They got me in on a whim, as I accidentally made an appointment at a different location, they were still able to service my vehicle and also honored the price. Hats off to them. They gave me a quote for some more work, and not their fault but man is it expensive to get work done on your car. Thanks to YouTube much of this can be avoided

Christian Brothers was awesome. Their customer service was excellent and they did a great job on my car. I just needed an oil change, but I like how they send you a report on your car after it’s done to check everything with your car. They are also very time efficient. Overall great place and I won’t go anywhere else now to get my oil changed or if I need something else for my car.

Every time I come into the shop, they have been nothing but helpful and very descriptive and what they recommend. Recently, I had a Hyundai Santa Fe come in that they looked at fixing, and in the end, it made no sense for me to fix it, but to scrap it. They were so helpful, and ended up, not even charging me the diagnostic charge as they knew I had more to deal with than that Bill.

We had a coupon for an oil change, so we took advantage of that, and I also wanted the courtesy inspection, since this vehicle was new to us in 2025. As always, quite happy with the service and communication. We’ve been customers at Christian Bros off and on for the past decade or longer, and we’ve never had a bad experience with them.

I brought my vehicle to the Highlands Ranch Christian Brothers Automotive shop because mother shop told me I needed a rear brake replacement due to low remaining pads. Christian Brothers shuttled me back home. I received a call from the shop indicating that they did a through inspection and found my breaks still to be in reasonable condition. I opted not to have the work performed. Their shuttle brought me back to the shop. There was no charge for the detailed inspection or shuttle service.
Their honesty made a believer out of me. Christian Brothers is now my automotive shop of choice.

While the repair was completed, the final cost felt high for the value received. I am sharing this for transparency regarding the shop's history and ownership's conduct.
"DipJar" Program
During my 2021 visit, this shop utilized a DipJar terminal for charitable donations. This was a standalone "tap-to-pay" device positioned at the checkout that led to an accidental donation to a charity I did not wish to support. While the shop eventually provided a credit, the current owner (who took over in 2023) has publicly implied this system never existed. I have retained my 2021 bank statements and invoices as proof of the "DipJar" transaction and the companies programs at that time.
Ownership Conduct & Privacy
Following my initial feedback, the owner used my private contact information from the shop's 2021 database to initiate repeated contact to my personal phone and email after publicly stating I was not a customer. During these interactions, he resorted to personal insults and left a voicemail containing vague legal threats. I am documenting this to inform other consumers that leaving an honest review with your opinions here may result in the use of your private data for personal harassment. Heater core on my 2000 Wrangler failed. The repair entails removing the steering wheel, taking out the front dash and dealing with engine coolant. Not something I was going to do. Took a few days to get the part, but once they had it the job was completed very quick! We have hear again! Couldn't be happier with their intake process, online diagnostic report, communication and delivery process. Even offered to get me a ride home. I took a chance on this new shop and so happy I did

I recently brought my RAV4 in for a noise and light on in my car which were resolved at my visit. Everyone at this location was super friendly and patient — prices and explanations happened during the whole process and I want to shout out to Heath for helping me! Decided to get coolant and differential fluids done also and she’s running well. Fair pricing in line with the industry with a friendly attitude, we’ll be back thanks!!!

I have been a long-time customer (10 years) and recently had a frustrating repair visit (not intentional, the world is an imperfect place). The leadership team reached out and listened to my concerns, resulting in genuine and honest amelioration. It is clear that the entire organization is concerned with customer satisfaction. Best place I've taken my vehicle so far. Really likes the video they sent that showed how brake fluid discolored over time and what it does. It was a nice extra touch. Will continue using them for repairs and regular maint.

