My friend got towed by this company he lives out of his vehicle with slim to no money and they wouldn’t work him at all on the price tried to pick it up the same day and charged him $475 which is outrageous people have no gives about other people will burn whoever however to make money this tow company is ridiculous tried to say it’s the state fees I had my van in police impound for a week and they worked with me and only charged me $80
All I have to say is thank goodness there are still good guys out there. Very fair priced and take pride in what they do!! If you care about your vehicle these are the guys to trust!! Will never go anywhere eles!! Keep up the great job!! And thank you!!
They were quick to respond and got someone out in a reasonable amount of time. I wasn't stranded on the road, so that was never a concern. The dispatcher and driver were both very nice and personable. I will use them again if I ever need to.
A-A towing is a great tow company I recommend them highly. I was stuck in the storm and the driver Clifford arrived within 15-20 minutes. Their rates are the best in town, and Clifford was great. Use A-A if you ever need a tow!!
I can’t put into words about A-A towing! They are very polite, very helpful and very professional. They will not charge you an arm and a leg to help you out. I love the honesty and integrity that A-A towing has. Other companies have charged ridiculous prices to help people out. Other tow companies will take advantage of you and rip you off in your time of need. This does not happen with A-A towing. I will not use or recommend another tow company, except A-A towing. Keep up the great work all of you at A-A towing!
Great experience with A-A. Called a couple other places before them who never got back to me, and I’m glad they didn’t. A-A picked me up in under 15 minutes, were very reasonably priced, and the driver was efficient and personable. I’d highly recommend these guys!
I've never been particularly happy or impressed with a towing company before...after all, it's generally not a happy time when you're in need of one. But my experience with Jim, at A-A Towing, was excellent.
My vehicle is a large, 12,000lb van, and I needed to get it from the middle of Colorado Springs out to the mechanic in Peyton. I was referred to A-A by my mechanic, but when I called, Jim said that his bigger truck was in the shop, so I called around to 5 different towing companies...2 of them couldn't fit the truck on their rigs, 1 of them didn't want the work and said that I wouldn't be willing to pay what they charge, and the others gave me prices around the $450 range (which is about what I was grudgingly expecting, to be honest). As it turned out, Jim would be getting his bigger vehicle out of the shop a day later, so I was able to wait that day and he came and picked up/delivered the vehicle at exactly the time that he said he would and communicated very well throughout the process. Then, in the end, he charged me exactly what he said would be his number, which was 30% of what the other places quoted me - an EXCELLENT price!
All in all, a fantastic experience and I'll never call another towing company! If you have a need, THIS is your company!
A few weeks ago, my car broke down and left me stranded on the I-25 going north. They were super quick to respond and rescue me. I used them twice more in my attempt to fix my car. Very quick, friendly and affordable.
Called for a family friend that was stranded on the side of the road. Was very nice and professional with decent price for our needs. Arrived in a timely manner and will use again if ever needed
Clifford and Jim were amazing. When I called no one answered and Jim returned my call immediately. Clifford got to my vehicle quickly during a snow storm. Got me and my vehicle to the tire shop safely. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend A-A Towing.
Clifford was very helpful in getting a truck from an outlying area to my chosen auto service center in Fountain. He went above and beyond to help a lady in need of assistance from our church benevolence fund.

Excellent customer service. I was estimated 1 hour and they showed on the hour, I got hooked up and headed straight my local mechanic. Professional and better pricing then USAA roadside which I was told it would be less then a hour as I waited almost 2 before calling A-A Towing.
Fast and professional service provided by A-A Towing. I called and within 15 minutes Clifford showed up on a cold rainy day, he had my car loaded and helped my son and I get it into the garage within an hour(including a 20 min drive). I had an excellent experience with A-A Towing. My daughter was driving my car this morning (lots of snow and wind) and got in an accident on I25, about 10 miles south of Fountain. Despite the terrible weather, Jim was able to pick up the car and have it back to his place in less than an hour. Fair price too! Very grateful for Jim and his company. He made a tough morning a lot easier.
I called Double-A towing After my car blew a tire on I-25 Near Colorado Springs. I was traveling from out of state at the time. I pulled over to the side and called them. Within 20 minutes he were there. He towed me to a tire shop nearby and the price was very reasonable. The man was very friendly and helpful.
Very reasonably priced and recommended by other tow companies, other companies wanted almost twice the amount A-A was charging.
Jim was very courteous over the phone and very understanding.
Had a truck towed from Fountain to the Springs with no issues and in great time!

Do not under any circumstance let these crooks, & thief's touch your vehicle. They over charge you to get your car back, & in doing so, they will go through your vehicle, & steal anything that's not bolted to the frame. Completely ridiculous, pathetic, & the worst experience I've ever had to encounter. I would hate for anyone to have to go through this, so please, do not call on this company for anything. All this company is, are professional thief's!!!! (Update) I just received the reply of my comment from the owner. Besides butchering the spelling of my name, being as he was not there when I retrieved my vehicle, he would have no knowledge of my inquiries of missing items from my vehicle. Items that were not visible to the naked eye, which means they searched every inch of my vehicle, & took what they wanted. I was told only 2 people have access to their lot, which means only 2 people could've taken my many items. Either the tow truck guy with that dumb look on his face, or the Mr. Know it all owner. (Who also can't type, but I digress) Either way, what's done is done, & I just hope that karma is more lenient on them, than they were on me and my property. Good riddance.
Friendly extremely reasonable. I had my golf cart transported my home for only $65; another business was going to charge $110. The other place referred me to A-A Towing. Yes I would recommend them.
They picked my car up after a wreck and did well with providing me with information. Unfortunately they didn't keep my plates for me like they said they would. Service was good and each time I called I was either called back or got a hold of somebody in a timely manner. It would be nice and possibly in their best interest if they had someone at the office during regular hours.
They personalized my needs and even went out of their way to make sure it was the way I wanted . Best experience I've ever had with a towing company! Very reasonable. I will continue to use their Services. Thank You!
First ever review, but the service was great so I had to write about it. Called because my car broke down due to clutch failure. The dispatch was courteous and kind. Gave me the amount it would take to have my car towed which was a flat fee. No bull/no hidden fees. Robert had my car towed to my home and was great. It's stressful having car failure but A-A made this process easy and stress free. I highly recommend A-A. 5 stars
Very pleased with my experience with A-A towing. Jim Sikes arrived within no time and was extremely helpful and friendly. After normal business hours he went out of his way to meet me at his shop so I could gather my belongings out of my vehicle. The guy who appraised the damage of my car even commented on how nice of a man he is. Highly recommend!!
This company was extremely unprofessional, with bad customer service skills. I had them tow my car when I was in an accident. Before they even came I called them and told them I need an exact amount before I hired them to tow. After the job was done, they did not go with the quote they said. When I called them during buisnes hours to get my car out, they told me I had to wait till the next day, because their worker was busy on towing other vehicles. Of course I would have to pay the overnight fee!
