Fred’s Towing was OUTSTANDING! If I ever need my vehicle towed again, they will without a doubt be the company I call. They went the extra mile for us, we’re friendly and very professional.

I highly recommend this company. Very reliable, helpful, and Professional. Kyle one of the drivers was extremely helpful and Mike allowed us to park in there space for 24 hours. I trust this company and will always use them.

Nice and respectful. But did give us a break where he said he would and ended up paying the same amount to retrieve my vehicle.

Thankful for this place. Very nice people over the phone. They kept us updated during on time frames and the tow driver John, was very helpful through the entire process. We flipped our utv and he was able to get it upright and off the trail flawlessly. We couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you all🌷

Fred's just charged me $396 to tow my motorcycle 15 miles to Auto Zone !!!!!!!! Feels like highway robbery to me!!! Shall I go to court???

I accidentally locked my keys in my truck up in Eleven Mile Canyon. Fred's towing had Dave on his way to help me out quickly and Dave was able to get the truck unlocked and get me on my way shortly after he arrived. Price was reasonable given the out of the way location. Thanks!

We were visiting the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center on the 4th of July when we discovered our car had lost several lug nuts. We called Fred's Towing, and within minutes of speaking with dispatch, Dave, the driver, called us directly and was on his way. He arrived quickly and was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Since we were visiting from out of town, Dave gave us several thoughtful recommendations for transportation. And because it was a holiday and all the local auto shops were closed, Fred's Towing kindly offered to store our vehicle in their yard overnight at no extra charge. The next morning, they delivered the car to a local shop for us. We’re so grateful to Fred’s Towing, and especially to Dave, for their kindness and support during a stressful situation. What could have been a very frustrating day turned out so much better thanks to their help.

Fred's was assigned to me on a AAA call. Maybe ten minutes after getting off the phone with AAA, Dave from Fred's called me. Ten minutes after that, Dave was loading my jeep onto the back of his tow truck. Dave was professional, efficient, and friendly. When he arrived to my home, he was easily able to drive up a driveway that I've had delivery drivers refuse to go up. He was very careful not to scrape my driveway with the tilt bed of his tow truck, and he put my jeep exactly where I wanted it. A few pictures to prove the jeep arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up, a quick signature, a quick handshake, and a good word, and Dave was off to the next call. So, a great experience with Fred's Towing!

Just wanted to.give a huge shout out to Maurice with Fred's Towing. He came out and loaded our truck and helped us get it home to Florissant. Maurice was very kind and respectful and we appreciate him being there to help us.

Absolute worst experience of my life, dealing with this tow company. I was in a major car accident in late May, and fractured my back. I called Fred’s towing immediately to let them know I couldn’t walk and would need to wait a few days to get the things out of my totaled car, and sign over to insurance. They immediately listed my car as abandoned, and had the state patrol send over an official letter. Finally when I was able to retrieve my personal effects from my car, they wouldn’t let my brother and mother help me, despite me using a cane. They gave me hell about proving the car was mine, even though I had proof on hand. The front office lady was rude, dismissive, and unpleasant. Please have your car towed anywhere else if possible.

Out of 20 towing companies that offered 24/7 emergency assistance, Fred’s was the only one to answer my phone call at 5am and make their way to help us when we broke down in Springs. Super fast arrival and great driver that helped us get off the interstate and to a shop. Can’t thank this company enough for their help this morning!

Fred's Towing was amazing to our electricians and company vehicle yesterday! They were on time, reasonably priced, and everyone from the phone line at the service desk to the tow truck driver were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Would 100% recommend and will be using their services in the future!

We're from Texas and on our first vacation in the mountains our transmission died. Donna and Mike Cerquozzi came to our rescue, twice, and we are grateful to them for helping us through a very stressful time. They were kind and went above and beyond to get our car into the shop in a timely manner. This was crucial in the overall situation to get us home by week's end, the best case scenario. Got my Wrangler stuck in deep snow up in the mountains at the Longwater Gulch in Florissant. I couldn’t get unstuck no matter how much I dug around the trail. I truly tried. Called Fred’s Towing and Mike picked up the phone. We were taken care of the moment he answered the call. He made us feel safe and secure with the knowledge that his driver is on his way. We called around 10pm and Kyle was dispatched to come winch us out around midnight. Due to the off-roading conditions we were retrieved around 7-8am. The whole time Mike kept calling to see if we were ok, warm, had water or fuel. This was REASSURING! They are a great towing service and I would definitely recommend if you’re in the Colorado area.

