I will go back! They checked different items; changed filters, oil, fixed a leak; but they asked me beforehand if I was ok with the work to be done as well as the price. This is a well-run company, with courteous and knowledgeable people. My husband was impressed, too, and will bring his Mercedes in for maintenance, etc. they even provide shuttle service. I came to Christian Bros. because I was disenchanted with a car dealership’s so-called service.

Recommended by Costco after I purchased 4 tires. Dropped the car off the day before (Thursday) so it would be a 7:00 am service the following day. Received a call on Friday at 4 pm from Christian informing us that our repair would not be completed. Reason being is that the technician who was scheduled to do the repair did not finish his work from Thursday because “a bolt broke” on that job and he had to finish that job first. When we asked why don’t you schedule our repair to another tech we were told that Christian won’t do that because once a tech diagnoses a problem he then is given that job. Giving my job to another tech would be “taking money from the paycheck of the first tech”. So my repair had to wait until the original tech was ready. So I had to wait until Monday afternoon to get my car back. I have never experienced anything like this. You (the customer) have to wait until we (Christian) are ready to do the repair even though it was scheduled for Friday at 7:00 am. Christian business model is seriously flawed. The customer is second, Christian’s tech comes first. It appears the work was done well, just not timely. If I buy tires from Costco again and they recommend Christian for the alignment I will disregard and find another business that can do the work within the time they commit and promise to finish it… SINCE THEN, the owner called us follow up on the service we received. We are grateful he was accountable for the business’ actions and he advised us of the correction going forward. That’s a good way to run a business! Yes, we will go back to Christian Brothers in the future.

I've been a client of Christian Brothers for many years now. Typically my experience has been quite positive. This last go round, less than stellar and actually quite disappointing as mistake that they made on their part caused my car almost overheat and leave me stranded. Read further if you want the whole story: Took the car in for a regular oil change and decided to have some extra work done including differential cleaning, Engine coolant , and tuneup.. My first negative experience was coming back to pick the car up After this work was completed wheeeI was met with much negativity about letting the differentials go for so long. The technician wrote a two paragraph diatribe In his notes about how terrible His personal experience was dealing with this car and how it almost made him sick and I was also told how terrible it was when I came to pick up the car. I had my reasons for not seeing to this service sooner, but I did not need a lecture just an objective assessment and recommendation to have that service done at a more regular interval. As I drove off, my air-conditioning was not working properly and I immediately called them to let them know. I was met with the response that we didn't touch the air conditioner but to watch the engine for other issues just in case. Sure enough the next day, without warning, I got a warning sign my engine was overheating and immediately pulled it over. Fortunately I was right near a mechanic shop and they told me that the engine fan was not plugged back in after my last service. I was without a car for three days as I had to have the car towed back to Christian Brotherswhere they rechecked everything, Test drove the vehicle and made sure things were working order. Although they owned up to their mistake, and apologized, it wasn't before letting me know that they had comped a service they usually charge $200 for just to make sure things were OK. Again, the mistake was on them they should be doing this without letting me know those extra little details like they're doing me a favor. i'm going to pick up the car this afternoon and I'm hoping that everything is fine although I'm going to have them check the coolant color in the next week or so just to make sure. Extremely disappointed with this most recent encounter and wish that they would've credited me for the service that they screwed up but that's wishful thinking.

Such a good experience. Jonah and Jim were absolutely great! Jonah was so kind and patient while answering my questions, and both of them were quick and thorough with my car. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was, they made everything stress-free. I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and efficient service. Edit: Manager called and made the situation right. Thanks. Usually I’m happy with any location I visit, but Andrew put a bad taste in my mouth. I was not fond of the fact that I had to deny a recommended service three times based on his personal experience. I wasn’t given quotes on the recommended services because I was told he suspects that I want to “show them around”. I won’t visiting this location again.

Christian Brothers is the most truth worthy auto repair shop we have ever used. They send pictures and tell you what requires immediate attention vs what can wait. Not to mention the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough!

This is my go-to "big brand" mechanic to bring my vehicle to. The company values mean a lot to me, and Will Barrios specifically is my guy and my reason for a 5-star review. He's honest and appreciates the fact that I can't always spend to do all the work we all wish I could. He works with my budget to address the most pressing and urgent repairs to my vehicle while being clear about warning signs I should look out for and timelines for the other repairs coming up. I've also never had any issues with the mechanics here, and I highly appreciate their thorough process - prioritizing, taking photos, and providing video explanations - to every component and system that needs addressing. After more visits here than I wish I had to have, I know I'll keep coming back and keep recommending Will to those I know.

It had been a while since I brought my vehicle in for any service other than oil changes. Christian Brothers did an excellent job of identifying what I needed, got it all completed within a day and I felt it was great value for all the work they performed. We're able to get my truck in, find the problem and fix. Only disappointment is there shop hour fee. 250.00 an hour because it's a disel. That 100 a shop hour more than a gas car.

