Rifle location is a rip off! Found a different recycling center later that day... would have paid me 25. more per pound for scrap than they did! Staff were extremely unpleasant too. Go to Green Zone instead
Have called this place three times in the past requesting some pretty basic stuff and was told they would get back to me. Well I'm still waiting on that call and when I did call back on these separate occasions Everytime it was like they had never heard of me or the part I needed. Spanglers wouldve said "sure if you can find it out there but your using your own tools." And that's it until you came back with it and paid.
Went there to get a part for my 1994 Subaru thankfully they had what I needed. The part was inexpensive and they called me when it was ready to pick up. Simple and easy.
Make sure they weigh your scrap. Tried to give me half of what the stuff i tried to sell them. Lady at counter rude. I told her they need to pay what it weighed or load it back up. She said she didn’t care. Im not telling them how to run business but they need to get their act straight. Lady needs to learn some customer service
I bought a tailgate door assembly for my LandRover through these guys, about $450. They didnt do any sort of quality inspection, so I ended up a non working window. The inner door parts were broken and coated in dust. Took a few hours to swap the inner parts from my previous door. When I called asking if I could get a discount, I was told they only sold me the door shell, and theey sell internal parts separrately. I get door ASSEMBLY means just the shell as is. Weak
They had the part I needed that's been impossible to get online. From now on I'll be checking with them first to support this local business and family.
Very helpful in telling us what kind of rim, which is called a Dexter rim, that we needed to buy for a vintage RV that we just bought. That way we could look it up on line to order it from e-trailer. The Trade Center told us that the trailer was a very efficient company and your items were sent promptly.
Filed out a thing online to get rid of my truck they quoted me $800 but when called to talk to them about getting it they changed to 75$ and charge me $85 to pick it up
Wanted to say I absolutely love going to this place Aubrey and Celest have always been going out of their way to get me the parts I need and they always have the best pricing! I have had multiple cars that have needed parts and Aubrey has always asked if I would like it installed and has went out of his way to put it in for me! 100% hands down best customer service! Highly recommended if you need parts!!!
They always seem to have what I need when I need it. Prices are not bad, sometimes I think a little steep, but considering they have it and it's a bit cheaper then getting it new when I don't need new, can't really complain.
All I did was call to see how much I could get for my van, they told me $65 per ton. Asked me if I can bring it to them and I told them it does not start cause it was involved in an accident. They proceeded to to say that well then if you can not drive it here I won’t pay out of pocket cause I have to pay $75 just to come get it. For being a mom with theee kids by herself right while my husband is in Denver working and I am out of a car they should have a little bit more compassion
I was warned by several people to be very wary of this place. Their advice to me was to check out the part thoroughly before I purchased it. So I did exactly that and I had no problems. I went out and looked at the cars in the lot that had the part I needed. Then I chose the part from the car that I felt was best. Prices could have been better. I paid approximately half of what it would have been new.
Buyer beware this place is a major rip off, point of example I attempted to buy a new front seat for my Ford they wanted to charge me $775 for the seat and it was broke when I can turn around and go to Ebay and get a good used one for 340 bucks Denver was about the same around three hundred bucks so I say be careful I strongly do not recommend these guys...
This place is a freaking joke . I have been to two of their locations and both times was treated with disrespect . Most of the staff acts like you are putting them out and God forbid you Happen to know something that they don't about the part you are looking for they will straight up debate you right there in the office.
Where I come from you treat the customer with respect and this place treats you like you are a pain in their ass.
Sold me a transfer case, told it woks with no problems. Eventually pull the cover off and find a chain that's completely stretched out, metal shavings, some kind of metallic repair pasteering and WHOLE GEAR TEETH in the bottom of the case, not even on the magnet, caked on the housing just below the bottom gears and chain. $300 down the drain, thanks for nothing!
