O'Reilly Auto Parts JunkYard in Estes Park (CO)

Was on vacation....battery died, called the store. Kevin came out with a jump box, we got it started....he followed me to the store. Ryan tested the alternator to be safe and then installed my battery, no hesitation, just superb service. The employees there are super nice and are very knowledgeable when it comes to what you need. I highly recommend doing business there! They sure helped me in my time of need.

The staff were amazing I came from Firestone with my buddy and his dog. His dog threw up in my back seat and this store was the first thing I saw that I knew had seat cleaner. I walked in and told the staff what happened and they helped me find the right cleaner to use and let me borrow some paper towels. I would highly recommend this store.

We were on vacation in Estes when our alternator went out. Ryan call a bunch of shops in town and all were booked until well after we were supposed to leave. So... Ryan did it on his back,in the snow,took him an hour. He never complained or anything. Just smiled the whole way thru! What a star! Will never go anywhere but O'Reillys again.

Came in last week on a trip and my car went into limp mode. Kevin scanned my codes. It came up as a bad sensor. Ryan called a few shops in town but they were all busy. Ryan and Kevin worked to replace the sensor. The one that came out was burnt. The new one fixed the issue and away I went. Thank you both so much!

Many thanks to the helpful employee who turned on the free air and gave me a free little pressure gauge so I could fill up a couple of low tires. Thank you!

Dan and ryan went above and beyond for us. We were stuck in this last snowfall. Ryan and dan came with shovels to our air bnb, the helped shovel a bit and helped us install chains on our tires. We got right out. Never ever experienced customer service like that before!

Was on my 1 day off. Went to Estes. Starter started to give me trouble. Saw a napa....zero help. Wouldnt even lend tools. Managed to get it to start and went to O'reillys. Kevin changed it in the lot, on his hands and knees in the rain. What a guy! The manager was outside too and did his best to hold a piece of cardboard over kevin while it was pouring and turning into snow.

Ryan and Travis H. we're extremely friendly and helpful. They got brake parts for my car from out of town and helped put them on. I highly recommend stopping here if you need help!

As a rule I don't really go to O',Reilly's store because of parts not being right. And that itself would be grounds for a 1* rating. I decided to try again and I'm glad I did one of the employees there ( Kevin was his name ) stood out as knowledgeable and very helpful. He showed the kind of attitude and caring that makes the store shine. He helped me find what I needed and was extremely concerned about me getting the part that was right and making sure I understood how to install the part. If this is the kind of employee O'Reilly's Is hiring then they will have me as a return customer for life. Keep up the great work. This was in the Estes Park Colorado store. Thanks again.

Our truck was having problems starting so we went to O'Reilly to check our battery. The man working tested the battery and determined we needed a new battery. I assumed my husband would have to install the new battery at our campsite. Instead they installed it for us! I was amazed at the level of customer service! Well done!!!

Had a nail in our tire straight from the airport and the team at O’Reilly was there to help. Free air, loaned us a few tools, and even rolled out a jack. Clean shop, great service, super low prices! Make it your go to for all you need. Thanks for all the help getting us back on the trails fast!

This store is top notch!!! A day before heading home on vacation the battery light went on. Staff helped me figure out the cause, and someone in town to do the repair. Beyond that, they provided me transportation home from the repair shop and then back to the shop when the car was fixed. Everyone was so nice and willing to help. So happy I walked into this store!! Thank you for all your help to get me and my crew back on the road without missing a beat.

I live overseas and needed a water pump for a friend in a BIG hurry! There was this HUGE guy behind the counter, total jerk. JK. Part was there 8am the next morning, and service with a smile! I have been in the automotive world for over 40 years, 5 stars in my book! I can see clearly now. Thanks Big Dude!

Our rental car had a low tire warning. This O’Reilly had the perfect setup with pressure gauge on the air-chuck to air up the tire quickly and easily. And all at no cost. Thank you O’Reilly!

I just had the most amazing experience with this location! My car is being rented by someone from out of the country. The coolant light was coming on while they were driving in RMNP. I called O'Reilly, spoke with Ryan and asked if I could send the person in with the car for them to refill the coolant. Then I would pay over the phone. The coolant was quickly refilled. But when I called to pay, there was no charge! What a delightful surprise. It's not often this kind of service is received in this day and age. I am very grateful. Thank you, Ryan and the whole team. You guys are the best!!!

On our stay in Estes Park we had a brake light burn out. The people at O'Reilly Auto Parts were extremely helpful with making sure we had the right bulb. Then, Daniel installed it for us. Excellent service, I very much recommend them.

I was broke down yesterday in Estes park. I needed an alternator.. Jacob and Ryan went above and beyond in helping me get my car running. It was cold windy and getting dark. But they didn't mind at all. Attitudes were amazing. Funny witty and super knowledgeable.. I felt like they actually cared.. great team they have in Estes park. Our battery died while on vacation to Estes and Ryan offered to install the new one without hesitation. He got us up and going within 20 minutes. What a huge asset to this company!

Really went above and beyond for us. Husbands car battery died after 8 years of loyal service. The gentleman at the counter helped us find the appropriate battery, and replaced it for us at no extra charge. They then fixed up our battery holder too as the new battery was slightly shorter. Overall, great, fast service and helpful and friendly workers. We'll be back for our other parts needs.

I love these guys they are very helpful even in the windiest and coldest weather they don't want to go out and check your check engine light or your oil or your whatever but they do it. Some people are more educated than others in the store I can't lie about that. So sometimes you really need to change the people you're talking to while you're in the store or you won't get the service that you really deserve and there are some very very educated men in there used to be a lady and I haven't seen her in a while. So that's my only negative critique is some people have like this duh mentality. Those are not the people you want helping you because there are qualified guys in there who are awesome!

Ryan and his team went above and beyond what I would consider the line of duty for an auto parts store. I was stranded while on vacation and they offered me invaluable and much needed assistance every step of the way. Dale, an experienced mechanic, took time out of his day to assist with my repairs at no extra cost to myself. When other car part companies failed me, Ryan stepped up and found a solution to my problem. These guys got my truck back in running condition while I was hundreds of miles from home and saved my vacation. To Ryan, Dale, and the rest of the team, thanks again!

We had an issue with motorhome while visiting Este Park. We needed a sensor that was not readability available. Ryan Glitch and the other employees at O'Reilly were able to cross reference our part and got us back on the road. Thanks for going way above and beyond anyone's expectations.

Great experience! My car wasn't starting without a jump, and I took it here. The guy working there was very friendly and helpful, running tests and then helping me find a new battery. He even helped me replace my old one. 100% recommend.