Same day service for a pre-purchase inspection…they squeezed me in with short notice, provided a detailed report with pics and videos, and followed up with a call. I couldn’t have asked for more. It was all I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. Bottom line, the were more responsive than others in the area (3-day wait for the VW dealer and other shops), their work and communication was top tier, and the price was better than others in the area by about $50.

Due to coolant issues and a water pump leak, my 2017 VW Golf ALLTRACK shut down and became immobilized. AAA determined they would tow it to nearby recommended Christian Bros.Automotive Center in HR. Jonah contacted me and provided a detailed diagnosis with photos and video of what my car needed to be repaired. He and his team did an awesome job and I really appreciate each of them! I was also impressed with the service other customers received when I picked my car up. There comes a time when a car needs more than its recommended oil changes or new tires. Christian Brothers are my “go to” from now on! Thank you so much!

This was my first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA). They had been strongly recommended by friends, neighbors and other auto places. I took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in for a coolant leak. It turned out to be a bad water pump. The front desk (Will) was extremely helpful and professional. He walked me through the entire process. I scheduled my appointment and they fixed it all in one day. I felt good and valued. I will come back again for other needed services. The entire team at CBA Highlands Ranch was fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone. Look no further and trust your CBA team. FM.

Friendly and super professional. Made good on promises that were made. Not to mention they offer a free shuttle service to and from your residence/place of work so that you don’t have to get an uber. Great folks here. If you’re looking for a reliable vehicle repair shop, these are your guys.

Christian Brothers (CB) has gained my trust and confidence (HANDS DOWN) after my auto issue was quickly resolved by Jared, the owner. He was very pleasing and humble in his interactions with me. He demonstrated a level of commitment to his customers and knows how to make his customers feel heard and valued. He stands behind his products and services! I RECOMMEND CB HIGHLY to customers seeking a company that is honest, trustworthy, and willing to make things right making customers feel like the priority over their profits. The back story: My car's drain plug was stripped unintentionally by a service technician during a previous oil change - as we only bring in our car to their shop. During our last oil change, they provided a temporary fix and replaced the drain plug with an aluminum one. But within 24 hours of the oil change, we lost about 2 quarts of oil onto our driveway. We discussed this leak with Jared. He reviewed the car's service history, and the owner took ownership of the issue without arguing, and offered to make good on replacing the car's oil pan and plug. He even offered to have a service guy come to the house to top off the oil before the car was to be driven back to the shop. Additionally, he offered recommendations on how to remove all the oil that stained the driveway and garage floor. Jared and CB went above and beyond.

I brought my car in for a stalling issue. The initial diagnosis cost $775 to replace a battery cable and add a ground screw, which felt very high. Afterward, I was told the car had multiple oil and coolant leaks and was quoted an additional $3,500 for repairs. On a car worth about $4,000, this didn't make financial sense. When I declined the extensive repairs, there was no discussion of smaller, interim solutions or things I could try myself; the only suggestion was financing the full amount. The immediate next step was being asked to retrieve my vehicle. The shop was extremely busy, and I left with the impression that they prioritize large, high-cost jobs. Disappointed with the experience and lack of flexible solutions, I will not be returning.

My auto needed a lot of work and I told them to separate out the services via critical needs work now from what can I do in 6 months. Will took the time to lay it all out and give me my options. The work was done well and the communication was 5 star. They provide overall excellent service.

First time I’ve been there. Honest, personal service. The guy I spoke to on phone shook my hand both times I saw him. Wanted to make sure he said my last name right. Service agent was personable and took care of us. We ended up only doing oil change but will be back for all services. As a new customer. You all are amazing!

First of first. Will is the man, and I’m 1000% sure the rest of the guys and women are great. Amazing place of business plus it always smell good in the office to be an auto repair spot. Updated review. My last appointment for service wasn’t completed but the owner made it right today getting me rescheduled. He took care of the service as well as replacing my cabin filter, air filter and back wiper blade. I had mentioned before this is a good garage. Thanks for making this a positive outcome. Original Review Frustrating day with Christian Brothers Highlands Ranch. I had a 1 pm appointment for service (oil change and tire rotation) and dropped my car off and told them I needed it back by 6pm. No call back, I called and inquired when it would be done at 5:30pm, was put on hold and then was told the car wasn't serviced and wouldn't get done today. I know this is a good garage as I have used them before. I wish they would have been transparent and called me this morning and let me know their workload was too heavy to do this work. I'm also sure they focus on higher end revenue jobs which makes sense but successful businesses are transparent with customers and deliver what they promise. I not only didn't get my car serviced, but got the wrath from my wife as it was her car.

I had an 11:30am appointment for an oil change and was on time for it, but they didn’t have my car ready until 3:40pm. It took this business over 4 hours to complete a simple service on the books. In addition to their poor time management, the quality of work itself is subpar. The video uploaded of my brakes was filmed in the same month my pads had been updated by this company. The squealing is so bad it sounds like a sick symphony. This place is not worth your time or money, I recommend searching elsewhere for a better, long-term investment.

The staff are very nice to work with! We had issues with a part that was replaced and it was a long process to get it right. They were very helpful in the process and the issue was resolved successfully! They took care of me in the process and I appreciate that!
