Awesome place! I remember shopping here for used parts 40 years ago. I think they've been around for 75 years now. They're even recycling fluids, like window washing fluid and antifreeze. What a thought in this throwaway culture! Came in and they gave me exactly the right part in minutes, off-the-shelf, I didn't even have to pull it in the yard. They are a leader internationally in recycling. They are decades ahead of everyone else in terms of the right-to-repair movement!
Very bad customer service
This is the first time ever that a business asked me to pay for a part so i could just see if the finish was compatible with what I needed size, model, and style were the same , I asked the salesman (right far corner of the lobby) if I can see the part in person and he only showed me the picture on the computer; for me it was very close to what I needed, he was very clear that if i wanted to see it i needed to pay, I asked if he was being serious and he told me yes. If this is your companies policy, it’s very ridiculous.
I won’t be going back to this place.
Picked up a transmission for a friend ,the staff was helpful and didn't have a problem with any of them.
The place is organized and when walking through their warehouse parts seemed to be clean so I assumed for the price paid the transmission would also be clean . I was wrong ,they sprayed it which made a bigger mess and the price for it considering the miles they said it has was extremely high. Other than the prices they are friendly and helpful
Alex helped me find the parts I needed and negotiated a reasonable price on those parts that they don't usually sell. Quick turnaround on parts being pulled from the wrecked auto. Doing it myself meant I spent about a fifth of what I would at the dealership.
I bought an engine from stadium auto Alex helped me with the purchase in December great customer service friendly and quick got the engine and installed the engine. It had some issues not there fault who ever owned the engine previously messed it up long story short I finally found the issue in May and was able to finish and give truck back to customer, Called Alex explained what had happened they were very helpful i was worried that i wouldn't get my core back and i was out several hours diagnosing and fixing issue but Stadium Auto stepped up and helped me out so helpful took a huge burden off me I will definitely be calling them again in the future. THANK YOU ALEX for your help SO PLEASED!!!!!!
I purchased an alternator through Stadium Auto Parts and the alternator was defective (pulley was froze out of the box) Website says every alternator is tested before being shipped, obviously this is not true. I did receive my refund after I notified them of the defective alternator.
I bought a used transmission from stadium.
Alex was able to find me what I need fairly quick and answered all my questions. Next time I need a used part I will not waste my time else where.
Friendly staff with a fair price.
Purchased motor previous day, was ready and waiting for me when requested. Alex provided prompt service and was very personable. Will definitely do business again. Yard personell were also very friendly.

i ordered a white door for my truck with Alex i picked it up and noticed an area of body work and a crease ONCE i got home. Stadium could have told me its yours once your out the door. Just called talked to parts guy that couldn’t even find the vehicle listed on their part search page. I found it listed at $195, but he can bring in the part I need for $300 in 3 days. Nice bait and switch.
The customer service was excellent! Matt had my part ready to go when I showed up and sold it to me for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be a return customer.
While they had what I needed, at a fair price, I cannot recommend this place. I arrived, paid the invoice, and was given a approximate wait time of 5-10 minutes. More than 35 minutes later, the yard crew placed the part on my trailer (that they actually dropped off the forklift in the yard from about 6 feet off the ground). While I checked for damage, I noticed that the stock number on the part was not the same as the one on my invoice. Reviewing the website, I see that the number matches a listed part with 40,000 more miles on it than the one I bought. Upon going back into the office, sales guy radios to yard crew. The yard crew responded that "he doesn't want to keep it for a discount?". Unacceptable, especially since I was not advised that they couldn't find the actual part, so they tried to pull a shady swap for a lower valued part.
After another 20 minutes or so, they find the correct part and load it. While they are putting it on my trailer, the 2 yard workers were evidently trash talking a coworker that was not present (neither one of them addressed me). They referred to the coworker as "One dumb a** f***ing wet**** (derogatory term referring to illegal immigrants from Mexico)". Just because I am not Mexican, doesn't mean that I would appreciate that conversation. The part works (for now), but I will no longer look here for my needs.
Alex took care of business. He found the exact part I was needing. And also a great price. He saved me 300 dollars. My hat is off to stadium auto parts and it's staff. I will return again.
Very professional and helpful! Dann was AMAZING! He helped me every which way he could answered all my questions to make sure I was getting what I needed. We traveled 5 hours to get there. He completely went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the motor for my truck! Very thankful for him for going above and beyond to help me!

