Exact same factory original part. I purchased a remanufactured engine for my 2010 Expedition there as well, excellent quality, price and service. I sold it to myself, and I provided myself top notch service and a top notch customer satisfaction experience. I answered all of my questions in detail, I returned all of my phone calls with follow up status reports and I made sure to communicate with the shop that did the installation at every step of the process.
I fully recommend H&H boot hill, and I completely recommend myself as a responsive and knowledgeable sales associate with the company. I will be buying from myself again in the future and you should too.
I purchased a transfer case from Melissa, She said it would be 2-4 days before It would get delivered, on day seven, I started calling, to see where it was,.. after being on hold twenty minutes each time I called. Then I was referred to Zach, who I called daily, who seemed to be bothered by my calls? I finally got it late on the 8th day. I ended up buying another one in fear it would never show up? So my truck tied up my shops space for over a week because of this poor service.
More than half the time you’re sitting on the phone for hours.
Ordered a part, was told it was ready, when calling back a week later: “just go somewhere else”
I was looking for a part for an older car, and not having much luck. Either places were low on inventory, or the reps didn't seem to care. I had an excellent customer experience working with Melissa, who researched different supply yards and kept in contact with me until she found what I needed. The price was reasonable. A positive customer experience all around.
Got a tailgate for my truck from these guys they were also able to find me a coolant overflow reservoir for my truck great service and prices won't go anywhere else from now on
I just call for help finding a part and i wish i could have got the name of the person that answered. he was a horrible sales rep. very rude he even hung up on me..... we probably call them once or twice a week but we will no longer be calling them for parts. and i will not recommend them to anyone
I loved this place, for years they always had what I needed to keep my excursion looking sharp. I guess the new owners are changing it. Fingers crossed.
After they said they had the part I was looking for on a pick up in their lot I gave them debit card number to have the part pulled off the become. They required my payment first, then they call back say my card was declined after they had already pulled out my money. Then get the declined card situation taken care of now my part is on a pick up in a diff state and will take over a week to get to me.
Horrible experience. I called in for a pick up bed and I was quoted 580. When I went to pay for it it was quoted over double. Then Josh and John both had the nerve to tell me I said a different year. Really??????? Why would I say a different year when I know what year the vehicle I have. Then I asked John to have Jim, the owner, call me, well that never happened either. I guess it shows true character of a place when they're willing to do that to customers. The worst thing about it is Jim the owner is a very religious person and so-called Christian. I don't believe Jim realizes the deceiving and deceptive ways his employees are running his business. Josh has no business at all being the face of that business. He is the rudest person I have ever encountered over the phone. Over the years I have referred several people to boot Hill. I will be sure all my friends and family in Denver know about their business tactics and to stay far away from them.
Really rude over the phone, And they just hung up on me. Did not like the service i received over the phone. They mark'd up the price over the phone to what i saw listed on line i do not recomend this place. Terrible customer service.
I couldn't tell you the quality of the parts but there service is less then par!! I just got off the phone with them, he hung up on me the first time after I asked to see if they had the part I needed. After calling back mid sentence he hung up again. The price wasn't that good anyhow.
Drove all the way across town for hard to find parts for my 2001 Dodge 2500. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Found exactly what I was looking for and it was in GREAT condition. Worth every bit of my time and money! Will be my first stop next time no question. You need quality truck parts and a great price, go see these guys!
I needed a steering column for my truck, I bought 3 from different shops in town and they were all broke or wrong. The folks at Boot hill had the correct one the first time and were extremely helpful in direction on how to replace it. They were also the lowest priced by over $40. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future and they will be my first choice from now on. Thanks guys.

This was my first time purchasing from BOOT HILL. When I called to find out if they had the part I was looking for, they checked and called me back promptly. I picked up the part, (heater control module) for my F350 with Auto Climate Control and they educated me on a few things related to this. I dealt with 2-different employees from the phone, to when I showed up and got the same positive attitude from both. Nice to see the consistancy! BOOT HILL will be my first call next time!
Went here to get a part for my 1984 F250 truck. Very friendly and helpful people. A fellow took me where they had the parts stored and organized. Found exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Will shop here again. I was really impressed.
These guy's know their stuff! Robert was very falilar with all questions asked of him. Both Robert and Tony were very helpful in getting me all the parts I needed for my truck, and what ever they didn't have they did all the work in finding the parts for me n getting me the #'s an addresses. Saving me ton's of time and money. I will continue to give Robert my business first for all my automotive parts needs..
