The customer service here is always super amazing. The location is super convenient and close to where I live. The piles of yard waste are a lot smaller than they used to be in recent years, that has helped with the overwhelming stench that was once there.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They are open on Saturday and Sunday making it accessible to people that work. the array of what they recycle keeps thing out of the landfill
Very friendly and helpful staff. I brought my mattress to them to recycle. They charged only $25, which was $60 cheaper than having it picked up by my garbage company. The process was quick and easy. I'm thankful that we have places like this around here.
Best recycling facility I have seen in the whole state. Everyone has been helpful, happy, and friendly. It is literally the polar opposite of my experience at the one by Cherry Creek. You can work at one of these places and not have a bad attitude? Who knew?
What a wonderful service this recycle center offers to the residents of the Loveland community. Every gate house attendant is a pleasure to work with but Gunner has to be my favorite. He always goes above and beyond to help me with each item I have and where everything belongs. Gunner is a valuable, courteous employee that wants to make sure your experience at the center is a good one.
They are the best. Take lots of stuff and the employees have always been super friendly and nice. Made cleaning out a house way easier than it could have been.
Never had any issues a little picky on what comes in but a very convenient service. However they now take In used motor oil, recyclable metals anything without freon in it. So will take dishwashers, bicycles, file cabinets mowers as long as you drain oil out of engines first. They stopped taking porcelain toilets also take trees, pallets, lawn debrit there is a charge for out of towners but free to all who have the permit.
Easily accessible, takes a variety of materials, and well laid out with the new professional looking signs on the bins that are much easier to read, even for visually challenged individuals. The oil recycling was confusing and I was contacted by an employee who assumed I should know that you MUST park your car on the pad to empt oil into the bins. Bit for this it would have been 5 stars! Overall GREAT facility.
The Loveland Recycling Center is an awesome community resource! I appreciate that we are able to recycle (cardboard, paper, glass, aluminum, plastics, batteries, etc.). there without technically living within city limits and paying a fair price for yard waste drop off is worth it too!
This place is excellent! Workers are friendly and helpful. Place is awesome what all you can recycle, every town should have one and make it this easy to use.
Being greated by Shelli at the entrance with her warm honest smile and pleasant attitude makes our day. As far as my wife and I are concerned, she's the best attendant you have ever had.
This Place, was Not too Terribly Bad, & Not too Terribly Busy. Everybody was just doing their thing, & Minding their Own Business!! Except, there Are "Bees", flying around the Metal "Plastics" recycling Bins. I was doing things, Quickly, to Avoid being Stung, by the "Bees"... They are Everywhere!!
Completely overcharges every time we have to dump here. Always go to Hageman's in Fort Collins because they measure correctly and don't overcharge. We have never left here happy due to the amount we could have saved if we went somewhere else.
This comment is the recycling experience in general in Loveland. I feel Loveland can do more to meet the residents recycling needs. In other states, all recycling is done at curbs, and there are recycling centers, where you get paid money for bringing in aluminum, cardboard, glass, etc. Cities twice a year pick up old appliances and furniture from curbs. This customer friendly approach I hope Loveland adopts as this city grows.
Adventure this when feel recycling center circle times I am a transplant from California for 5 years now. They do good work they're the guys there are very very helpful polite and courteous.
I went in today with some sticks and bushes that I removed from my yard and the gentlemen there let me in as I did not know about the yard waste certificate. I have never seen one and I will investigate on how to get one. These two gentlemen allowed me to come in and leave my sticks with out my pass. Thank you very much for your courteous service. I have always used the recycling part of your yard and did not know about the need for this pass.
Love this place. Open Saturday AND Sunday, so if you have work, you can still get in. Logical and accommodating, makes total sense. They let you wear a vest and pick out from their wood scrap pile, take timbers for fire wood, have free or inexpensive mulch for landscaping, and they take dang near anything reasonable. Also, free to Loveland residents! Thy also have an annual pass you can apply for to take non recyclable, landfill type items to a large rolloff dumpster they got. Another reason I Love Loveland <3
7:30 am to 4:30 pm? Why open and close so early? Why not have business hours that accommodate people who have jobs? This place is only open, when everyone is at work. Makes zero sense. Try 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, so people still have time to get in there, after they get off work. It is highly unlikely, that people want to go unload yard waste and get all dirty right before they have to go to work...
