Whether it's Rochelle or Loretta at the helm. Both are experienced and fantastic to work with. They take the time to listen and go the extra mile to meet the client needs. There is always a great selection of vehicles usually having multiple make & models of the vehicle your working on. When getting checked out both Joe and Amaya are very knowledgeable and helpful with a smile. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of good OEM parts at a fair price.
Needs a little TLC as per ground work and the litter removal. Perhaps some updated unpacked vehicle replacement.
Overall atmosphere was ok, but organizational skills very low.
Had to spend some time here lately but did luck out I was even able to pickup a new radiator first time I've been lucky with that part! But got to get motorhome ready for winter

The biggest problem with this place is the parking lot. These places attract a lot of bad people and they try and mess with your vehicle in the parking lot. A lot of them drive beat up vehicles and will try and smash your vehicle. I came here once with a friend a while ago and some guys in a truck rammed the back of his car, then I mistakenly came back again and a dude in a van slammed his door into my door on my car. Its not worth it unless you have someone standing gaurd to defend your car. The money saved on potential parts is negated by having to deal with all the people who aren't legal and drive without insurance.
Going to the junk yard has always had me woried that i might screw up something. I have to say my doubts were quickly put to rest today. I want to say thankyou to the very helpful lady that rang me in. I am horible with names but it was at 415 today. I appreciate ypu explaining to me where to go and prices. Also a special thanks to Tito and the young man Dominick [ I think] you giys were super helpful in helping me make sure i had every thing i needed. In all a great experience. Thank you! I strongly suggest this to any one that is nervous about the junk yard.
Well its cool to get your own parts and get them cheaper but they wanted to charge me 220 dollars for the whole ac system when I could just spend a little bit more buying it online new. These parts should of been 100 at least out the door I would say I left them there now they'll probably just scrap it does not make sense there but okay!
Do not sell your car to U-Pull-&-Pay Denver! After our car died, we called U-Pull & Pay Denver to sell it. On the phone, they were easy to work with and offered us $280. They asked about the title, which we told them was in my father's name. They said that wouldn't cause any issues but to mail the title to whoever was picking it up. We arranged for my husband's mother (not my father) to meet them where the car is since we live far away, and that is where the problem started. The driver stated they could only give $150 since she was not the one on the title, although she had the title on-hand. We had never been told this stipulation and it sounds made up. On the phone, we'd made it clear the person on the title would not be meeting the driver and were not told they wouldn't pay the full offer.
At this point, the driver already had the car on the tow (after asking our mother to help push!) and was in too much of a hurry for us to resolve the issue before he left. This is a bait and switch tactic! We agreed to sell the car for $280 and they took it for $150.
It's a pick & pull, you know what you're getting into. That being said, they are friendly, helpful and have fair prices. Will definitely be returning for random odds and ends.
My experience at U pull and pay Was Exceptional with the help of Loretta and Amaya. Exceptional customer service always ready to assist And provide that exceptional customer service. I was having a problem getting set up as VIP and they went out of their way to make sure we got it completed

I like to go to this place the staff are very friendly and this 1 day that I was there recently I ran out of gas while they were closing and the lady that I believe this manager she went and got me some gas on property and brought it to me so I wouldn't be stuck there and I thought that was a very generous kind-hearted thing to do thank you so much never have had a problem finding anything staff have always been helpful but that lady really helped me when I was in is tough situation thank you again for helping

Selection is good. Prices are great. Customer service is phenomenal. Alan has an amazing personality that always makes me smile and makes me happy to come there. I actually look forward to going and I always look out for Alan just to say hi. Richelle is the sweetest, she’s so kind and she ALWAYS makes sure I am charged for the correct price at the best price. It’s my favorite yard to go.

They had the wiring harness I needed. They also gave me a printout showing the location of all the cars that might have my part. Pretty cool.
Excellent selection of vehicles. And surprisingly friendly staff. The layout is well done and easy to navigate. I found my parts quick and the price was very reasonable.
I went to pull-a part off 64th and Pecos. on one of the hottest days in Colorado and after smashing my knuckles and hating Everything ( Except the massive inventory). I went inside and met Joe he was super helpful and answered all of my questions and ended up getting me really good deal on some items and I couldn't be happier. They had massive inventory with so many good items I could only get a few for the time being (because there prices are pre set) but I will be back and. If you need anything for a gr8 price talk to Joe he'll make it happen. Thanks to the whole team it's people like this that gives me Faith in humanity thank you.

I love coming here. With every visit, I leave with a treasure of parts for my ... classic. Not only do they always something I'm looking for, the staff are always pleasant and happy to help. Ask for Amy. Her personality will put a smile on your face, even after spending hours in the sun pulling rusty parts from mangled car carcasses.
Great experience. Low cost parts. Sense of pride that goes along with completing big or small mechanic jobs. Today, I pulled an engine. My first. Car was easily accessible. Engine lift was easily accessible and easy to use. The money I saved on pulling the parts myself allowed me to pull more parts that I needed. Score!