We just experienced a 40 inch snowfall and though the road into our property had been plowed, we still slid on the ice and got stuck. Fred's Towing showed up and did a great job. Mike the driver was friendly and even drove our vehicle back onto our property and up to the house because once he got the car moving off of his truck he didn't want to chance it getting stuck if he stopped to let us drive it up.

Nicest and most helpful people ever! We needed help with a tow for our nonprofit and Fred’s came to the rescue. Donna answered our call right away and was amazing. She returned calls and texts immediately and was always polite and helpful. They donated the tow to our little nonprofit which was amazing (thank you Donna and Mike and everyone!) We are super small with no paid employees and very little funding… The driver was prompt and super friendly. He even stuck around a little after the delivery to help us make sure it was perfect. Seriously…great tow services are hard to come by. Can’t thank them enough for the help and great service. They were truly kind and professional and made sure to do an amazing job.

I have used Fred's Towing several times over the years and the service has always been good, but this last week I once again needed their help and they were absolutely amazing. It was late at night and Mike dispatched Maurice out to us very quickly. Maurice did a wonderful job and they were both very kind and caring. Thank you so much guys for being so great to us. ♥️♥️

We had a dead battery and were in danger of missing our flight. Fred's Towing came to the rescue in a flash! The tow truck driver was incredibly respectful and courteous. These guys turned a catastrophe into a speed bump. I couldn't be happier with their service!

We woke up early for a flight and found the battery on our rental car dead at our airbnb. We called Fred's towing and our driver was there in less than 15 minutes to give us a jump and get on our way. He was professional and the process was super easy. The other companies we called quoted hours of wait time. It quite literally saved the day.

I got stuck in snow on the side of a narrow mountain road at 5am in Woodland Park. My insurance roadside assistance told me they didn’t have towing partners that could help and to just call 911. I called FOUR “24 hr” towing companies. Only ONE of these so-called 24 hr companies answered, Fred’s towing. The gentleman (Mike) that spoke with was friendly and caring and kept in touch with me to make sure I felt safe. I also spoke to Donna and she was equally kind. Dave, the tow truck driver, arrived within the hour, and he was obviously very experienced and was able to pull me out without incident. It was a very stressful morning but these three angels made me feel safe and cared for. After I was safely on the road on my way home I did finally receive several call backs (I made a total of 9 calls to towing companies) all who said they could arrive within 2-3 hours. To heck with that! I highly recommend Fred’s towing.

Would highly recommend! Great customer service, pricing, and communication. Our truck slid and got stuck in a ditch up in Divide, CO. After waiting for hours, our roadside assistance company told us to find our own services as none of their providers would accept our request. After speaking with Fred's Towing, Brian arrived within an hour and helped us out!

Been waiting on AAA for 6 hours to send help. I'm a premier member and got stuck in the snow in a friend's driveway in Florissant. Mike @ Fred's towing contacted me first thing this morning to see if I still needed help even though AAA canceled the request. He sent Bryan and a truck to pull me out even though AAA utterly botched the entire ordeal on their end 🤬 Bryan also went the extra mile and spent the time and effort to gently pull the traitorous urban Jeep I was stuck in free from it's snowy trap slowly and safely. SO SUPER THANKFUL TO MIKE & FRED'S TOWING, & ESPECIALLY BRYAN YOU GUYS ROCK!!! ❤️

Got stuck at the peak of pikes peak. Needed a flatbed. Guy took care of our vehicle loading and unloading it at the nearest shop. Even the shop was impressed with how and where they dropped it, considering how small of a space it was. Adding pictures just to show the precision the tow truck driver had while unloading, next to the yellow baja. It's not a bad price considering where we got stuck. 10/10 hope we never need you again.

I just have to shout-out Fred's towing. I got my Chevy suburban stuck on the side of the mountain. the tires were stuck and I could not move it. They had to use two trucks to get it out safely without causing any damage to the vehicle. Which they did, successfully. Which was not cheap, but i totally understand it. I was really concerned because i had 1300$ in cash in the car and rings that were equal to 10k In The car and they did not touch them. I am so impressed with the genuine honesty of the man who owns this place and the people he has employed. I am so happy to have used their services and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. Very rare to find honest good people these days. They are legit .God bless u all over there!
