Because of the ravings reviews I decided to give this place a call via an emergency fuel quote. On the phone I was quoted $15 for 3 gallons of gas, and the driver stated that he was 8 minutes away from me. I accepted the grand total, as I had a family emergency and ran out of gas on my way to the gas station before heading there.
Upon arrival, the driver speedily arrived and filled my take with the 3 gallons of gas. Once the service was completed, he then quoted me $27 instead of $15. I then proceed to explain that this was not the quote that we mutually agreed upon before his arrival, as I loaded this saying by informing him in a different way , in other words I was asking him if he’s even sure of what he’s saying because that wasn’t what was just told to me a few moments ago before he headed to me. He then lies straight to my face by stating that he quoted me the wrong quote; that he quoted me someone else’s quote, again, which was another lie. It doesn’t seem as if a quote can be misquoted (to me) when he was fully engaged in the business transaction over the phone before arriving. In other words the man knew exactly what he was doing. If I wasn’t pressed for time in the moment, his manager would’ve been involved.
The moral of it all is that you don’t dirty business by trying to con a person out of their money. Also, you don’t earn customer loyalty by lying and be conniving to your customers either! And the mere fact that the driver didn’t have any remorse about the situation was unquestionably unprofessional tasteless and disrespectful. An additional $12 just gone when he could’ve just told me that it’d be $27 on the phone! And for him to upcharge me on the scene is just again so unprofessional, because what if I didn’t have an additional $12?! What if I had exactly what he quoted me over the phone ($15). Explain to me how I would’ve made it to that family emergency?! Again, it’s bad business and he knows it!
P.S. - Update: The guy then texts my phone with a screenshot of my review, followed by his response, as if I’m not an adult and as if I don’t know what I wrote. Whatever reviews I write on here I can formally address directly to you because my truth is nothing short of THE TRUTH! Evidently based on his response you guys can see that he didn’t genuinely apologize nor acknowledge his wrongdoing. If the man that serviced me today is the owner/manager/ face of this business then I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because with business comes due diligence, honest morality, accountability, integrity, dignity respect for ALL and lastly THE PRINCIPLE of the matter which is something that he terribly missed & lacked. Again, I will NEVER do business with this place. And NEVER text my phone again, as if I don’t know what I just wrote in this review. If there are no other services being rendered to me (which there will never will be again), again, then there’s no reason that you should be contacting me unless its for a sincere apology & a $12 refund! Lastly Sir, I called around yesterday to hypothetic shop around regarding the same whereabouts of where my vehicle had stopped via emergency fuel and 2 places quoted me $15-18 bucks! I’ll leave this here for other viewers to see how unacceptable this was, since you can’t comprehend taking accountability for the actions nor the principle of the matter.
Easy transaction with selling my old car for scrap. Fair and quick pay out. Honest - I don’t think things through sometimes, I had already signed the title and left it, to get my wallet. Derek and car was still there when it came back to finish transaction. :) thanks !
Derek helped out great today. He paid me well for my GMC. Was very kind and didn't complain about the small space to tow. He was very nice over the phone as well. Very excellent service!

They arrived within 10minutes of calling. Loaded up my vehicle very fast and professionally. My driveway was full of snow and the driver was very skilled at completing the tow. If at all possible, I will only choose this company for my future tows. Thank you Keystone!
Very accommodating and fast service, Derick the driver was very nice got our vehicle on the truck quick and to the drop off location. He helped push the vehicle even tho it's was in a pain of a spot and going slightly up hill. But this man was awesome highly recommend keystone towing and thank you Derick!!!
Keystone towing is awesome. The truck came within half an hour of getting the call. Derrick went out of his way to really help us out with a tough tow. I definitely recommend this company who needs prompt professional service in the area.
We were on our way up to Estes and our classic car broke down in the absolute worst spot. We placed the call and Derek was there within 20 minutes, got us loaded up and back home at an extremely reasonable price and even helped me get the car back in the garage. Picked up our forklift for our business. They were prompt and treated our equipment very good. The price was really good and the tow driver was really nice!

Called Keystone early in the afternoon due to not being able to have a scissor lift delivered into our building. They were more than happy to help us. They arrived in less than an hour and had the lift into our building in less than 15 mins. Very professional and great to deal with. Would happily use them again!
Derick was a super reasonable negotiator as far as paying me for my old Dodge pickup, it was a quick and painless process! He was very flexible with figuring out how to pickup the truck around my work schedule. I would absolutely recommend using their services.
Had a flat tire but didn't have the tools to repair. Called keystone within 15 minutes the owner arrived and not only changed but pulled the nail and patched the tire and reinstalled for the same price as just a change. 5 star performance!

I’ve had great experience with this company. They picked up a car from me over a year ago, and today I needed to get rid of another one. The gentleman was very professional, and gave me a quote right away, and was on time picking up the car. It took maybe 10 minutes to sign the papers and write the check that I was able to cash right away. Hopefully I don’t have to get rid of any other cars soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely choose this company again. :)
