Having an accident is a stressful situation.
When one of your kids is in an accident it's twice as bad.
This company was called out by Arapahoe County to tow my son's car yesterday evening after he was in an accident during rush hour.
I was amazed the driver beat me there, and was loading the vehicle already when I arrived.
The driver was so nice and professional, answered my questions and provided information about how I could contact the lot for recovery of personal items when they opened (this morning).
I arrived to the lot about 5 minutes after they opened and had another great interaction with the gentleman at the counter.
The car is totaled and there's nothing to be done about that, but the lot made it easy to provide them the information for them to take care of the disposal because what am I really going to do with a totaled vehicle??
Because we had liability only on the vehicle, I was expecting to be charged the tow fee, storage fee and a disposal fee. But because I was able to sign the title over these fees were ALL waived and that is not something I have experienced before.
Even with the circumstances of the reason for dealing with this company being less than ideal, I would not hesitate to contact them in the future if the need arose due to the friendly and professional services we were provided.
I always think it’s a no brainer that if you’re driving professionally and have your company’s name on your vehicle, you’d drive as if you respected the community you are driving through. I just saw a 1st class towing truck driving over the speed limit through a construction site by a school in my community. It shows me the driver doesn’t care one bit for the kids that attend that school or the adults traveling down that road. Do better. Show the communities you are driving through that you are a professional driver. Thankfully they weren’t also towing someone’s car at the time. I do have to say that them helping someone injured in an accident recover their belongings as a previous review stated is really sweet. My profession was emergency health care. I just please ask that you aren’t the cause of an accident. The speeding was on Hilltop here in Parker. That road is a common place for accidents. Please drive the speed limit there. Those teens at that school your driver sped fast are just learning to drive and don’t need professionals drivers adding to the accidents by driving excessive speeds.
STAY AWAY! WORST TWOING COMPANY YOU COULD EVER HIRE! This towing company charged me over $500, yes over FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to get my vehicle that they had for less than 24 hours. They impounded it because it was parked too close to the stop sign!
They will impound your vehicle on Sunday, but they won't let you get it until Monday! Of course, to charge more storage fees!
I was impressed by the staff. I had broken 6 ribs , had a bruised lung, messed up shoulder and went to pick my stuff up and they helped me recover everything out of my vehicle and take it to my car. Very friendly people and empathized with the situation. Reminds me of back in the day when people treated you like family. It's hard to find these days.
My husband & I have had multiple experiences with tow truck companies over the years & usually, they fall right into the stereotype of rude, overpriced, destructive jerks who care little about you or your property. This was not the case with 1st Class Towing!! After sheriff's called to have our car towed, the truck was out promptly. I don't know the drivers name but he loaded the car quickly & safely & took off for the yard with safety & speed. The yard was a good 20-25 mins away so I was expecting at least a 2 hour tow charge but they only charged me for 1.25 hrs! When I called the next day & spoke with Kylie she was SO sweet & helpful! I couldn't believe how nice she was! Later when I spoke with either a Dave or a Dan (I can't remember exactly) he was just as nice & helpful! The following day I spoke again with Kylie, who also help us when we came to get the car, & she was just so sweet, like sugar lol!! When we picked up the car, I was expecting it to be rummaged though & stuff missing (as multiple previous experiences had provided us) but the car was exactly as I left it except for the dead battery, which they jumped for us!! This company is the perfect example of changing people's expectations of stereotypes & their customer service is beyond the stars! If we ever need a tow company they will be my first call! Company was called due to a vehicle accident.
The vehicle had to be put on a roll off, the driver was very professional, and secured the vehicle properly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I had gotten in an accident and it was supposed to have the first day free because it was out of “calendar hours” ( my accident was at 10pm) but instead I got charged a nightly fee and they charge by the hour somehow it took the driver to go 4 miles in almost 5 hours. They tried to charge me $240 for each day my car was there. It was only in there for a day and a half and they tried to charge me for 4 days. They girl working at the counter was so rude and said if you don’t want to pay the fee (which was almost $700 for the whole time my car was there) we will take your title and do what we want with the car. I had my boyfriends dad come with me the second time. They said it was $60 a day my car was there for a day and half and somehow I owe $700 the math was not adding up. Not only that but while my car was there my timing and serpentine belt was cut, and things were taken from inside my car. I’ve tried to reach out to them but I just get hung up on or put on hold and never get to talk to anyone. This place is terrible and they don’t take care of the cars, they are rude, and have a bunch of fees that don’t even seem like real things. And they don’t know how a calendar works. Worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars I would.
This place is terrible over charging and they charge 2 day hold but they didn't have my car for 24 hours when I find out corporate number I will be making Complaints till they do something about this terrible service and Robbery
1st Class Towing was very professional and compassionate in my time of need. They were prompt and careful with my vehicle. Jeremy and his partner were honest about costs and both were empathetic individuals. I highly recommend 1st Class Towing.
DO NOT USE! This company profits off of thieves. They charged a non-profit $400 to get a trailer back that was stolen. Taking money from kids in our community doesn’t deserve anyones business.

