Broke down in Loveland, needed a tow to the Springs on a Friday night. Robert got his driver, Santana over to the vehicle quick and down to the Springs . Highly recommend.
Our travel trailer broke down at the REI in Ft Collins and needed to be towed to an RV repair place in Loveland. The guy loading our camper into the flatbed was inexperienced and took a very long time to load it and even more longer to unload it (like 30-45 minutes each). They price gouged and then added a fuel surcharge on top of it. It was over $700 to haul it about 7 miles. Unimpressed!

King Towing somehow had my review removed from Google. My experience was so bad that I'll keep posting it every time they take it down.
A couple years ago, my car broke down and I called for a tow truck. The guys arrived and found that my car wouldn't roll. They said, towing my vehicle may damage it further. I, obviously, didn't want that to happen so I asked for suggestions. They said I needed a wrecker instead of the flatbed. Unfortunately for me, their wrecker was unavailable. Which meant, I needed to call a different towing company.
That is when the ethics of this company shined!
The driver said I still needed to pay him. For what? You might ask. For driving out to my location for no reason.
You see, I didn't tell the dispatcher that I needed a wrecker instead of a flatbed, therefore I was responsible for their time.
Even though you'd think the Towing company is the expert in these matters, King Towing is more than willing to blame you for your ignorance and use it as leverage.
Like any reasonable person, I said no. I'm not the expert here. Their dispatcher should have asked the appropriate questions to determine the appropriate truck. I don't know what can be towed and what can't.
At this point, a decent company would have said, shucks, you're right. We should have done our due diligence instead of jumping to conclusions. Have a good night.
But no. Instead the driver threatened to impound my vehicle for not paying him. He said it would be totally legal to do so.
Today, I wish I would have let him do it. Then I'd own King Towing after suing them for theft, destruction of property and fraud.
Instead I paid him and now my only recourse is an online review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I called this company on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. While the wait was an hour, Santana, the tow truck driver was able to fix the brake problem that prevented the car from starting, saving me a tow to the dealership and waiting until after Labor Day to get my car back. Santana was AWESOME! Great company!
The experience with King Towing was fantastic. A car breakdown late in the evening can be stressful, but the dispatcher was kind and reassuring. An accurate estimated time of arrival was provided, and Juan arrived precisely on time. The driver was knowledgeable, handled the vehicle with great care, and was friendly and conversational. As a family-owned business with years of experience, it shows. King Towing will be used again if needed.
Juan was awesome! I called at 8 am, and they were right on quoted time! He made quick work of getting my car up and getting on the road! He was super nice and helpful throughout the journey!

When the transmission on the tow vehicle failed on the side of this mountain road while pulling the 35’ fifth wheel, King came to the rescue
Not only did they get the truck down to the repair shop, but they towed the fifth wheel the rest of the way to the campground so we have a place to stay while awaiting repairs
One call, 45 minutes later, and the great crew from King had us on our way.
Juan did an outstanding job. He got to our location and got the vehicle loaded fast, even at rush hour. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again. Truck was super clean inside and Juan was very professional.

Our motorhome broke down approximately 75 miles north of home in Denver. We were fortunate to finally, after many calls to other services, speak to Juan at King Towing. He made sure he could get the appropriate vehicle necessary to haul our 27 foot vehicle, came right away, had us hooked up, then back home safe and sound, after a very frustrating and trying day. Juan was good at his job, the price was right, and if you're ever broke down up in northern Colorado, I highly recommend King Towing. Ask for Juan.

The perfect company to make a terrible day and situation just a little better and easier. Juan got to me faster than expected, helped pick up a piece of our equipment that was in a terrible location and made it all look easy. Professional to the fullest and took care of my equipment as if it was his. We will hopefully not need a tow company any time soon but if we do, we will forever be calling king towing and crossing our fingers that they send Juan our way again.

Rob was awesome. From the start he was so easy to deal with. I’ll be honest, there was a towing company that was $20-$40 cheaper. I chose this company and Rob because of how he treated our conversation and the questions he asked. They were quick and easy to deal with. I wasn’t able to stay with the car and they sent me a picture as soon as they dropped the car off. It’s always a bad day when you need a tow truck but if you do need someone I’d recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Had to use these guys twice through Uber. Great communications. I’m just sorry I didn’t get them the night before on the first towing and Uber left me stranded for over two hours.at night time. Kind of scary when you’re in a dark road, but these guys came through on both occasions.
