My first visit here almost two years ago was positive - staff was really polite and helpful, tested my car battery and got a new one installed for me. Earlier this week though I came in with a different vehicle that had an old battery and needed a jumpstart after work. I explained my situation to the employee and he told me I had to go to a dealership? Didn't even take a look at my vehicle. Went to Napa auto parts down the road the next morning - tested the battery, got me a new one and installed it all before I had to go to work, saving me an hour+ long road trip
Good experiences overall. Staff like to act like they know your car that you have been hands on with better than you do, though. As if some of us dont spend hours researching and working on our own vehicles
By the way, after double checking, the 96 grand cherokee limited trim, the 318, and the quadra-trac all time 4x4 *ONLY* comes with speed proportionate steering. As I had originally said. Other sub models would be the ones without the sps pump. We could have figured this out in the store if the employee didnt have a snarky, know it all attitute about it.
Very friendly and helpful staff! We had our key fob stop working and the tires were improperly inflated on our rental car. They helped us with battery replacement in the fob and offered us air for our tires.

Check tire warning light came on in my car. After Googling where I could get air in Estes Park, I drove to O' Reilly's. Cesar checked and adjusted air pressure in all four tires without charge. I appreciated his assistance. We'll done.
I wanted to leave some praise for the staff at this location. Had stereotypical dead car battery on vacation. They diagnosed and replaced all in under 30 min. The manager was very friendly and helpful.
They addressed my problem and got me back to my family vacation.

The manager was so helpful! She could have just sold us the retainer clips we needed for our Ford Transit Connect, but she also gave us the info we needed to actually remove and reinstall the clips so much easier than we had been doing. After a 13-hour hike, our car key fob battery died — total nightmare. We called ahead to check if they had the coin battery we needed, and they were not only super helpful on the phone but went above and beyond when we arrived. Many thanks to Lauren and crew for their service at this location. Lauren helped us get our daughter's radiator hose repaired so we could drive back home and avoid the tow. She spent extra time helping us figure a temporary solution when they didn't have the part. Turns out no one in NoCo had the part. Great people, service minded, and very kind.
We stopped into this O’Reilly Auto Parts because our Tahoe lights were flashing on 11/27/24. We had just gotten into town and this was the night before Thanksgiving. The two gentlemen who were working did a battery check and did everything they could to determine what it was. Even though there test proved the battery and alternator were fine, it was the fact they were willing to go out in the cold and check things out. That is just great customer service. They also made recommendations of local mechanics who we could have check things out. Really appreciate these two guys and their willingness to help.
I cannot say enough good things about this O'Reilly Auto parts location I was stranded with my dogs in the local mountains with a broke down car and the Estes Park TEAM at O'Reilly Auto parts came through!!! I cannot say enough great things ..they delivered the parts even brought my dogs dog treats and food!! thank you guys so much you're my go-to all the employees and management here are absolutely amazing!!
This spot is a blessing for Estes Park. They tend to have a mix of young kids with very little knowledge in the Auto industry and some senior employees who know quite a bit. Really the only decent flat parking lot to do any quick work you need. Napa is great too but their parking lot is pretty bad. Napa tends to have only older more experienced employees who all know what they’re talking about. I’d say Napa is more friendly, but O’reilly has a bigger selection. Napa closes earlier too so you’ll find O’Reilly to be the only option many days.
The people who drive the white Nissan Versa company vehicles with a “How’s My Driving” sticker apparently like to engage in road rage. What goes through your head to get angry and flip someone off for no good reason in a COMPANY VEHICLE!?! And this is a common occurrence from this company… I see this kind of behavior all the time around town. Seems like these drivers don’t deserve their job and should have their license revoked if they get angry about being passed legally and at the speed limit.

I am on vacation and i woke up to the battery being dead in my vehicle. I called the store and got the manager, Kevin. Kevin was AMAZING!!! I was so pleased with the customer service, Kevin came out to our hotel and swapped my battery out at no extra cost!! The service was great and professional! On vacation our van indicated a need to check the charging system. Dan from the store came out and quickly figured out it was the alternator. Ryan from the store called about seven or eight mechanics to find one that could take our vehicle in that afternoon. Dan even drove to the mechanic with me following, just to make sure our vehicle got there. These guys really care and used their knowledge and connections to show kindness. Thank you!
Dan and ryan went above and beyond for us. We were stuck in this last snowfall. Ryan and dan came with shovels to our air bnb, the helped shovel a bit and helped us install chains on our tires. We got right out. Never ever experienced customer service like that before!

The staff were amazing I came from Firestone with my buddy and his dog. His dog threw up in my back seat and this store was the first thing I saw that I knew had seat cleaner. I walked in and told the staff what happened and they helped me find the right cleaner to use and let me borrow some paper towels. I would highly recommend this store.

Our truck was having problems starting so we went to O'Reilly to check our battery. The man working tested the battery and determined we needed a new battery. I assumed my husband would have to install the new battery at our campsite. Instead they installed it for us! I was amazed at the level of customer service! Well done!!!

This store is top notch!!! A day before heading home on vacation the battery light went on. Staff helped me figure out the cause, and someone in town to do the repair. Beyond that, they provided me transportation home from the repair shop and then back to the shop when the car was fixed. Everyone was so nice and willing to help. So happy I walked into this store!!
