Speeding, no blinker, on and off of the highway in and out of lanes. I didn't even know you can have LED brights on the rear of the truck but they had them on driving down the road blinding everybody behind them. 3/13/25 5:30 pm southbound I-25 around exit 210.
Called in to get info about vehicle and the representative didn’t give enough details -gave one word answers. He was very short and rude. Seemed to not want to answer the phone…
Your driver sucks, tailgating with your blinker to go left but merging right going 75 mph on I25. Probably the stupidest thing I’ve seen on I25 and that speaks for its self
Driver almost took out about 6 cars. Cut them all off on icy road right on the Evans and 25 bridge. He could have at least had a blinker on smh. Unprofessional.
There was some damage done to my truck during towing it a block over for short notice road repair work. Cast Iron was very understanding of the situation and reimbursed me for the damages very quickly. Their understanding, professionalism and efficiency in the reimbursement process is appreciated.
Our car overheated on I70 during rush hour and Cast Iron Recovery is who the police recommended to tow. They towed us right to the shop and the owner stayed well past close while the shop got our car back up and running to make it to Keystone. Our three kids were with us, as we were from out of town headed to the mountains, and they were offered water, snacks, and seats while we waited several hours for it to be fixed. Price was reasonable, people were friendly, would recommend if ever in the area and in a bind.
Got into bad accident. Police requested this company to be dispatched to tow my mangled car from I-25. Had no choice. The driver was rude and just started hooking up my car, not greeting me, introducing himself, telling me what was happening, etc. Just handed me their business card. Didn’t take my information so no subsequent communication. I had to contact them. Poor everything.
Had my car towed away from an accident by these guys.
They blocked both my number and my insurances number so we weren’t able to get through to release my car and pick it up. I had to call from my friends cell phone for them to even answer my calls. Would not recommend working with these losers.
On 2-2-2024 at 6pm I was driving Northeast on Morrison road, then Knox then federal and 6th ave. The whole time there was a truck from this company tailgating me about 5 feet behind, then when I let him pass he was still driving like a total jerk, cutting people off, speeding, not using turn signal. Almost like he didn't realize how easy he would be to track down......
A friend was in a car accident and we were able to track him down with the help of the terrific folks at Cast Iron Towing. They went way above and beyond to help me. Great folks!
The owner is reliable and honest. I have had excellent service here. They have provided service for a few of our vehicles. They are timely and reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Very rude,I called next day after the accident and gave them verbal ok to release my car to my insurance company. They kept possession of my car next 10 plus days and wouldn’t release it.

This company is hands-down one of the nicest companies I’ve had a pleasure to work with. They were really fast to get my car towed and they worked really fast to get it fixed. All the staff members are very nice and helpful. They really helped me with my jeep and I couldn’t be more thankful please go see them for any towing are fixing on any cars.
They towed my husbands truck from in front of our own home because the nose was barely touching a red no park zone that’s located in front of a small box on our property. No one is checking that box at 2:30am and the truck is registered to park on the street in our community. Our poor mobile home community denver cascade deals with these crooks targeting low income housing. It cost us $250 that we do not have simply because they can. If you read the reviews on denver cascade it is the number one complaint of the residents there that the tow truck company are greedy and do not care to use common sense to help the community, only want to help themselves. It’s disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves
My boyfriend and I's car got towed here and the people there were extremely polite. While we were getting the car out the people here were very cordial and overall awesome. They completely redid the back lug studs, and fixed the whole back bearings for us, and not only that, but they let us take our car out without having us pay any extra fees at all. They just said take the car and go. This place was an absolute blessing to us. Made our day as we were very happy we got our car back in better condition than it came in. :)) HUGE HUGE THANK YOU TO CAST IRON RECOVERY IMPOUND. Y'ALL ARE AWESOME!!

Fast, efficient and the best price I could find. My mechanic’s garage is a little tricky to find. So I gave them pretty specific instructions on how to get there and they still called to make sure they took my car to the right place, which I really appreciated. Hopefully I never have to call them again but, if I do, hands down will!
Have better business practices after accidents I was rear ended on I-25). My car was towed to their place, they didn’t unhook my car on the property, took my car off off property to unhook to “reset/restart” my car. After they weren’t able to restart my car they asked for another car ship to tow my car to. The kicker is that they charged me for the tow to the other shop without warning that after being unhooked I would be charged. Bad business practices.
I never write reviews but the service I received today was above and beyond what I expected. I popped my rear tire while on the 25 north ramp coming off 70 west. Called the nearest tow truck co and got Cast Iron. The tow guy, Junior, got there and instead offered to replace my wheel with my spare. He even showed me the steps on how to replace my tire so I got to learn something too. Ended up saving me $60 and taught me something along the way. Shout out to Junior and in case you're ever in need of a tow, go to Cast Iron!
Would've thought about using this business for when I move because I see the truck all the time. However, one of the employees cussed me out and continued to antagonize me in front of my house. As an educator for DPS, I find this kind of behavior truly telling of who they are willing to hire. If I was to yell at a child on my off time, that would reflect poorly on me and my school. That is the opposite of what I would want so I try to conduct myself in a professional and jovial manner. I understand that honking is jarring but there is no need to cuss at me or yell obscenities' at me from across the street. I will tell my community about this establishment and how they like to operate.
This place is the most incredible tow service in the world. We had a terrible accident and they didn't make things worse in any way! In fact they made us smile and treated us with respect!! (Unheard of in this business)
I was in an accident that was not my fault. They quickly showed up and moved my car from traffic, and towed my car to their lot. The gentleman that helped me (Vernell) was super friendly, polite, and made my experience excellent. Their charges were very reasonable too! I would definitely use them again!
My son's truck was towed here after an accident. When we went to retrieve his personal items out of the truck, we noticed that an expensive ladder had been stolen out of the back. My son used that ladder for his job. We asked several times for help and were told that they were looking at security cameras. We made several attempts to follow up, and none of our calls were ever returned. This business is very unprofessional and I would never recommend their services.
They showed up promptly in a snow storm and got my semi unstuck after the back end kicked out trying to take off on ice while I was attempting to make a delivery. The price was more than fair. I can't reccomend them enough. While I hope I don't need to call a tow truck in Denver again if I did these are definitely the guys I would call! Thanks again!

Our big old work truck broke down in the middle of Broadway just before rush hour. We called three services within 2 miles, and all of them said minimum 45 minutes, and one even hung up on us when we said we couldn't wait that long.
Martin (the owner) got to us in less than 15 minutes, and he was an absolute joy to work with. It's strange to say that about a towing company, but Cast Iron was incredibly clutch, nice, and comforting. If you're breaking down downtown or in rush hour, this is the service to call. Chances are, if you're calling a tow company, you already have enough stress to deal with.
My husband was in a motor vehicle accident this morning. Martin was towing our car and he was the nicest part of the whole process. I was very stressed out and he took the time to talk to me, communicated what he was doing and why, used please and thank you- among so many more stress relieving techniques that helped me stay calm the whole time. I am grateful to Martin and his professionalism and helping me and my husband keep things in perspective. I got in an accident on a Friday night in the heart of rush hour on I-25. Driver was amazing even drove me half way to my destination, to meet my ride home. Highly recommended and very professional.
Had a long night stuck on the highway trying to get a tow in the middle of Denver! Finally got Cast Iron to come get me. Martin (the owner) had some great music playing,we had some good conversation and he let me vent. After depositing the car in my driveway with pinpoint precision he cut me a deal far lower than I had expected! Overall far better than I had anticipated and I really appreciate it.
