RETURN POLICY:Once service has been ordered there are no cancellations or refunds. After payment has been processed a non-refundable reservation for the equipment and equipment operator has been made. A cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of 100% of the quoted service fee. All sales are final.

They were the 3rd company I called after one said 2hr wait, second didn't answer. They answered right away and sent a tow in 20mins. I don't know the going rate for tows, so it felt a little pricey, but who knows?($256 for 13miles) It was quick and friendly service, highly recommend!!
Good luck trying to get receipts from past tows from this company. The guy loves to take his bad days out on everyone else and make it everyone else's problem. Not everyone has the time in the day to meet up in person to "get things right the first time", and he's not afraid to cuss at you over the phone. Next time, I'll get a strap and pull my car home myself.
Edit to add: when I say good luck, I mean it, especially if you're a woman. If you're the slightest bit showing any emotion outside of the "societal standard of female emotion", he will ask if you're on drugs or tell you to get on Prozac or Lexapro and start heckling you over text.
I was super happy with my tow job! I needed my car quickly moved to my mechanic because it was broken down. It was 8pm but he got there super quick (within 30 minutes) and it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be. It was a good time.
This guy made a terrible situation incredibly bearable. Instead of it ending up a rotten night, I still had a smile to give at the end of our transaction. He was extremely prompt! He did not keep me waiting at all. I think that's so important to customers that are stranded, especially on the side of the freeway, like me, with cars whizzing by at night in the dark. Even after dropping my car, he gave me a hand, getting it in a good spoit. Really, everything was above and beyond what I expected. He even made sure I knew exactly what the cost was going to be. Superb service!!
We were stranded on the side of the highway at night, Enrique found us without any issues and had amazing customer service, great advice, very knowledgeable about cars, and we felt very safe and comfortable with him!! Our roadside assistance found this company and we would 100% recommend Enrique to anyone out at night!!

