Order to part at the beginning of December. I got and paid for the install. I had it installed with in a day. Turns out it was defective. Next day called Ed said he would have another one brought in. Now it's January 23 ive called three time a week since 29th to see if it had arrived. Ed kept saying any day I'll contact you when it in The website says labor and parts warranty is covered. Ed never offered or mentioned labor as a separate purchase. I just showed up to the yard, and they won't give me the new part unless I bring the old one back. But I can't get the old one-off unless I pay for shop bay space while the Jeep's sitting there without an axle. So now I just paid for an installation of a defective part. Now i need to go get another part or pay for installation and bay space before I can get the new one. Ed has been rude. Pickup yard gives no options I offered a check or hold on a card till I brought the old one back. They won't refund me till I give the old one back. Either way I'm paying for installation twice and shop space to have nothing and have to do it all again once I get a part.

I was sent a broke transmission and no one is calling me back and this has been going on for about 3 months.I still have not received the refund either I will NEVER do business with this company again and I'm about to get a attorney to take them to court

Great place to order parts from! I ordered a sterring column for a 2000 Ford Taurus and Francisco found the part and it was ready to pick up within a week. I took the part to my mechanic and they needed a different sterering column and I was able to return it.. Patricia and Seth in sales took great care of me and made the return process seamless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for parts especially hard to find parts.

The worst experience i had. After payment they didn't pickup the call. And then I was supposed to pickup by 12pm and then waited till 2pm for the part. I came from 90miles away and then instead of giving me the AC compressor they gave me steering pump for my car. I had to travel back and get the AC COMPRESSOR from the back in exchange. Wasted my whole day there. It doesn't end here again the AC compressor didn't work which they gave me. I spent 400$ on labor and double checking if compressor was working which doesn't work. Now they don't respond properly and I spent 80$ on part and 400$ on labor which is all waste of time and money. Hoping for a response from them now atleast after they see this.

I found a door for my 2020 Sorento from a 2019 that did not have any scratches or dents. Paid them about $732 because about half of that was for S&H from Denver to Springfield, MO, but then unexpectedly, they credited my credit card $26 because the S&H wasn't as much as they thought it was going to be I guess. It arrived all wrapped up and protected with plastic, and secured to two pallets that held it upright. I would buy from them again, but hopefully my wife is a little more careful driving.

Website says they have the vehicle at there 60th yard but when you go there you have to purchase parts first the. Call. But when I called to order the part they do not even have the car there. They stated debited says they have it but it will list for all yard

My wife was getting ready for work and her car would not start. I had it towed to a reputable shop. After a couple of days they told me I needed a timing chain and my valves were bent. They said it would be better to replace the engine,for the sum of $12,500 dollars. I thought that was outrageous. After searching for a replacement engine, I called Central Auto Parts and got a hold of Tony. Tony was very helpful and said he could get me a remanufactured engine for $3675 . I found a shop that would install it for $2000. I thought that was a good deal. I ordered the engine but was really not sure if I needed it. After waiting for 3 weeks for the shop to get started on it I called Tony to see if he could recommend another shop. He was very helpful and told me where to take it. The mechanic there told me he didn’t think I needed a motor. I let him diagnose it for me and within 4 hours he had it running. All I needed was to clean out the throttle body and plenum . He did that for $250. I was very impressed. When I called Tony and told him what happened he said he would let me return the engine and would only charge me for freight. He worked with me on the freight bill and only charged me $200. Tony was very helpful and saved me $6000. I am very thankful for Tony for going out of his way to help me. I would highly recommend Central Auto Parts for anything you need for your car. Tony you are awesome. Thank you so much. A very satisfied customer. Randy

I have been working with Central auto parts for about four/five years now. Specifically, I have been working with Roger McCurry as my salesman. He has been the most helpful salesman I’ve dealt with in used parts and it always there to help find me the best deal with the lowest mileage. He has been able to save us thousands of dollars on some of the newer Subaru parts compared to what LKQ sells them for and I know I don’t have to worry about a clipped transmission or engine harness with a Central auto parts used unit. He has saved us many times and we are so appreciative of him. Until recently we had zero issues with any of their units parts, but when we did it was a painless experience to get it swapped out under warranty. Thank you roger and central auto parts!!!!!!

