After an odd experience at NAPA, we decided to search for jumper cables across the street at O’Reilly’s. Seconds after we walked in, a friendly employee said hello to us . He was busy with a customer but still managed to acknowledge our presence. Every time I come here, I have a delightful experience. Keep up the amazing efforts! You are our favorite parts place! I went in tonight in a rush. Needed lugs and bolts for a trailer tire. The assistant manager and employee that helped me were amazing. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I will always use O'rileys in Berthoud,co.

I want to thank Mike, the manager at O’Reilly’s for changing the battery on my car for me. I had to purchase a new battery today for my car after spending a large chunk of money on my brakes 2 days ago and I was very upset over it. Mike saved me alot of time and frustration today just by installing the new one for me. Thanks a lot Mike
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted as I walked into the store. The staff was able to get what I needed and checked out quickly. Store was well stocked with a good selection of products
The guys here are always helpful and welcoming. As a woman, I expected the usual "you don't know what you're talking about" attitude... not here! The older gentleman was on it and got me everything I needed and asked for, to replace the U-Joints on my diesel.
He was also great at helping the younger, newer guys find what others needed.
Had a problem with my car overheating on 200 mile trip. We were concerned about getting home safely. The assistant manager at this store explained what to do and saved us what could have been expensive repairs at the hands of an unfamiliar garage. Very impressed.
Called for parts and was told they would get back to me within 24 hrs. It's been weeks. I spend alot of money on auto parts every year and it was nice to have a store near me. Now, I will be shopping at another store even if I have to drive to Loveland. Goodbye oreillys...
Spencer at the berthoud location is by far the sweetest person ever. I needed to make a return and of course my 2 year old fell asleep in the car. Spencer was kind enough to come out and grab everything to do the return for me. While this is not normal practice it sure helped me A LOT in a pinch. Thank you for going above and beyond Spencer.
Worked hard to help me get my car running again after reaching high altitude and having a max speed of 8mph. Left with it running beautifully. Very appreciative of their persistent and kind dedication to find the problems and get me back on the road!

I love walking in, standing in line to do a return and being ignored because two employees are immersed in two dudes with a dog. I especially love it when the third employee has to get someone’s attention while I’m standing there. Tyler lacks the bare minimum in customer service skills.
Worst Auto Store besides NAPA. Employees have no knowledge of what a customer needs. Do not try to go the extra mile to even try. Every time I go in one guy is in a parts bay eating. If you want a good O'Reilly's go to south Loveland store. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great people.
This place is in my neighborhood and I came in today to dispose of a few quarts of oil. They automatically did it for me as I walked around the store to see what other great stuf. If you've never been here before I highly recommend it
Not my usual store, I usually go to South Lincoln. They are always very helpful and at some of the locations they know me by name. Only wish at this time, that staff would wear their masks in Berthoud. Not to much to ask.
My wife's car battery died when she was out and about. I told her to go here because in the past I have had good service. But not tonight. The young gentleman was over whelmed by the task, a lot of people came at once adding to the issue. He needed to see if they could to the replacement, went inside and totally forgot about my wife. She patiently waited inline behind 8 customer even though she was there first and the "manager" was not very nice or helpful to the kid about his question.
The employees I have come across here all seem nice and willing to help however they can. They have a great selection of items for whatever you may need. I've bought oil, filters, windshield wiper blades, a steering wheel cover, and air fresheners here and that doesn't even scratch the surface of their inventory. Highly recommend, it's a nice place with nice people.
The hubby was doing an unexpected repair on the truck and needed a last-minute part close to closing time. The employees took the time to look up the part, let him pay over the phone, and ran it out to my car while I sat in it with my kids 2 minutes before closing time. They really went the extra mile even though I'm sure they were tired and ready to end their day. We will definitely be back for our future part needs!
Bought a battery there the brand name starter horrible batteries less than a year old would not stand behind it. In response to your response. Your internet address does not work ,I have tried to respond to your invitation about solving this problem. The only way it can be solved is to replace it. And you have my name and number. Call me.

I just went to Oreilly Auto Parts in Berthoud, Colorado. Not a single person in the store was wearing a mask nor were the clerks. Covid is out of control in this country and people still don't get it. I confronted the clerk about not wearing a mask, and her reply was "I had Covid, so I have antibodies," for which I responded "I have not, and clearly you don't care!!" NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!
Smart knowledgeable staff. Clean and well organised modern store. They seem yo have a good computer inventory system and if the part is not in store, they can have it delivered quickly.
