Too many people wandering with no tools of their own. They're just looking for a quick way to come up. Nothing against legit hustles, but i was forced to keep extra attention to them...especially around my tools. Due to protecting my hard earned tools, and the lack of staff willing to care, I had to spend an extra 30 min that I'd have preferred to spend pulling what I need. Love the online resources and features, plus they don't pull cars after short times like Aurora does. It's helpful when you have a full calendar and get the "we just got the car you seek in" as your master cylinder fails a week later. Prices are more gouging now it seems.
Not to happy about the miss understanding they need to update there online pricing spent the whole day beating around for nothing to find out I can buy the part brand new for cheaper that is insane just straight price when I walked up to her I’m no fool I just buy it new what a waste of my time and effort online shows one price in person it’s another but lesson learned
Miss Rochelle and Mr kalem were so amazing today. I came in for a return and after some diligent searching kalem was unable to locate the purchase receipt, but Rochelle was notified and worked effortlessly to find it and allow me to return the piece I bought. I highly recommend this yard to any and all D.I.Yers & Businesses.

Need a tail light for my car. They have 2 cars there with what I need but the trunk is closed and needs power to turn on. Asked an associate if they could open the trunk and I was told no. That I need a power pack to open it and that batteries are not permitted in the yard. A power pack is a battery!
Great place they have ton of cars. been coming here years and years they never let me down. Even if your car breaks down in the parking lot they with lock it behind a gate overnight that way it will be safe until the next day. One day I found a $100 leaf blower sitting on the shelf in the office for $5 dollars! Took it home!

Replacement window for my ride on line was 300-600 dollars installed. Pulled a windshield from here. 37.00. I broke the first one. Luckily they had another match. I've pulled several parts from this one. Going back for drivers seat. Is in great condition. Not sure what they cost new. Or if you can even find one new. I bet its more that 65.00.
Your new automated phone system SUCKS, guys. It barely recognizes any speech no matter how clearly or loudly you speak, and in the end it ended up just referring me to the website anyway which was of no help to me. If you're a brick-and-mortar store, having somebody answering your phones is kind of essential
I'll patronize businesses that understand the value of having a human on the other side of the phone especially when the yard is an hour drive away and I'm not making that drive without knowing prices on my specific part first
Whether it's Rochelle or Loretta at the helm. Both are experienced and fantastic to work with. They take the time to listen and go the extra mile to meet the client needs. There is always a great selection of vehicles usually having multiple make & models of the vehicle your working on. When getting checked out both Joe and Amaya are very knowledgeable and helpful with a smile. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of good OEM parts at a fair price.
Needs a little TLC as per ground work and the litter removal. Perhaps some updated unpacked vehicle replacement.
Overall atmosphere was ok, but organizational skills very low.

Well its cool to get your own parts and get them cheaper but they wanted to charge me 220 dollars for the whole ac system when I could just spend a little bit more buying it online new. These parts should of been 100 at least out the door I would say I left them there now they'll probably just scrap it does not make sense there but okay!
Do not sell your car to U-Pull-&-Pay Denver! After our car died, we called U-Pull & Pay Denver to sell it. On the phone, they were easy to work with and offered us $280. They asked about the title, which we told them was in my father's name. They said that wouldn't cause any issues but to mail the title to whoever was picking it up. We arranged for my husband's mother (not my father) to meet them where the car is since we live far away, and that is where the problem started. The driver stated they could only give $150 since she was not the one on the title, although she had the title on-hand. We had never been told this stipulation and it sounds made up. On the phone, we'd made it clear the person on the title would not be meeting the driver and were not told they wouldn't pay the full offer.
At this point, the driver already had the car on the tow (after asking our mother to help push!) and was in too much of a hurry for us to resolve the issue before he left. This is a bait and switch tactic! We agreed to sell the car for $280 and they took it for $150.
My experience at U pull and pay Was Exceptional with the help of Loretta and Amaya. Exceptional customer service always ready to assist And provide that exceptional customer service. I was having a problem getting set up as VIP and they went out of their way to make sure we got it completed

They had the wiring harness I needed. They also gave me a printout showing the location of all the cars that might have my part. Pretty cool.
Excellent selection of vehicles. And surprisingly friendly staff. The layout is well done and easy to navigate. I found my parts quick and the price was very reasonable.
I went to pull-a part off 64th and Pecos. on one of the hottest days in Colorado and after smashing my knuckles and hating Everything ( Except the massive inventory). I went inside and met Joe he was super helpful and answered all of my questions and ended up getting me really good deal on some items and I couldn't be happier. They had massive inventory with so many good items I could only get a few for the time being (because there prices are pre set) but I will be back and. If you need anything for a gr8 price talk to Joe he'll make it happen. Thanks to the whole team it's people like this that gives me Faith in humanity thank you.
This is definitely one of the biggest junk yards in Colorado! The parking lot is big, and clean! The staff was friendly! Sign up for the VIP rewards (it's free and saves you money day 1).
Great experience. Low cost parts. Sense of pride that goes along with completing big or small mechanic jobs. Today, I pulled an engine. My first. Car was easily accessible. Engine lift was easily accessible and easy to use. The money I saved on pulling the parts myself allowed me to pull more parts that I needed. Score!
