While driving cross country we had a tire blow out that broke a trailer light. We were fortunate enough to have Stratton NAPA within walking distance of the Tire Shop we used to repair our tire. We were able to get what we needed and a few extras to make our trip comfortable. The people are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much!!!
We are privileged in Stratton to have Rick behind the counter. Folks like him or a dying breed. His knowledge gained over the years and willingness to help in locating the most obscure parts are unmatched. Not to mention he's got a lot of really helpful tips. I think it's safe to say he has forgotten more than most employees of Auto stores in the city have yet learned. Kudos. The only reason I don't give five stars is because they're closed on Sundays.