(Edited)*** for full transparency Bought a bumper for my car. The initial of call was great and the delivery was fast. I was promised the bumper only had a small fixable crack. Crack came out to be very big. The rep was out of the office so I couldn’t get a hold of him. Once he got back to the office, he called back in and fixed the situation. Communication was great, and the experience was more than decent. i’ve been working with Central Auto Parts for over three years. Disregard little issue I had. Any other experience was just great.

These folks are great! In stock part orders are ready for pickup next-day and they'll go hunting for whatever you need if they don't have it. Prices are highly competitive and will beat what you can find on Ebay. They're my go-to spot!

Terrible place will never go there again. Bought some doors they listed as grade A. I asked if I could come down and look at them in person before I bought them and they wouldn't let me "said it was a safety issue" they sent me some pictures and it showed some minor rust so he knocked some off the price. Sent someone to pick them up for me and they scratched them a ton after they took them off letting them rattle around on the cart which explains why they rushed the loading hardley giving a chance to look at them. On top of that the opposite corner from what they took a picture of was way worse so they obviously left that out. Then I tried to call them to address my concerns and they won't get back to me. They are a bunch of misleading crooks. To Central Auto Parts reply. I expect the condition to be in the same shape as the pictures not scratched and dented upon removal.... please tell me how this is a grade A door when I specifically called about rust and the neglected to show this corner of the door on the bottom inside

The people at Central Auto parts are really great to work with, especially Jeff. I messed up and ordered the wrong part. When I called and asked if they could help me, they said that they would do a straight swap with me. No restocking charge or extra labor charge. I highly recommend Central Auto Parts to anyone who needs anything for their cars or trucks.

Central Auto Parts - 2150 W 60th Ave, Denver, CO 80221 A solid source for parts in Denver. If they don't have it, they can probably find it. Don't take the highways. Take Federal to 60th. There's plenty of good Mexican food and dispensaries along the way.

Very bad communication within the company. I was told over the phone they had the part and would be ready for pick up at 10 the following day. I arrived at 10 that following day and was then told it would be another 24 hours because it's 24 hours after payment is completed which I was never told that over the phone. I paid for the part reluctantly because they are the only place that has it local and they said they would push it thru and have it done same day at 3. I was happy at this point. I called at 3 and they never put the paperwork through it was still on hold as if I had never paid for it. Then was told i would receive a discount for the inconvenience. I drive the next day "today" and am now told my Tax ID is not valid, mind you Mercedes Benz of downtown Denver has taken it BMW of downtown Denver has taken it orileys auto parts ext has all taken my tax ID and now instead of a disconnect I own them more. Worst place I will avoid them at all cost and take any route before you have to come here. Extremely disappointed.

I called about and ordered a replacement part. The rep was very helpful, verified that they did indeed have the part, but it wasn't yet pulled for pick up. The rep said that he would text me when the pick up was available and he indeed did. I called and set up the pick up, with no hassle what so ever. The lad who brought out the part loaded it into my truck bed, he was calm and very pleasant to deal withdrawal. I was impressed by the whole experience and can recommend this company because of how professional they all were.

Top notch service. I contacted Central Auto Parts looking for a tail gate for my truck (mine was stolen). The EBAY rep who helped me indicated they sold all they had listed for sale. Instead of him just hanging up he went above and beyond to help me. He looked online and found a perfect match for my truck. He sold it to me for the same price as the one I saw online. He stayed in contact with me for the next week and a half and gave me step by step updates on the status of my order. When the tail gate arrived it was in better condition than my previous one. They packaged the tail gate amazingly with 2X4s - no way it could be damaged during the shipment. All I can say I will come back to order more items and they made a very frustrating ordeal work out better than I could have imagined. Very professional, patient and customer service oriented.