My dad was stranded at Denver health due to a flat tire. Called this company and he was very polite on the phone and got to us within 15-20 mins. Got my dad’s car to his house quickly and without any issue and helped my dad park the car in the parking lot of his apt. He was very professional and friendly and we would use him again if needed!
Needed a tow when my jeep broke down on I-25 last week and when I called where to towing they had a truck my way within 15 minutes. Price seemed very reasonable and I was back home within an hour. Great experience all around
After being stranded in a parking lot, we called for help to change our tire. Not only did he change it, but he also towed us home and still charged us the same. Very helpful and kind.
The worst experience I've ever been in, this company was found by a 3rd party to tow my travel trailer. I did not find them or hire them, my roadside assistance found them. When they got my trailer delivered the driver said, " it’s been a heck of a night I hit a tunnel and I'm surprised you still have an A/C Unit, the trailer also slides off the trailer and I was able to get it back on." Then he dropped the tailer AGAIN off his tow truck and caused significant damage not only to the street but the trailer in front of my house. This company says I agreed over the phone to a damage waiver... That is 100% not accurate as I did not hire them, roadside assistances hired them. The driver after he smashed my camper into the ground said, "wow I'm so glad you have insurances." Not only did he total my brand-new trailer that I was only able to use one time, but he also continued to call and harass me calming I signed a waver (which I NEVER did) and I have been calling this work? My insurance agent and I called ONE time to ask for the owner’s insurance and he cussed us out and said he wasn't going to pay a dime for this" then hung-up on us. That was the ONLY time I ever reached out. They destroyed my new trailer, bent the frame, and so much more damage that it is now totaled, and they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. I worked so hard to buy this trailer... It breaks my heart that they have not only been horrible to work with but how badly I have been treated. I know writing this I will be even more harassed, but I think people need to know how this company operates, please be aware!
Strongly advise Where To Towing! I can't express enough what excellent service, amazing communication, and care they provided for my brand-new car when it wouldn't start or shift into neutral. After waiting three hours for another towing business that kept delaying their ETA, Nate really came through for me. When he was on his way, Nate called me again on my cell phone. He carefully picked up my car and emptied everything. He even allowed me to ride with him to the dealership, saving me the trouble of calling an Uber or renting a car. The best towing service I've ever had, and again, I'd strongly suggest it to everyone. Nate is very knowledgeable and will undoubtedly assist you.
10/10 affordable, friendly, and fast. Iman was super great and nice. He didn’t try and rip me off or charge me a bunch or crazy fees, he even gave me solid advice for looking for a mechanic. If you need a tow and good service call them ASAP
From the time we called to the time we were dropped off at Goodyear was maybeeee 25 minutes. Have never had a tow truck show up that quickly. Delightful chatting on the way and the price was fair. Thank you!!
Last week my car broke down while I was working deliveries & had to get a tow so I called Denver Where To Towing. Though they came in a timely manner and got me back to my house, right before my car was being unhooked and let off the ramp the tow truck driver locked my keys in my car . He tried for about 30 minutes to unlock it, since I didn’t have a spare, with a hanger but failed to get it. I got a call from them a few minutes later saying they apologize for the inconvenience and would help me in the morning and to call back in the morning. I did so but my calls kept getting dodged. When my boyfriend called from his phone and they answered he explained the situation and that we were still waiting to get my keys out of my car. They told me they would call me back when they had a technician but didn’t know a time frame. Never called me back and I never heard from them. I had to pay to get someone to come out and unlock my keys even though it was Denver Where to Towing fault!
Do business elsewhere they costed me so much money!!!
The gentleman that came to help was absolutely amazing!'I stuck in rough spot and I didnt have my wallet on me but the guy came out helped me get my.car unlocked for free and told me it was the good deed for the day. He didn't even think twice not helping me cause indidnt have the cash on my right away. I will definitely use this company later on in the future.God bless that guy cause some towing companies would of charged you an arm and a leg to just unlock the car but this guy came out there within 10 mins and had it u locked within the next five mins. Super fast and amazing customer service. I believe the company was owned and ran by the father and a son and they both deserve to be known for such great work they do God bless you both!
I was stranded on the highway for an hour and a half waiting for my roadside service through my insurance to show up but they never did. Thankfully Nate with Denver Where to Towing was driving by, and he stopped to help me. He was very kind, reassuring, and professional. Thanks to him I was able to get home okay. I highly recommend this business! They'll take good care of you!
If you're going to submit the cost of your battery jump to your roadside assistance for a refund, DON'T use these guys. I was told at the time of service, if I need a different receipt to let them know and they would write one out, take a photo and text it. It's been over a month, I have sent a text four times to the person that was texting me with updates while I waited for the truck to show up, but still no receipt. I was charged $85.95, all of which my insurance would refund if I could get a receipt.

So normally I don't leave reviews for anything, but after the experience I had tonight these people were a godsend. I blew out my tire heading home and one of the drivers (didn't catch the name) helped me change my tire to the spare I had with me. Super helpful and didn't charge a thing. Really appreciate the help I was able to get on random chance.
Blew out my tire, luckily at home, and he was great. Got to my place quick, towed my car to the mechanic, and charged much less than everyone else I spoke to. He was very nice and friendly as well. Would highly reccomend!!!
He cared for how my brother was doing after an accident. Easy to talk to and very personable, the best customer service I've ever had after a bad accident his first question was "is everyone okay" I can't thank him enough and the price was extremely low and fair. He showed up before he said he would, which was great because I was already running behind&before trying to load my car onto the back of his tow truck he checked to make sure there was nothing he CV would do to get my car going & when there wasn't he gave me a reasonable price!!!!II II RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL MY FRIENDS&TO EVERYONE!!!
Nate was an incredible help when my car needed a tow Sunday evening. He picked me up within 10 minutes on the way to my car, charged just $60 to take it to my mechanic, wrote my information on the key before dropping it in the overnight drop box and even offered to take me back home. Made the unexpected car trouble easier to manage!

My car wouldn't start and I know absolutely nothing about cars except how to operate them so I called Where To Towing to take me to the mechanic. It was a Sunday but he arrived in only 10 minutes. Upon arrival he diagnosed the problem himself, charged my battery and sent me on my way in less than 5 minutes, told me to drive straight to a shop and get a new battery. He could have very easily just towed me as requested and collected the much higher fee but he didn't. Now that's what I call great service with integrity!!
Our car stopped on an off ramp and we needed help. It was 6pm, in Denver and none of the 24 hour places around us were answering their phones, except for this company. They were over a 30 min drive away and were still willing to help us out. They gave us a great price and service. Would use them again!!