That was my first time there and it was a real eye opener. I have had my car serviced at McDonald Hyundai since November of 2021, when I move back to Littleton CO. I live on Social Security and work to make ends meet. I’ve put THOUSANDS of dollars into McDonald Hyundai to keep my 2016 Elantra running. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I ONLY BLAME MYSELF for trusting what they informed me of repairs needed and having them done. One very miner but truthful observation in something small by deceitful is I had spark plugs put in 3 times at their suggestion. How you conduct yourself in a small matter holds true to larger areas of your dealings. Moving forward in life I will definitely go to Christian Brothers where I feel they are HONEST and do truthful inspections that benefit the customers.

I had a part that was bad. They fixed it for free. My car has been running great since then they really care about their customers here. Recommend other people to go if they have to get any work done on their car, honest people.

Saw an amazing deal on Facebook so had my oil changed at Christian Brothers in Highlands Ranch. Cannot say enough good things about this visit. Easy to make appointment, staff were knowledgeable and friendly, appointment was timely. Utilized their free shuttle so I didn’t need to wait. Conducted a safety check and identified several true needs. Offered products and services to address these needs but NO pressure. Just information. Highly recommend!!

Jonas was a true gem when I needed it the most. My car was under warranty after purchasing it and repair pal from Carmax listed Christian Brothers as a mechanic to get the work done for the warranty. After being ripped off by another automotive company, Christian Brothers made everything right. The last thing you want when you buy a new car is to be hit with a ridiculous bill to fix it, but Christian Brothers took care of every aspect of the warranty and got my repairs done in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism. They communicated the entire time about the entire process and made it super easy. I will go here forever for the rest of my car repairs. Thank you for repairing my vision of a good mechanic

I have to express my utmost gratitude to the great people of Christian Brothers. Heath was the one I worked with the most and he helped us find great prices to replace a 9 speed transmission. The Office here is wonderful they were efficient, professional, and showed great understanding of the plight of the customer. They always treat you as a person not a paycheck and go above and beyond, When my vehicle had secondary issues I called them back and had my vehicle towed to their business. without hesitation they got right to work diagnosing the problem and even though it wasn't part of the original labor they were able to identify it and we amazingly kind enough to bring my vehicle back to my residence with work complete. I cannot express my gratitude enough at how amazing this crew is in Highlands Ranch. I will be bringing my vehicle to them for any other needs that may arise and I hope you will do the same!

I will go back! They checked different items; changed filters, oil, fixed a leak; but they asked me beforehand if I was ok with the work to be done as well as the price. This is a well-run company, with courteous and knowledgeable people. My husband was impressed, too, and will bring his Mercedes in for maintenance, etc. they even provide shuttle service.