Stadium Auto Parts has been an ablsolute pleasure to to work with. The staff is not only very knowledgeable, but inquisitive I just replaced a rear axle assembly in my truck and they were able to verify the exact match and ensure that I would not have any installation issues. They will be my first call on future repairs
Went two Fridays ago, and was extremely satisfied with their business. I was looking for a part for one of my lights, called Auto-zone, Grease Monkey, and Orailey's and none of those places had my part available except this place. I was there after they closed and the manager was super nice enough and stayed after hours to help me get my part. He gave me great service and was very polite! We found my part and the service they offered me will definitely have me going back!!! I 100% recommend this place !!!!! (:
Actually very organized. they pull parts for you and can have them ready at will call. If they don't have it they can find it. Good low prices. You may even walk out with a whole car the prices are really that good.
This place has been awful! We bought an engine from them, with a warrenty. Engine had problems just one month after we had it put in our car. Haven't been able to get anyone to help us with getting it fixed so we can get our car out of the shop...that has been there for FOUR months and going on FIVE months!!!! We have called MULTIPLE times and emailed even more. How does a company not get back to you in 4 months???? We have physically gone down to the shop and they said the person we need to talk to wasn't there and to call back the following week. Then we verified their contact info and they told us all the contact information on their website was incorrect. I mean come on! But still...NO help since we have physically gone down and called and emailed the 'correct' contacts. This. Is. Ridiculous.
UPDATE: we went to the shop AGAIN and they said the warrenty they sold us, which was supposed to be the best one you can get expired after 100 days.. we paid over $4000 for that dang engine and it broke after one month!!! Are you freaking kidding me??? Seriously thinking about getting a lawyer
I ordered some very specific parts from this facility and I was pleased that they were the right color which made putting my truck back together easier. However on the other hand one of the salesman made up a false story that their shop caught on fire and the fender they said they had for me was destroyed in the fire. They also said they would deliver the door for my truck to me and they did not. the day I went to pick up the door it was not ready they said it was buried behind other vehicles and so I wasted my time out there not only that I had to go back again because they finally took the door off and so the delivery never happened and I had to pick it up myself. This was after paying for it in advance on their website. so if you need parts go look at them first and make sure the parts are at the counter before you pay for them.
Fantastic service getting me a replacement transmission for my '07 Ram 1500. I shopped them on the internet and called James Chavez with some questions. He took the extra time to help me find what I needed for my application, even told me what to look out for on installation.
Upon arrival at the yard, Alex HUSTLED to make sure my part was loaded out quickly, and the loading crew was courteous and extremely helpful.
Within the two weeks since I've made my purchase I have already referred a friend to them, and they treated her just as well.
James knew the price automatically and they had the part pulled and ready for me when I got here without me having to leave a deposit. They beat every price in town. T installed the part for me in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service. Highly recommend! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
Been here several times not my first choice kinda have to deal with it since the times iv been here they where only ones who had the part. There communication from front office to the back just sucks. Iv waited 8 hours for a cv axle pre paid a day in advanced waiting for call nothing! Iv sat for about 2 hours waiting on them to cut a part off a frame. They where discussing who's job it is to cut it nobody wanted to do it. Iv worked at a salvage yard for 12 years these people are lazy! Never call back or anything I have to be calling then they transfer the phone like three to four times before I get an answer most likely a lie.

Great people to work with, very friendly and attentive. I needed an engine for a 2009 Impala, not only did they have what I needed at a competitive price, they were very helpful and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone!
Terrible service I asked if they had the part I needed, they proceeded to tell me yes we have it in stock so I sent a driver to pick it up. They proceeded to tell my driver that they haven't ever got a call about the part nor do they have it in stock. This has happened multiple times to give them chances and they keep doing the same things.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I called several times in one day to make sure they had a part for my vehicle. I was assured that the part was on hold for me. I drove over an hour to this shop to be greeted by a rude individual to the left of the glass doors. The first thing he informed me was that he did not have the part and didn't know why I was told to come down and pick it up. 2.5 hours round trip wasted. I found the part on Ebay for half the cost of what they wanted (if they had the part) and received it a couple days later. Local businesses seem to piss and moan quite a bit about online business taking them under. When you tell someone you have something, but they don't and you make a trip to come out empty handed, you deserve to lose business.
Excellent experienced! Purchased a transfer case from them, which had a problem that became apparent ofter I installed it in my truck. I took it out dropped it off to them, and had it back in a day. They took it over to the transmission shop they use, and they ended up finding that the case was cracked causing one of the bearings to be displaced. Not ideal to have to install the t-case twice in my truck, but I inspected the case at the time of the original purchase, and did not see any problems with it. Obviously was not a visible problem, and they stood behind their warranty and did so promptly! Would highly recommend!
DO NOT GO THERE!!! On two different occasions we called them to see if they had a part in stock and they said its available. When we went to pick it up, it was not pulled out and when they did pull it out, turns out the part is bad. These people just don't know how to run a business the right way, it is a waste of time to deal with them, they don't know what they sell. When something comes up ones, its fine (could be an honest mistake) but when it happens twice in row, that just poor business!!!! Be really careful when buying from these people, I wasted a lot of time dealing with them.
