I had an excellent experience with Wreck Effects. They did two separate body repairs on my car. One of them was installing a new mirror cap and paint matching it and the other was replacing a fender and two door shells from when I was sideswiped in a parking lot.
I told the manager that I almost forgot the car had suffered damage to the entire side of the car because of what great work they did. They fixed my car with all OEM parts and paint matched everything perfectly. You would never know the car had been fixed and even if I told you, it still looks factory original.

Ken and the team at Wreck Effects are amazing. They were able to do a quick repair on my 2006 Infiniti M35x from a dent that was caused in a parking lot. They fixed it quickly and I sold the car a couple days later. I strongly recommend these folks!
They also fixed a door on my son’s handicapped van. You can’t even tell that the car was worked on.
We would use them again in a heartbeat!
Very disappointed with the service and overall experience
I brought my car to this auto body shop on April 29, 2024. From the beginning, we were assured that the work would be done properly and without major delays. But in reality, no work was started for over three months — the car just sat there until early August. The delay was caused by an inflated estimate of $16,000, which led to long negotiations between Kenneth and our insurance company. The repair was not completed until September 13 — nearly four and a half months later.
When we arrived to pick up the car, Kenneth unexpectedly demanded an additional $1,000. He couldn’t clearly explain what the extra charge was for, which left us confused and frustrated.
Unfortunately, the quality of the repair didn’t meet our expectations. The original damage was to the rear bumper, but upon inspection, we noticed that the front bumper had been damaged as well — even though it wasn’t part of the job. The paint on the replaced parts didn’t match the rest of the car either. We calmly pointed out these issues, and Kenneth agreed to take the car back and fix them.
After the second visit, things didn’t improve. On the way home, some parts started coming loose, as if the repairs had been rushed. To make things worse, we discovered that our dashcam had been damaged during the repair process.
When we brought all of this to Kenneth’s attention, he didn’t offer any financial compensation. He only said he could fix everything himself — but after everything we went through, we no longer felt comfortable leaving the car with him again.
This entire experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this shop!
Wreck Effects Auto Body is truly a rare gem in the auto industry.
We were referred to them by our trusted mechanic after our family SUV was involved in an accident. Not only did they store our Lexus LX for nearly two months while the at-fault insurance company (cough USAA cough) dragged their feet, but they also helped protect us from being bullied and ignored during the entire claims process. They advocated for us when the at-fault's insurance company stopped responding to our emails and calls and walked us through every step with patience, clarity, and compassion.
When it came time to purchase a replacement vehicle, they even did a pre-purchase inspection to make sure it was safe for our family. That kind of care and attention to detail is something you don’t see every day.
Everyone we interacted with at Wreck Effects was genuine, kind, and down-to-earth. They never tried to upsell us or take advantage of the situation—instead, they extended us grace, gave us honest advice, and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to.

I wanted to trust them — but I left disappointed and tired
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I went to this shop.
I brought my car in for what I was told would be a simple cosmetic repair. Kenneth was polite at first and gave me the impression that everything would be taken care of. He estimated about 7–10 days, which seemed reasonable.
But the actual process turned into almost a month of delays, vague updates, and a lot of me having to chase them down for answers. Every time I called, it felt like I was bothering them. It got exhausting.
When I finally got the car back, it just didn’t feel right. The paint didn’t match well, and there were still little imperfections where the damage had been. I brought it up calmly, not trying to be difficult, but Kenneth didn’t seem very open to feedback. He brushed it off and told me it was “within expectations.”
What upset me most was the feeling that I had to fight just to be treated like a customer who mattered. I didn’t ask for anything extra — just a clean, professional job. After everything, I also noticed that some older negative reviews I had seen before were no longer on their Google page, which made me wonder how many other voices aren’t being heard.
I’m not angry — just disappointed. I gave them a chance, and I left feeling like I should’ve gone somewhere else.
If you care about your car and want clear, honest communication and accountability, I’d recommend doing a little more research before choosing this shop.

