Get a quote ahead of time. I didn’t ask for one so they overcharged me $276 and the distance of the tow was super short. I will never use this company again, they take advantage
They really helped me out yesterday. TJ did an amazing job and he should get a raise because of how good he is. It sucks to have to get your car towed but they’ll help you out for sure
I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Our car was in the impound lot for a family member that was found deceased in the vehicle. After dealing with a rude office assistant to pay for the release we were then escorted to our vehicle. While on the way down, one of the employees told us and the employee that was escorting us that he “should show us all the cars that people died in”. My wife informed him of why we were there and he proceeded to say we “should see all the cars that people have committed suicide in then”. EXTREMELY unprofessional in any case, especially in the case of why we were there. Once my family informed me of what was said upon returning home, I called the company and demanded to talk to a supervisor or manager. I was then transferred to a voice mail and have yet to hear back.
Since Arvada PD uses these low lifes I will be in contact with them to make sure they know what kind of behavior is being used. I will also be trying to contact the owner as well as never recommending this company to anyone.
Every single time I have to come here to pick up a car, the staff is so helpful and friendly and amazing! Their newly remodeled building is also air conditioned nicely and beautiful.
The first didn't tell everything clearly to me to cost per night $ 40 and also didn't tell me have admin fee $100 must tell everything clearly before towing to not misunderstanding and also the lady in front desk not really respectful
TJ was incredible! He was communicative, transparent, and he handled my electric vehicle with care. He even offered some education and was very personable, approachable, and patient.

TJ came and picked up my work truck when the tire blew on me on my way home. TJ was efficient, thorough, professional, and did a phenomenal job getting it loaded and unloaded, as it’s a heavy box truck. Will definitely recommend Connolly’s and TJ to everyone
We called them for a 15 minute job and were only 10 blocks from them and asked for a quote and I was floored $276 dollars.
For 15 minutes! I am no tow truck company but talk about price gouging. Got another company and they only charge 76$ for the same job. Will never call them again

Absolute scammers. If I could give 1 star I would. Not only was my vehicle stolen, it was then damaged by this company when recovered and they still had the nerve to ask for a payment when picking the vehicle up. Why do we as a society allow parasites like this to exist.

I would highly recommend Connolly's Towing. Our Dodge Ram blew a tire on I 76 and we called Connolly's based on a recommendation and dispatch sent Eric to help us. Eric is an awesome person and did an excellent job getting all of us off the highway safely.
I was stuck on I 70 on an exit yesterday my semi truck blocked the whole exit I met this unbelievable towing guy, he did unbelievable work to safe me and my truck and keep the road safe to the public the man was highly professional I was amazed by his professional safe techniques, I recommend Connolly towing for everyone.

They did a great job with my purchased HMMWV, which was missing a wheel. They were not only upfront with their pricing, but there were no other "hidden fees" and they came in the lowest by ~50% out of all the 8 towing companies I reached out to.
They were easy to schedule with the day before when speaking over the phone. Both a male and female, were easy to work and communicate with. I sent them an email with pictures to help them get the best scope of work and they didn't fail.
The driver called about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival and had the vehicle loaded and dropped off with afternoon downtown traffic within 2 hours.

First time ever dealing with this company. Walked in and asked for a manager, a woman walked up. I Unfortunately don't remember her name but she helped me out big time. Tell her I didn't have a job and didn't have the full amount but she accepted the money I had in my pocket. They got paid and I got an awesome discount from a very friendly and helpful employee.
Not going to lie she saved my ass because I don't know what I would have done if I would have had to come up with the other portion.
The driver was great but the people in the office were another story. I needed my vehicle towed to a different location and they acted like they owned it. Zero cooperation
Connolly’s towing showed up in the promised window to take our crippled little car to the dealer for service. The driver was very careful and did a very professional job of securing the vehicle for the.trip. I hope to never need another tow but if i do I will use Connolly’s.

