U-Pull-&-Pay JunkYard in Highlands Ranch (CO)

After trying to charge me for non road worthy tires on a few wheels, I told them that I did not want them. Got told never to come back with a racial slur while walking out the door. Found out that there are plenty of people on the marketplace selling parts that you don't have to pay to enter, remove yourself, environmental fees or core charges... a lot cheaper and easier. Thank you for helping me learn this.

- Decent selection - Decent prices for the most part - Wheelbarrows and such are free to use - Could be a bit cleaner in the aisles

I have been many times. Being able to sign up so you get notified when a car you're looking for arrives is very helpful. Parts of the reasonable price.

The inventory is wrong. You have to pay to enter and they printed out a slip and told us they had the car and what row it was located in (they cant tell you whay parts which is understandable) and we go to the row and it was completely gone and towed away. So we were falsey told they had the car and we lost $6. Stop lying to people and update your systems

Friendly staff. Lots of vehicles to look at. Nice place considering it is a junkyard. Some are not very well kept up.

The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly, helpful, and professional. I found the parts that I needed in the well-organized lot. They are also very Veteran friendly!

Be sure to check pricing on the part you’re looking for and make sure it’s worth your while to hunt for parts. If you ask before you go in, they will price things for you. Otherwise I must say the customer service is very good and the staff are quite pleasant.

You have to pull your own parts, so come prepared with your tools and a buddy to help you.

I had recently purchased a daily driver from Chris and Jamie and i just wanted to share my awesome experience, i was in need of a car but didn’t want to break the bank. From the moment i walked into U Pull&Pay Aurora i was greeted and helped by Chris, he asked me what i was looking for and showed me a couple options we even took a test drive. After i found what was right for me Jamie got me taken care of with titling for the car and a temp tag! i couldn’t say anything other than this process was fast and simple. Great place, well organized and friendly staff. We were especially interested in classic trucks but they don't have many in the yard but that doesn't affect my opinion that this is a great place.

I got into a recent fender bender. All my parts was extra cheap specially on Saturdays. They always have sales and other vehicles. They also sell cars here I bought one.

Good selection of most makes and models. The best selection of parts is when a vehicle first arrives. Odds of finding your part diminishes as the number of days in the yard increase. Bring your own tools, and I advise bringing cleanup rags. The ground can be muddy or worse, so I bring an old towel to lie on.