You can count on the management being up front and clear about what is going on, what realistically should or should not be done.
Unlike other shops they will actually recommend you to NOT get unnecessary costly repairs even though they would make money off of it. They care more about what is best for the customer instead of a quick buck.
They are very easy to work with and transparent and communicative throughout the whole process.
Today I went to this shop hoping to receive an honest estimate for the small dent in my vehicle. What I thought was going to be a stress-free hassle, turned into the owner "trying to think he can educate me". I don't care how long this shop has been in business, when you are dealing with clients, young or old, there is a manner in which you speak to them. ken the owner chose to speak at me, and not to me, then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to my insurances approved body shop to get an estimate... this makes no sense if I wanted them to do the work. When I then sent him an email and a text explaining that I would pay my deductible and that my insurance would cover the rest, he then proceeded to tell me that my insurance was going to go up because I filed a claim, and that their price was steeper than other shops around. The math ain't mathing, so please make it make sense. I've never experienced a family-owned business operating like the way I did today.
This is my first ever time to write a review. But the service I received when I took my vehicle to Wreck Effects was so superior I wanted to let the crew there know how much I appreciated their attention to my vehicle and to me. From dealing with the insurance company, to transparency with me, it was all outstanding. That being said, when I picked my finished repaired vehicle I noticed that the paint color was not a perfect match. Now in all fairness, I see color. And I am a perfectionist. I was unhappy about the finished product. My car is white. I saw a yellow undertone. I mentioned my disappointment. From that point on they did everything to make it right and to make sure I was happy. The end result was a perfect match. I highly recommend Wreck Effects. And thank them for the quality service and attention my vehicle and I received.
Pretty upset with the service we received from Wreck Effect. My wife called in multiple times trying to give them our business but they continued to blow us off. We were told in mid April that it would be early to mid May to get our truck in for repairs. After following up more then once they finally offered us an early June time-frame, which is just a let down from the originally quoted date. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
I brought my car by for some cosmetic work after a minor hit and run. These folks were so honest!!! They told me that my bumper is plastic nowadays so it won't rust and that the cost to fix it, isn't worth it. I was shocked! Instead of just taking my money, they told me the truth. If I'm ever in a more serious accident and need repairs this is the place I'm going.

Kenneth refused to compensate us for the damages, insisting that he could fix everything himself. But after everything that happened, how could we possibly trust him? My father has always taken great care of his car and expected honest, quality service. Instead, he was left with stress, wasted time, and more problems than he started with. It’s disappointing that businesses like this continue to operate without any regard for their customers. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind—go somewhere else.
I had the most wonderful experience at Wreck Effects, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the cutest pup, a mini Aussie named Biscuit, who adds an extra layer of joy to the whole experience. This family-owned business truly treats customers like family, and it’s refreshing to find such honesty and conscientious care in this industry.

I had some minor damage caused by my garage door closing while car not fully inside. I visited the Wreck Effects body shop hoping to get an estimate and perhaps to set up a date to have the necessary
work done. Instead Ken (the owner) evaluated the damage and thought that he could take care of it right on the spot. He spent about 30 minutes buffing and polishing etc and the result was amazing--any remaining effects were practically microscopic. When he had finished I reached for my wallet but he refused to accept any payment for his services (and I practically had to arm wrestle him before he agreed to accept a tip). He knows his business and he has a perfect "customer satisfaction" attitude.
I absolutely would recommend his company and I will certainly use him myself should the need arise. It was a completely satisfying experience.

