If you need a Knuckle sterring and this includes the Wheel Bearing, I recommend you bring the hydraulic press to remove it because they charge you even for breathing inside their property.
They treat people very badly and have terrible service. When I entered, they didn't check what I had and when I left, they took things that I had bought for my truck, new things, and they took them from me when I left because I was stealing. Terrible service.
This place is horrible. Prices are way too high. On their website they said they had a vehicle in a spot and when I got there it wasn't. Had a different car there, then I got hassled for my entrance fee refund. They have a good amount of cars but it's not worth it, ever. Go somewhere else
Misleading and scammy is a summary. The parts are expensive, they automatically add additional warranty with out consent, they mislead you and the cashiers always overcharge for the part and they give you no option for review. Once you are charged they won't take it off. This is an in person scam place, beware.
To address the response, I ask for them to take it off and they still add it and the still overcharge. I don't have questions, I have disappointment from being ripped off.

IM A SINGLE WHITE FEMALE LIVING IN MY CAR. A MAN THAT WORKS THERE TOLD ME TO GIVE HIM MONEY FOR WINDSHIELD AND HE WILL BE BACK. THEN I REMOVED MY WINDSHIELD OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY PARKED LEGALLY ON PUBLIC ROADS. THE OWNER OR WHO EVER DRIVES LIFTED TRUCK THAT PARKS OFF PROPERTY BUT WORKS THERE DAILY APPROACHES ME SAYING TO MOVE MY VEHICLE IN 20 MINUTES OR HE IS CALLING THE COPS. SO I TOLD HIM TO CALL THE COPS. IM PARKED ON PUBIC ROADS. LITTLE DID HE KNOW IVE BEEN IN THE YARD DAILY TRYING TO REMOVE A WINDSHIELD FOR MY CAR PARKED OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY. I HAVE LITTLE TO NO HELP IN LIFE BC I. NOT FROM HERE OR HAVE FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO HELP. THE GUY THAT HUSTLED ME FOR THE MONEY TO BUY A WINDSHIELD

Over seas operators.if you looking to talk to someone from this country it's not gonna happen. No question will be answered about any part. Only way a real person is gonna answer is if your selling a car and they can't answer any questions. I'd say phone service is horrible not cause of the people but the way it is setup where no one can help

This place has terrible customer service, and never answers the phone. Their yard however is actually pretty nice when it comes to salvage yards. Lot's of good cars to choose from. Most of it is on a hard surface too, that away you're not lying in the mud so much. That's a big deal for me.

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly/respectful. Was not overly charged to enter (3$) parts were also priced pretty decently. Would recommend either looking online to see if they have the make model and part your looking for first before you go this is a great option in order to know if they do or don't have a part your looking for as well as interchangeable vehicles with same parts as well as listed prices. Would recommend to anyone looking to possibly save a few dollars and a few hours waiting for parts to be shipped.
Been here several times, but only if it's for a part I really need. They decreased the entry fee from $5 to $3 which is good. Selection of vehicles is also pretty decent. The only part I dread is the checkout process. The checkout staff is not friendly whatsoever. I got an engine and a few other parts I needed. I was unaware of the guarantee and tried to remove it after accidentally purchasing it but they wouldn't refund it back. It is automatically applied without consent, so I guess you have to let them know beforehand. Again, nobody told me this. They also charged me for several other parts that I did not get. I don't know if the checkout staff gets commission or what, but I ended up paying over $40 for parts I did not purchase. Definitely felt scammed, even the manager didn't want to do anything about it. Make sure you know what you're paying; ask to see all parts itemized. I would definitely try avoiding this place.
They won't explain what a guarantee is and if you don't get one all sales are final. I changed my mind before leaving and wanted a guarantee and nobody would help me get one. Now I'm stuck with parts.
Customer service was flat out AWFUL. I got charged $60 for a steel wheel and a trashed tire that was not road ready or by any means safe to drive on. I should have only got charged for the wheel.
When you go in and ask if they have a part.
They look it up on computer, then you pay $3 - they print out receipt and it has the section and row of where you can find the car.

This is the place to go. I needed a door for my Honda. This place is clean and in order. The lot is asphalt. The staff here were kind, courteous, and accommodating. Wendy handled my check-out and was a joy to interact with. Mike had a great attitude and helped any way he could with the process. This was a rough day. I had gotten into an accident and need to replace my door. These people made my day so much better. Shamel was kind enough to help me with things I needed to do what I needed to do, he was a MAJOR help to me. The manager Jen was super considerate, and understanding. She was concerned with my accident situation before coming in and was very kind and helpful in the way she made me feel as a customer, given everything I was dealing with that day. She runs a good location! I highly recommend coming here.
First time experience BMW 325Xi for my BMW330i. Went on a Saturday and it was very busy. Next time I will bring my own wagon or dolly. Car came in on Monday so it had been sitting 5 days, bumper was already gone, but the two doors I wanted came off very easy. I just finished swapping them at home today. Such an easy process for the price. Almost went to grab the headlights too they were spotless. There was a guy that looked up my car and told me the bumper should be the only item sold on the car so far. He was right. Then there was a lady that also assisted me during checkout. She explained everything I paid for a front door $90.99 a rear door $84.68 and a Mirror $36.99. Wasn't expecting the the mirror. Thought it was included, but still a sweet deal. Chris later gave me the core charge back for the door. She was so sweet, both ladies were so busy and were rocking out handling all the customers questions. The need a raise.

Ridiculous prices for stuff here and the old white lady definitely needs an attitude adjustment!!! She was sitting in there literally complaining about doing her job in front of the customers and complaining about the amount of customers as well. WILL NEVER COME HERE OR SEND PEOPLE HERE AGAIN. DO BETTER!!
You definitely pay. Pay way too much. Surcharges that you can opt out of, but they don't inform you while charging you. Guaranteed fitment charges on things they tell you will fit when you ask for a list of cars to match your car. Nearly 15% surcharge on your part for a guarantee on something I already know will fit. $88 total for a plastic fender. $8 core charge on a plastic fender? $17 fitment fee? They have to pay to dispose of plastic. But they'll charge you a core charge in it. This place really really sucks now. Do yourself a favor, find stuff on anywhere else if you can.
The lady at the front desk literally spent 5 minutes going through every little socket and nut and bolt I had in my bag I always carry to junk yards.. super excessive. $5 entry fee to get into yard is higher then I've ever had to pay at a yard. Yard is paved which is nice.
Front desk is extremely rude when asking about prices. I walked in not even half way through the door I was yelled at that I can't bring my child in with me. I understand rules but I saw nothing on the page regarding that. Will never be back
Today is the 2nd time I've driven all the way here only to discover it has been closed early. Staff shortages certainly suck but if this is a frequent occurrence, figure out a way to notify your customers or just change your hours of operation accordingly. Also, prices are typically much higher here than other yards in town & their facilities don't seem as clean. However, the staff is always super friendly, and that is a big plus.
They have a pretty good selection of cars I wish they just had a little bit better categories but for the most part newer vehicles a lot of them had the parts that I needed staff was very friendly easy going laid back wasn't crowded Yard was fairly clean so it wasn't hard to walk around and put all in all was great experience