My husband and I have unfortunately had to deal with many towing companies/impound yards in our lives. Last week my husband was in a roll over accident, and it was nothing short of a miracle that he survived, mostly unscathed. 1st Class Towing was called to clean up the accident at 1am. The next day, my husband and I had to figure out another vehicle to drive, in order to go retrieve our personal belongings, ie, all my husbands tools, a couple sets of important key sets, his cell phone, our id's and credit cards, and some other valuable items that were in the vehicle when the accident occurred. We finally got there but it was 20 minutes before they closed. They were not only professional and friendly, they were non judgmental and they were so very gracious...at least three of the men stayed over an hour after they closed to allow us to clean out our vehicle!!! We are very thankful for their kindness and graciousness!!! After we left, I started to think of the men's demeanor, which I felt was very solemn, and I realized that they must see and have to deal with some pretty horrific situations, and when they see a vehicle as totaled as ours was, they probably thought the worst had happened, a fatality. I have a renewed respect for these companies, they are not always cut-throat, as evidenced by the experience we had with 1st Class Towing! I wanted to personally thank 1st Class Towing, they might not think they did anything special, but after what we had been thru, their hospitality meant the world to us!!
1st Class Towing is just that- during a difficult time dealing with having my car totaled, the staff here are kind, professional, and exceptional in the way they handled my car and in the way they treated my husband and I. Thank you, Dan and staff!
I foolishly put off maintenance on my aging Lincoln Towncar. My car insurance contracted 2 different towing companies, and flaked out on me for four hours. I called 1st Class, (which I should of called to begin with) and operator David showed up a few minutes later!

Dealing with 1st Class Towing has been a nightmare for me. Manager Dan is one of the rudest managers I have had to deal with in the past few years. I do not understand how people stay in jobs doing the kind of ‘service’ to customers that I received from Dan in January, 2021. I wish I had time and energy to find and contact corporate to let them know to remove this person from his job. Manager Dan is absolutely awful.
I have asked Dan and his assistant to help me remove two things I had forgotten inside my rental car before Thrifty’s tow truck picked it up from their tow yard. I live more than 1 hour away from Parker, the location of this tow yard and I wanted to make sure that I could still get my stuff. For the very first time in my life and in 30 years of driving, I had been involved in an accident which took place with this rental car from Thrifty. The car was unfortunately towed to 1st Class Towing. (Dan told me on the phone that he’s not my maid to clean out Thrifty’s car that I had crashed.(These are Dan’s words. Way to go Dan!!! Put yourself in your customers’ shoes and see if you would like a manager or anybody for that matter, to talk to you like this.) That is so, so rude to say to a customer. Instead of finding solutions he just treats you like you are nothing. Dan, in case you do not know, your customers pay over $200 an hour to have their car towed by your company.
There were unfortunately other issues that I had with this same tow company such as obtaining a phone number from them for Thrifty. I needed to coordinate with Dan’s tow company about getting an itemized receipt for reimbursement purposes as I am a AAA member.
After some struggle, Dan finally found an 800 number for Thrifty for me to call. I would like to add that calling Thrifty at an 800 number or an 877 number is yet another huge nightmare. You end up talking to reps in the Philippines who have no clue of what is going on or how to help you, nor can they transfer you to a US Thrifty representative.
Speaking of the name of this towing company: 1st Class Towing. That is a BIG JOKE! Rather this company’s name should be replaced by Worst Class Towing.
My good friend was in a bad accident traveling through Denver and the staff at 1st class towing was extremely helpful and professional. They took really good care of his personal belongings. They were very helpful when we came to receive his belongings.
I was in an accident yesterday and not being familiar with the situation I was very much in shock and in tears. My car unfortunately was damaged too bad where it can't be driven, and your tow guy "Dan" was so calm and professional with me. Helped explain all the in and outs of how he could help me. He even asked how far along my ride was, and then offered to drive me up the road to the nearest 7eleven since it was very cold outside. Thank you Dan!!! You helped make a very scary situation much more manageable. Please give him the recognition he deserves.
My vehicle was stolen and recovered in Arapahoe county. When I went to retrieve it, 2 days after they received it (because I was out of town at the time), they forced me to pay $300 for the tow. Never, have I paid $300 for a tow, let alone to retrieve a car that was stolen from me in the first place. I asked if they could cut me a break considering the circumstances and they informed me that they had already calculated in a discount. How despicable and calloused can you be? They are first class something alright. At least they're across from a bus stop.

First class? HA .. it is baffling to me that the Arapahoe County Sheriffs Deparment supports this coorupt joke of a business. My car was stolen for two weeks and recovered by this towing company but I still get to pay $300 to get my own car back, after it was parked somewhere out of my control. May as well have been stolen by the towing company.... oh wait, it was!
To clarify, our car was picked up at 4:30 pm on a Friday and we were charged for 2 days that your business was closed. Further, we wish that you would consider that the reason we are so frustrated is because you WERE following code. I’m not sure what’s more unfortunate, the fact that the corruption is designed to target the victims of auto theft or that your business perpetrates the corruption. Either way, I guess we learned our lesson about the disappointment of local officials.