Another "recycle yard" had indicated that Central Auto Parts had the parts I was looking for. A simple phone call revealed that they still had the parts, simple payment (online - this is not a find your parts in their yard) and short discussion found my part needed was the right color. They pulled the part and I picked them up the next day. I did have a problem with the part being incomplete - a phone call later it was corrected and the next day I picked up the remainder of the purchase. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED with their business practice and the parts were in GREAT shape. THANKS

I have recently become a customer, and I’ve been working with Roger. I couldn’t ask for better service ,not only did they found the correct engine for me, but spent the time on the phone to help me work through all the details. These guys are absolutely amazing and I recommend them 100%. If you ever need any parts or help with your vehicle? These guys are number one like I said I couldn’t be more impressed and in gratitude for the help you’ve given me getting through a rough situation. They’re very knowledgeable and very patient with helping you work through the process. These guys are incredible.

I wish I could deduct stars from their reviews. It would be wise to exhaust all other competitors when considering using this business. When calling upon their services on Monday, they assured me that they could provide the part. I needed to get approval from the owner and said I would call back the following day. Tuesday I called to order the part, knowing it wouldn't be available until Wednesday. Wednesday I call to go pick up the part only to be told that he wouldn't be going to be into work and I was asked to return to his shop on Thursday morning after 9 a.m. . Leary of their business etiquette I called after 9 a.m. to verify the part was at the service counter so that I wouldn't be waiting per his instructions. This is when things went sideways and amnesia set in. It was as if I hit him upside his noggin because in that moment, he, that is , the joker Luis , no longer recognized my order and had no idea who I was or what I even wanted. Even claiming that there was no employee by that name whom I had talked to each and every day . I then gave my number , by which they saw that indeed I had spoken to them but went on to say that they didn't get the part because I didn't pay. I was never asked to pay the 3 times prior speaking with them. Then the person admitted he was the one I spoke with and told me that he sent a link for payment . No true . And when I argued this point he again switches his story claiming that I must have just called a different company and denied ever talking . He did however wish to pass the link to me for a secure payment of a part not available for pick up. This company stinks. This company is run by , in my opinion liars and cheats . Hardly a place to do business if you need results.

After reading mixed reviews about this auto parts store, I was disappointed with the service I received when ordering my engine. First of all, when placing the order over the phone, I was promised that my engine would be absolutely delivered in 3 days by none other then the "amazing" Roger. On day three, I called to ask about the engine and was told they didn't even have a tracking number and had no idea when it would be delivered. I called back later that day to see if they had gotten tracking on it yet without success. I called every day for a FULL week (that is not an exaggeration, I checked my calendar) asking the status of my engine. Every time, I was either hung up on, put on indefinite hold or given no choice but to leave a voicemail for Roger. On one call when I miraculously made it through to Roger, he told me a few days was not a bad delay, that other customers were waiting going on two weeks for auto parts. I mean, I don't work in customer service or have business experience but telling someone who bought something from you that its ok, my other customers are waiting much longer then you as if that is an excuse for the delay is NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! So after all this headache, I asked for a refund. I was not willing to wait and was just plain fed up. When I called asking for a refund, suddenly, the phone system was healed and my calls were going through and I was getting calls backs the same day, sometimes within the hour to answer questions. How funny that wasn't the case when my engine was missing. I digress, upon agreeing to refund my money, Roger made a point to say they would still be taking some kind of delivery fee because the part was coming from another state even though they had no tracking on it. I refused to pay the delivery charge, stating per our initial agreement, Roger said he had the part on hand and made no mention that it would have to be delivered from a different state. I agreed on the promise that my engine would be coming directly from Central Auto Parts and not a third party who knows where. I was given the run around and told he would speak to his manager about waiving the delivery charge. Upon calling again to see if they processed the refund, I was told, yes, I would be receiving a full refund by none other then Roger. After checking my credit card today, I see that I was not given a full refund but $350 was not refunded which leads me to believe they did keep the delivery fee even though I refused to pay it. Overall one of the worst customer service experience in all my dealings and definitely deters me from wanting to buy from them again.