Recommended by Costco after I purchased 4 tires. Dropped the car off the day before (Thursday) so it would be a 7:00 am service the following day. Received a call on Friday at 4 pm from Christian informing us that our repair would not be completed. Reason being is that the technician who was scheduled to do the repair did not finish his work from Thursday because “a bolt broke” on that job and he had to finish that job first. When we asked why don’t you schedule our repair to another tech we were told that Christian won’t do that because once a tech diagnoses a problem he then is given that job. Giving my job to another tech would be “taking money from the paycheck of the first tech”. So my repair had to wait until the original tech was ready. So I had to wait until Monday afternoon to get my car back. I have never experienced anything like this. You (the customer) have to wait until we (Christian) are ready to do the repair even though it was scheduled for Friday at 7:00 am. Christian business model is seriously flawed. The customer is second, Christian’s tech comes first. It appears the work was done well, just not timely. If I buy tires from Costco again and they recommend Christian for the alignment I will disregard and find another business that can do the work within the time they commit and promise to finish it…
SINCE THEN, the owner called us follow up on the service we received. We are grateful he was accountable for the business’ actions and he advised us of the correction going forward. That’s a good way to run a business! Yes, we will go back to Christian Brothers in the future.Oct 08, 2025 -
I've been a client of Christian Brothers for many years now. Typically my experience has been quite positive. This last go round, less than stellar and actually quite disappointing as mistake that they made on their part caused my car almost overheat and leave me stranded.
Read further if you want the whole story:
Took the car in for a regular oil change and decided to have some extra work done including differential cleaning, Engine coolant , and tuneup.. My first negative experience was coming back to pick the car up After this work was completed wheeeI was met with much negativity about letting the differentials go for so long. The technician wrote a two paragraph diatribe In his notes about how terrible His personal experience was dealing with this car and how it almost made him sick and I was also told how terrible it was when I came to pick up the car. I had my reasons for not seeing to this service sooner, but I did not need a lecture just an objective assessment and recommendation to have that service done at a more regular interval. As I drove off, my air-conditioning was not working properly and I immediately called them to let them know. I was met with the response that we didn't touch the air conditioner but to watch the engine for other issues just in case. Sure enough the next day, without warning, I got a warning sign my engine was overheating and immediately pulled it over. Fortunately I was right near a mechanic shop and they told me that the engine fan was not plugged back in after my last service. I was without a car for three days as I had to have the car towed back to Christian Brotherswhere they rechecked everything, Test drove the vehicle and made sure things were working order.
Although they owned up to their mistake, and apologized, it wasn't before letting me know that they had comped a service they usually charge $200 for just to make sure things were OK. Again, the mistake was on them they should be doing this without letting me know those extra little details like they're doing me a favor. i'm going to pick up the car this afternoon and I'm hoping that everything is fine although I'm going to have them check the coolant color in the next week or so just to make sure. Extremely disappointed with this most recent encounter and wish that they would've credited me for the service that they screwed up but that's wishful thinking.Oct 07, 2025 -
Such a good experience. Jonah and Jim were absolutely great! Jonah was so kind and patient while answering my questions, and both of them were quick and thorough with my car. Usually I’m happy with any location I visit, but Andrew put a bad taste in my mouth. I was not fond of the fact that I had to deny a recommended service three times based on his personal experience. I wasn’t given quotes on the recommended services because I was told he suspects that I want to “show them around”. I won’t visiting this location again.Sep 15, 2025 -
Christian Brothers is the most truth worthy auto repair shop we have ever used. They send pictures and tell you what requires immediate attention vs what can wait. Not to mention the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough!

This is my go-to "big brand" mechanic to bring my vehicle to. The company values mean a lot to me, and Will Barrios specifically is my guy and my reason for a 5-star review. He's honest and appreciates the fact that I can't always spend to do all the work we all wish I could. He works with my budget to address the most pressing and urgent repairs to my vehicle while being clear about warning signs I should look out for and timelines for the other repairs coming up.
I've also never had any issues with the mechanics here, and I highly appreciate their thorough process - prioritizing, taking photos, and providing video explanations - to every component and system that needs addressing. Christian Brothers (CB) has gained my trust and confidence (HANDS DOWN) after my auto issue was quickly resolved by Jared, the owner. He was very pleasing and humble in his interactions with me. He demonstrated a level of commitment to his customers and knows how to make his customers feel heard and valued. He stands behind his products and services! I RECOMMEND CB HIGHLY to customers seeking a company that is honest, trustworthy, and willing to make things right making customers feel like the priority over their profits.
The back story: My car's drain plug was stripped unintentionally by a service technician during a previous oil change - as we only bring in our car to their shop. During our last oil change, they provided a temporary fix and replaced the drain plug with an aluminum one. But within 24 hours of the oil change, we lost about 2 quarts of oil onto our driveway. We discussed this leak with Jared. He reviewed the car's service history, and the owner took ownership of the issue without arguing, and offered to make good on replacing the car's oil pan and plug. He even offered to have a service guy come to the house to top off the oil before the car was to be driven back to the shop. Additionally, he offered recommendations on how to remove all the oil that stained the driveway and garage floor. Jared and CB went above and beyond.Jul 14, 2025 -
The staff are very nice to work with! We had issues with a part that was replaced and it was a long process to get it right. They were very helpful in the process and the issue was resolved successfully! They took care of me in the process and I appreciate that!
