I get all my Ford parts from this dealership! Danny Fischer in the Parts department is top notch when it comes to knowledge in the parts world! Gas or Diesel, it dosent matter, if he dosent know the answer, he will figure it out before selling me or sending out the wrong part!! Been using him for almost a decade and will continue for another decade!! Thanks Danny!! Much appreciated of all the time and effort you have given me!!

Called and confirmed they had my part in stock. Couldn’t make it there the same day so had to wait another day . Drove 40 miles to pick up my part only to be greeted rudely by some little dirty blonde in parts department and then they say they can’t find it that they lost my part . Too bad I can’t give 0 stars
Have a new lease that we need to add antifreeze to drive they cant get it in to repair (new motor) i was told no loaner car but they will take it back in on trade for a extra few hundred a month. Haven't heard back from them .
Called the service department needing information about the factory tow harness for my truck and I was advised that wasn't an option in my truck. Didn't bother looking it up just asked the service manager who apparently also couldn't be bothered. Called Spradley Ford and they directed me right to the issue.