This is the first time I have ever had auto body work done, so I was pretty skeptical to begin with. But Ken (owner) did a fantastic job of walking me through the whole process. He told me exactly what needed to be done, and did the work of giving me 4 different quotes to give me a range of all the possibilities after they opened up my car. He also gave his opinion of what he thought was most likely to happen, and gave me suggestions on things that I should absolutely consider vs nice to have.
I had also told him that I had a small window of time for the work to be done, as I needed the vehicle for a trip. He was kind enough to make sure that they called me on time for setting up the appointment, and he delivered the car 10 days before I needed it.
Outside of the great customer service, the actual work on the vehicle was impeccable! If I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know that the bumper was replaced, the fender was fixed, and it was all painted and blended in. When I got the bill, it ended up being the smallest of all his quotes, and he saved me money wherever he could.
With all that being said, I highly recommend using this team for any auto body work. They are timely, customer centric, and provide great results.
After going to a Toyota dealership for a mirror repair, Toyota quoted me ~$850 dollars for parts and labor. I arrived at Wreck Effects and they were able to fix the problem in 15 minutes with a screwdriver. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and helpful. The best autobody shop experience I've ever had. Needless to say, they will have all my business going forward.
My car repairs were pretty extensive and the parts I'm sure were difficult to acquire since it's a newer vehicle. I picked up my car today and it looked great. The car was returned cleaner than what it was when I dropped it off. I was thankful that this shop was willing to take my car in because there were several shops in the area who wouldn't work with the insurance of the person who hit me. Wreck Effects did, and they did a decent job fixing my car. I would use them again - I would hope my car doesn't get hit again, but you never know. It's good to have a decent repair shop nearby.
Wreck Effects is amazing! They have been our go to auto repair shop for years. We recommend them to friends and family and guess what, our friends and family have the same great reviews! We love Ken’s attention to detail. He has a great eye and only hires the best for this family owned business. He and his wife run a great business and I highly recommend them. I was there last week and not only did he come up with a better repair than I hand in mind, he did the work with perfection and detailed my car in addition!!

The quality of the repairs was excellent. They also did a great job dealing with the insurance company, which was extremely painful. My only complaint is the color matching. I own a lot of cars including kit and collector cars. I have had lots of repairs and custom paint jobs, so I have some experience in this area. This car is silver and the color matching is terrible. I’ll attach a picture. The repair was almost $6000. Ken told me they could blend the color into the hood if I wanted to pay out if pocket for that. They only blended into the door. I hate this. Even my wife asked what was up with the fender color.

First off, everyone here is amazing. My daughters car had been stolen and recovered. It had a decent amount of damage but I could not find a single body shop that would even look at it for 3 months. Then I called Wreck and effects. Ken had me bring the vehicle by and he spent a good 30 minutes taking pics and assessing the damage. Even had one of his guys realign the damaged door real quick so it would open and close better. He then worked up a quote for me and reached our way after hours to let me know what he was coming up with. Ultimately he determined it was a total loss (after the insurance company only determined there to be $1600 in damages). He then got me in the shop within a week to formalize everything with the insurance. What an incredible and genuine experience. Incredible customer service and communication. I know I’ll be back for any auto body work and rest assured you can feel good about these folks taking care of your car. Thank you Ken and team!!
Had my front bumper and front right fender painted and repaired by wreck effects auto body. The service was fantastic with timely responses from the estimator about parts and repair time. They did a amazing job painting with a near perfect paint match on a 7 year old car. The employees were friendly and made the process smooth and worry free.
I had such a positive experience with Wreck Effects! The communication was always spot on. They’re one of the only body shops I found that allowed me to pay out of pocket instead of dealing with paying through insurance (which I greatly appreciated). The staff I spoke with was always kind and helpful. Reno, the manager did everything he could to make the process smooth. He even delivered my car to my home in time for me to make it to work the day they finished fixing my car. I’ve never had such a painless experience when dealing with car issues. When I saw my car repaired I was blown away with how great it looked (they even gave it a car wash). I highly recommend this body shop! Yes, they have a long waitlist for appointments but, I promise it’s well worth it. See the attached before and after photos.
Overall the staff was excellent. Dealing with insurance can cause bumps in the road, but I feel like everyone did a great job handling the situation. They made my care look brand new! My friend had her Mercedes GLE350 repaired here. The quality of the work was “impeccable.” They were timely and precise and kept her informed and up to date on the progress. She needed to store a trunkful of stuff while the car was being repaired and they happily put it under lock and key for her. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Many shops are dirty and disorganized but this place is clean. Nice waiting area with free coffee. Highly recommended!!
