others we had to learn the rules but we recycle 10 times more because of their promoting of this. If you have extra trash all you have to do is buy the coupons sold at any store for just $3.50. I believe that is a great deal. Our trash WITH recycling is 1/3 the cost of Waste management. Oh and they also have cans for yard waste... seriously not understanding the bad reviews.
Absolute trash of a service. How silly is they only take what fits in your can? So now I have to store trash at my house until it will fit in my can.
Absurdly, they claim it will cause me to throw away less. Exactly how does that work? So I store trash week to week until I can fill my can with my storage. It is the same amount and it all goes to the same place, just takes longer to get there. Just do your job and the service I pay for and take my trash. Or allow competition and see how quickly you'd be out of business.

Same thing happened to us as the previous review. Thanksgiving week with family at our home and now we will have a stinky full can of trash because it was open 2 inches and the office is closed until monday. Completely lazy company. I have never lived in a town that was so difficult to get trash and recycling picked up.
I absolutely love everything about Loveland’s trash service, but they went above and beyond today. I was outside when they drove by, and they must have seen me mouth an expletive and face palm, because they immediately started backing up and waited for me to grab my bins. They didn’t have to do that, and their kindness won’t be forgotten!
This trash can was not picked up (images provided). Ive never seen such a lazy labor service in my entire life.
You can see in the image on the flyer the intended (and reasonable) purpose of the rule. This is nothing close to "overflowing" trash by any definition. Simply lazy.
Very satisfied until today. I understand the problem with overflowing trash barrels but they skipped our pickup for the lid being cracked open about an inch or so. Nothing was overpacked just didn't get it set in all the way. Maybe I'm in the wrong but seems a bit extreme

was very handicapped and always truck drivers brought containers up to the garage.
Every time I have called the friendliness levels are over the top helpful. They make is so easy to dispose of extra trash with the bag tags, their recycling facility takes everything and there is never a line.
They don't know how to place the empty trash Ben back down and one time they were being so complacent that they put the teach can down and when he was driving away his fork hit the teach can and it fell into my truck messing up my paint job. They need to take more pride in what the do cause some people are look for a need job and I think they could do better then the ones we have
