I can’t say enough about the service we received from them. Lost our brakes while exiting I70 west of Denver while towing a 28’ travel trailer. Managed to get it stopped and parked in a tow-away zone that fortunately had a no parking sign with their number.
Very courteous and prompt. Hooked up our trailer, towed and parked at the campground we were headed to where we exited, and then came back and towed the truck to the shop where it was repaired!

I was traveling up i70 to WinterPark on Friday afternoon. My truck lost all power, and we were stranded on a late Friday afternoon. I called Bear Creek, and they moved their schedule around to help me get my truck into a shop prior to the weekend.

Bear Creek Towing saved me... literally saved me! Brian, the owner and the one who towed me, was so kind and compassionate when helping me out of a scary situation - I lost traction up a snowy mountain and slid into a deep snowbank/ditch on the side of the mountain road! My SUV was tilted almost on its side into the ditch, my driver side door was up against the snow! He came out to check on me even though I had not yet hired him the evening it happened and told me what I needed to make sure any towing would not damage my vehicle. He went ABOVE and BEYOND just a tow! Great guy, great pricing, great company!! I will never forget his kindness and compassion. If you are in his service area and you need help, Brian is your guy!!

Brian (hopefully that's the right spelling) came out today to pull out my car that slid off the driveway and was precariously stuck in the trees. He was able to pull it out without any damage and was just an overall easy person to deal with in a stressful situation. I hope I don't need to call again but I definitely will if I need a tow.

Brian was so kind to come out for an evening tow when our car was stuck. We had a fairly difficult car to tow without tow hooks but he clearly has lots of knowledge and experience and was able to get it out quickly. He took time at the end of his busy day to help, charged us a fair price, and got our car out without any damage. Would highly recommend him to everyone!

Top notch service. I had to get my vehicle from my mountain home to a location where it could be loaded on a transport. Not only did Brian show up on time, communicate with my transport company and make sure that I was happy with the way my vehicle was secured to his truck, he also helped the transport driver properly secure my truck to the transport trailer and then gave me a courtesy call to let me know my truck was on its way.
