This is my go-to towing company in southwest Colorado. The are the best! I trusted a more expensive, well-known company in Durango and was disappointed, left on the side of the road. This company knows how to handle snowy and muddy Colorado conditions. They can pick you up and take you where you want to go. They come prepared with chains or whatever is needed for the job. From now on, I will always choose them to tow me.

Four days ago I was less than 5 miles from completing a 1250-mile drive from Eugene, OR, headed for a destination here in Ignacio in a Toyota van borrowed from my daughter and her husband. The van had just been serviced before my departure and supplied with new brakes and TIRES. In view of the Sky Ute Casino a disconcerting rumbling noise caused me to slow down, pull over and check the tires. The short version of my discovery is: flat passenger rear tire.
My experience with the roadside assistance branch of the van's insurance company could itself be grist for the story-telling mill. The end of that story would read, "...so, not wanting to wait until two hours after dark before the contracted responder MIGHT have arrived, I called Pine River Towing and Jeremy was there in 10 minutes." My friend here in Ignacio had suggested Jeremy and his business when I'd called her to inform her of the reason for my delayed arrival.
The nitty-gritty of the review is this. Jeremy was courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. He put on the spare and I was on my way less than 30 minutes after he arrived.
The following day I took the damaged tire to his nearby shop where he examined it to see if it could be repaired. It could not be. With his assistance an arrangement was made with a Durango tire shop to coordinate with my son-in-law and as of 9am this morning I have four inflated regular tires on the van again.
Without any reserve whatsoever, I recommend Pine River Towing and its proprietor to any persons needing the services he provides so well.
The flat tire was a pain in several places. Meeting and doing business with Jeremy certainly was not!
Jeremy is the best. He is friendly, capable, and arrived hours before any service thought they would make it. I was stranded on a busy highway and no one could or did stop. He manuverd his truck and flashing lights creating a safe repair space.
Jeremy was prompt and professional. My car needed a flatbed and he has that. He towed and delivered it carefully. He got my other car running too, and was very fair with the charges. What's more, his positive, cheerful attitude really helped during a stressful time. I would recommend Pine River Towing to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Jeremy and his service. We had broken down in the middle of nowhere and He came to our rescue in the middle of the night after several other towers refused to.
Jeremy is amazing! I was stuck in a ditch off the side of the road, and tried AAA - I waiting on triple AAA for 2 hours and no one in Durango area would come assist me! Jeremy was there as soon as I called, with the only 4 wheel side tow in the area, and he had me out and back on the road in no time. Can’t recommend Pine River enough!
