I highly recommend B-Town for automotive repairs. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them over the years. They are ethical, their rates are comparable, the entire staff are friendly and helpful, they are thorough and informative, they don't try to upsell unnecessary work and the work is done in a timely manner.

Take your vehicle to anywhere but this place! My truck caught on fire a few days after these guys did work on my truck. They tried to deny it and cover it up even. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they did some shady stuff while they had my vehicle. Somebody was in my vehicle at their shop overnight. I got several $1,000 into trying to correct their work! Completely dishonest and lacs serious diagnostics and mechanical skills. ??

Best pricing in all of noco! Honest mechanics. Very respectful. And they have the cutest, most polite shop dog in the history of all shop dogs.

B Town Automotive in Berthoud is one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been too. They are fast, efficient, honest and affordable. They always take the time to explain what’s going on and give honest feedback and what services we need to have done. I appreciate that they are family owned. After years of going to dealerships I found my local shop I’ll stick with for life.

We needed several things done and we're very happy with B-Town's availability, speed and quality of work. We were also happy with the final price. B-town was recommended to us and it was a good experience.

Living in four different states, BTown is by far the best auto shop I've used in the last 15 years! I've taken 4-6 cars to them and they are so transparent, honest, and friendly. They will answer and email or a phone call and fit you in quick. It's always the same 3-4 folks up front with consistency over the years. Recently they started doing free CarFax reports with your vehicles which is the coolest! Everyone in Berthoud should be going here, and even those willing to travel for good work, service, and rates. They're also community involved donating to raffles and they leave $20 "kindness tokens" at small locally owned Berthoud businesses for customers to find and use.

I absolutely LOVE B-Town!!! It's strange to say I love my mechanic but I do. They are family owned with an adorable shop dog Cash and the sweetest Grandma who will give you a ride home if you need one. They are honest, fair priced and do a great job. They are also really really really nice people who do a lot for our community. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I had a different default shop to go to when I needed work done that I couldn't do myself. I decided to try them out with my old backup work truck and I'm happy I did. The pricing was fair and the timing was good. I'm not sure if it was them but my radio wasn't working when I brought it in for over a year and now it is after picking it up... I'll be coming back.

Great experience with B-town! They diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted me (it was a fair quote, hurts like all payments that everyone would rather spend money on elsewhere), and had a 10 hour job done by the next day! Karen at the desk was very nice and held up shop so I could rush over and make a payment to pick up my car on a Friday. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I'm born and raised in a small town. When I moved to Berthoud, I was looking for a local automotive team I could trust to take care of my automotive repairs and services. B-Town has earned my trust. Recently, I was getting a 50K service done and the technician notices what could have been signs of early wear in my rear diff. Not chunks of metal or anything that obvious, but signs of wear. They could have just serviced my vehicle, but they called it to my attention and gave me the chance to have it looked at by the dealership who would repair against our warranty. It was early wear and it is getting replaced under warranty. If it weren't for the honest and thoughtful information shared by B-Town, I would have not known about the issue and it would have just been hidden for possibly years down the road or potentially worse. Thank you for being a true service and client focused company. Over the last 2 years worth of service and cemented by this experience, you have my loyalty. I value companies who put value in trust and service over the bottom line.

B-town Automotive is amazing!! We read reviews and decided to check them out. They do have that small town family feel. They got us in for both out cars on short notice. They have worked with us, have been extremely understanding and didn’t pressure us when we couldn’t fix one of the vehicles. They have gone above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a very happy customer with them for over 3 years now. I recently had some work done that had some issues after I got my car back. When I went to them to help me resolve it they went far above and beyond to make it right. The owner called me and she and I had an extensive conversation. She’s taking every measure to ensure it doesn’t happen again and that my trust is earned back and maintained in addition to doing so much more to make it right. I’ve never experienced any other business work as hard as they have to correct their mistakes and protect their customer relationship. As their customer I feel truly valued and appreciated. We had both our vehicles worked on by Btown. Mine last year in 2022 and my husband's today. Btown is nothing but the best. Fast, friendly, professional services. They are by far the best automotive business. The prices are reasonable, and they do it in a timely manner. They greet you with a smile and you leave a happy customer. If you want great customer service and honest, quality care then bring your cars to B-town. Seriously. I have been a customer at B-town for a few years and with a few different cars. I know close to nothing about cars especially when it comes to repairs and sadly I have been taken advantage of in the past at other shops. B-town is the first and only shop that has made me feel 100% comfortable and completely confident that not only are they providing the best service but they are doing it honestly. Not only are they doing it honestly, they have always found the most cost effective ways to help as well. There is NEVER any pressure or rushing you into service. I will ever only go to and recommend B-town.

We thought we were having a problem with our brakes and we needed our car looked at as quickly as possible. The folks at B Town were awesome. They got our car in to look at our brakes promptly. Provided us with a ride home and got back to us with the diagnosis quickly. The cost was beyond fair and they have definitely won our future business.

I appreciate that I feel heard as a customer (even though I know nothing about cars) and they really have my best interest in mind. I am so impressed with B-Town Automotive. Their customer service is second to none. Sam, in particular, has great etiquette when it comes to professionalism. They did great work on my aging car, hopefully extending its usefulness for many more thousands of miles. I can't believe how smooth she's running after getting new fuel injectors. I'm also very pleased with the warranty on the work they did, guaranteeing it for 36 months or 36,000 miles. They're always very clear and transparent about explaining the repairs they do. I will be trusting them with my trusty Silver again.

The guys at B-town are excellent. The last time I was in, I had my car towed in 30 minutes before they closed... They diagnosed it was the starter, quoted me for the work, then even gave me a lift back home! I got a call at 9am the next morning that my vehicle was ready! I have had two separate vehicle serviced by them and they got the job done quick, right, and at a more than fair price. Will definitely be using them for any further auto work I need, and would highly recommend!

Had my water pump replaced on a 07 Camry. They diagnosed the problem, gave me clear repair options and their price was very reasonable. B-Town came through for me once again! As usual, they made a detailed diagnosis, explained all the options and then gave me a firm price for the repair. Their estimated completion date was met, even though I mentioned there was no rush on my end. To sum it up, there's simply no BS at B-Town!
