  I wanted to leave some praise for the staff at this location. Had stereotypical dead car battery on vacation. They diagnosed and replaced all in under 30 min. The manager was very friendly and helpful. They addressed my problem and got me back to my family vacation. What a great store!

She could have just sold us the retainer clips we needed for our Ford Transit Connect, but she also gave us the info we needed to actually remove and reinstall the clips so much easier than we had been doing.   Many thanks to Lauren and crew for their service at this location. Lauren helped us get our daughter's radiator hose repaired so we could drive back home and avoid the tow. She spent extra time helping us figure a temporary solution when they didn't have the part. Turns out no one in NoCo had the part. Great people, service minded, and very kind.

  Dan and ryan went above and beyond for us. We were stuck in this last snowfall. Ryan and dan came with shovels to our air bnb, the helped shovel a bit and helped us install chains on our tires. We got right out. Never ever experienced customer service like that before!

  We were on vacation in Estes when our alternator went out. Ryan call a bunch of shops in town and all were booked until well after we were supposed to leave. So... Ryan did it on his back,in the snow,took him an hour. He never complained or anything. Just smiled the whole way thru! What a star! Will never go anywhere but O'Reillys again.

  The staff were amazing I came from Firestone with my buddy and his dog. His dog threw up in my back seat and this store was the first thing I saw that I knew had seat cleaner. I walked in and told the staff what happened and they helped me find the right cleaner to use and let me borrow some paper towels. I would highly recommend this store.

  Our truck was having problems starting so we went to O'Reilly to check our battery. The man working tested the battery and determined we needed a new battery. I assumed my husband would have to install the new battery at our campsite. Instead they installed it for us! I was amazed at the level of customer service! Well done!!!
