I called and got a very good quote on my truck. I got a pick up time within an hour, and the driver called and actually showed up a few minutes early. It was very easy. These guys are absolutely fantastic I can’t believe I didn’t do this before. Junkyard boys was super helpful and super friendly I was able to get my car sold with them within minutes and was able to set up an appointment to come pick up and tow my car away. They were able to come pick up my car the very next day and said it between 2:30 and 3:00. They showed up at 2:30 on the dot. I had an old salvage car that I could not get sold for years they were able to haul it off for $400 cash which is more than the regular junkyard would get me. They were even nice enough to follow up with me afterwards to make sure that all my needs and requirements were met I always appreciate a follow-up call it shows me that the company cares. So I was having a super long week and received a notice on my wrecked Malibu that it needed to be removed from my parking spot. I googled buy junks cars and the Junk Car Boys appeared. After speaking with a rep and getting my quote, they scheduled me for the next day pick up. The next morning I received 2 calls just making sure I still wanted to do it and what time worked best for me! I was 10 mins late meeting the tow truck driver who also called me to let me know he was headed my way. Then waited there for me and took my baby to car heaven before my apt complex could it and I not make any money at all! I have used junk car boys 4 times now to get rid of vehicles I'm not using anymore or don't have a desire to repair and each time it has been amazing from start to finish. These guys were great! They gave me a great offer over the phone after asking a few questions to determine the condition of my automobile. When they called to arrange a time they were completely flexible on letting me choose a time that worked for me. Mike was great to work with and the process was streamlined and easy to understand. The tow driver was polite and professional. Called in at 11am and by 1:30pm the vehicle was taken off our hands and we had $ in our pocket. I called for quotes from other junk car buyers and didn't even receive a timely quote, plus the quotes I did get were below what these guys paid us. All around it was a great experience and I feel we were treated with respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if ever needed.

These guys at Junk Car Boys were so Awesome. I requested a quote, A guy named Justin was so quick to respond, from there on out everything Justin told me would happen, happened, very fast. The process was so easy. After agreeing with the quote (which was higher than the other 2 companies i called) Justin kept me completely informed. What a pleasure to deal with a company that really has it all together. The last step was for the tow company to call me and set up a pick up time. We set it up for 8:00 am, the driver was here at 7:50, very prompt, very professional and paid me the cash we had agreed on. Once he was gone I figured that was it we were done, Then Nathan from Junk Car Boys calls me a few days later just to follow up. What a bunch of Great People working there.