A few days ago my car was refusing to start. I couldn’t even get the ignition to turn to crank the engine. Once I contacted the company I got an immediate response, and they were super flexible with times to send someone out. Even though the car couldn’t be put in neutral, they were still able to get my car towed. I didn’t even have to wait! Super friendly customer service and they’re very timely with their tows! They’re 24 hours and the overall service was awesome. 10/10!
I want to start off saying I'm not one to leave bad reviews. But if I can give minus stars I would. Went to their lot on May 20 2024 to pickup a car. First time I've ever been to this place and I ran into the owner, which I hope no customer ever does. He's a real miserable POS! Since I've never been there, I made sure to read the signs as to where to park and where to check in (habit from my truck driving days). After parking, where I thought it was an ok spot, I went inside the office to check in the impound side of the office. After a couple of minutes, I hear someone outside cussing up a storm ( the POS owner) I stepped outside after I checked in and turns out the owner was upset and looking for whoever parked the vehicle that was in his way. After he realized it was me, he started cussing me out, we got into a back and forth argument before he stormed out the place. The employees that witnessed the argument apologized for the owners disgusting behavior and comments. They said "sorry that's the owner and that's how he is". I don't care who you are, you don't disrespect people like that over such an insignificant issue. You decide who to call when you need a tow and who you give your money to for a service, I wouldn't call this company if it was the only company in town. I'd rather push my car for miles before giving a dime of my hard earned money to that racist POS owner of Connolly's towing. Customer beware.
They sent out a truck immediately and were able to do a difficult tow, pulling our car from out of a ditch after sliding off during a winter storm. TJ was very professional, did the job quickly and the price was very fair. Very happy with Connolly’s Towing.
This place would get 5 stars if the front desk rep was a tad more friendly! My gf totaled her car and they towed it. We ended up leaving a sticker in the car and when we came back with 7 minutes left until they closed, the front desk lady had zero effort towards customer service.
Other then that the employees in the back end are nice and friendly. 7.3/10 in my books. (Could be more customer service)
This place is amazing! My vehicle got stolen, and once it was recovered by the police department, it got towed here. They Jen was very friendly, and all of the staff helped me out through the entire process. They understood my situation and showed empathy and help us out alot. Most towing yard are rude and they don't care. Here is another story.
I’m definitely not the person to write bad reviews. But I could agree 100% that the young women sitting on the first desk to the left is incredibly rude (seems like a very un happy person in her job position.) I don’t know, I like showing up to my job and treating clients as the humans we are and with respect. She had a lot of excuses for me to not be able to take the vehicle but gladly I had all my paperwork together. Her coworker on the other side was very respectful and helpful.

Over the weekend my son was driving home from work and slipped off the road and found his car in a VERY bad situation.
Connolly's Towing was the company we called.
The first guy that came out was very upfront and honest. He told me that his flat bed truck was not enough for the job. By the end they needed to call in a 50 ton truck, a 4 wheel drive truck & the Flat bed that came out first.
These guys were able to pull my son's car out, and didn't do any more damage than was already done. Which was amazing, because if they were careless about how they did it, and were just in a hurry to get it done and move on, my son's car could have been completely TOTALED!!
When it was all said and done these gentleman did a great job, and cut us a HUGE deal on the costs. We were expecting to pay A LOT because of how bad the situation was, and we were astonished at what they did and how much of a break they were willing to give us!!
If you ever need a tow, you couldn't go with a better company!!
Had one heck of a golf cart adventure with our tow yard concierge. The front office staff were pleasantly friendly and helpful. After a traumatic car accident I am extremely satisfied with this establishment. Good people start to finish.
These guys are fantastic! Excellent service and people that were so helpful and willing to help me so quickly! I got stuck at a job in my skid steer and out of everybody I called these guys are the ones that came through! I am so appreciative and cannot thank you guys enough for all your help! Should I ever need the services again? They will be the first ones I call and I will recommend them to all my friends, family and business partners thank you thank you thank you!
Connolly’s Towing was Highly recommended by my dealership Corvette Connections. I called and they came out sooner than the time they told me on the phone. My car was in a dangerous place on 38th and they called in another tow truck to block the street and get us out safe. Richard, the driver made the entire process easy and hassle free. He explained everything he was going to do snd made sure I felt safe the entire time. He made the ride back to the dealership super comfortable and made it a point to make me laugh to lighten the mood. Best service ever! Their prices where very competitive and the care that Richard took with my car from start to finish was bar none. Thank you Richard! I will most definitely plan to use Connolly’s exclusively in the future.
