In regards trying to get an alternator, told it would be in on a date, drove out there, it wasn't, told it would be in several days later, went out, alternator not there, FINALLY it came in but THEY didn't call to tell us, we had to try twice calling to get told it came in....not impressed guys...crank up your service!
This store is over priced, it would be beneficial to have another choice parts store to get parts. The typical good ole boys exists here since the establishment of the city. One store for a town just allows exploitation and over prized parts to be sold to people who choose not to go to Alamosa.
Went in looking for motor oil, when the employee tells me they Intentionally breaks the mask law, and has no regard for customer health or the health of their fellow Americans. Dirty place.
If you do most of your own truck work they always have solid advice and professional insight. Most auto parts stores just worry about selling parts, this store makes sure you get the right part for the right job.
We showed up almost before they closed and needed our alternator checked out. The truck battery light was on. They said yes it's no good. Got a new one and we installed it in about 5 minutes took the old one back inside for the core. And had them retest to make sure it was good. Yes it was and off to California we took off for. Thanks to the staff working here for all the help.
You guys need to stop putting you're hours wrong and having us customer wait outside. You guys don't open up at 7 am like suppose to work on that or get too work on time. Have a great day
One of the better Napa auto stores I've been to. Staff is knowledgeable, and do their best to help you, even if you have no idea what you're talking about!
No prices on anything on the shelf! Just part numbers. Sorry, but if you're too lazy to price your stuff...I've got better things to do than waste my time standing in line waiting to ask. We left without buying anything and went somewhere else.
