Steve just saved our butts. We were stuck at a hotel downtown after I locked my rental keys in the trunk like a g.d. dope. Within 20 minutes he was at our car, communicative about his ETA, and even helped me (in my panic) with how to get in the trunk when the button in the front of the car wasn't working. This was my first business trip with this employer and they may send me on a second one now because Steve helped us out so quickly. Thank you!!!
I had an accident in the King Soopers Parking Lot. I called AAA. Jon from Ace Towing showed up with his truck. Pulled me out of the ditch. My front tire was completely out of alignment. So I couldn't drive it to a repair shop.
Jon got me hooked up and got me to my Dealership. He is a great guy. We dropped off my Explorer. Then he took me home. We talked about the Littleton area. I was impressed buy his local knowledge!
I was impressed by Jon's professionalism and friendliness.
Regarding an extremely disturbing encounter with Ace towing on July 6th at about 11PM. This company is, without doubt totally unprofessional.
The dispatch operator was rude- even ruder than the driver, who hung up the phone on me. After I waited about two hours in an Anytime Fitness parking lot in Englewood, Colorado, I was told they wouldn't show up anyway.
Tomorrow I am calling AAA, who contracts with these idiots to cancel my subscription- period!
I had absolutely wonderful experiences with both Todd and Frank. They both helped me calm down when my car was stalled on the street at different times. Both went above and beyond. Todd helped me by letting me bring my dog, and Frank helped me park my vehicle in a tricky downtown parking space. I definitely see why AAA works with them. They really made chaotic situations less stressful and both made me laugh. Thank you so much - Kate

Over $1200 worth of personal items were 'missing' from my totaled vehicle after having it hauled from a wreck. Will be filing a police report and hope whoever has them enjoys trying to sell items custom fit to me. Shady business on a 'secured' lot.

This company is a bunch of predators, they steal from customers and over charge you to the maximum possible. They charge $125 to send a letter in the mail? I don’t think I’ve had a worst towing experience in my life. Do not use them.
My college age child had fender-bender and AAA sent Ace Towing. I had asked my child to request a AAA repair service but the Ace Tow driver recommended Jewel Auto Body. I was told they have no affiliation, though Ace Towing's office is right next to Jewel Autobody and Ace has the jewel logo on their trucks. The tow truck driver informed my child that the damaged truck would be protected within a fenced lot. He forgot to mention the $200 a day storage charge. Ace and Jewel do one thing well. They rip people off and don't seem to care, young or old.
This is the worst towing company ever. Our car was towed we called and we were given a tow amount. We went to the location and the power was down in their office. The office staff told us they could not give us the car. The office staff said to give her our number and she would call us when the power was back on. We never got a call, the next morning we called to see if they were open and had power to give us the car and they were. The office told us the car was now a few hundred more due to the extra day and some letter that is $150ish that was sent out. I told her we came to get the car, you said you would call us, why are we being penalized because your office had no power. She was very rude and said the new cost to get the car again and then said, we are open till 4:30. I 100% understand that there are problems that arise in business, but I also think customer service is important and Ace has shown me they do not care at all. Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong and the problem is they just don't care because they know there is nothing we can do...
They did a decent job with information on needed to release my girlfriends car from impound to insurance. I’d imagine they get a lot of hate for the line of work but I’d say all in all they do a decent job and people are nice.
Lazy drivers here must be getting paid by the hour and don't care if they cost the company money. I wanted my car to be towed tripple A actually sent this company out. When they arrived they said that since the car had body damage they would need a police report to verify that it was not involved in a hit and run because they could be held responsible. I reassured the driver that it was not and that this damage was done by the previous owner and that I had been driving the vehicle without any problems. The driver still refused to tow it. I called tripple a and they were able to send their own truck to tow it. Still had to wait another hour because this company doesn't know what they are doing. If they don't want to work don't accept the tow!
These people are liars and they are the worst Towing company.I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. They are rude and they have no customer service skills whatsoever. They also decided to tell me that my vechicle was still there and work with meto get it out. I paid the total money that we both agreed on only to find out that all my belongings and my vechicle was gone. They have no idea what is on there lot and what is to be destroyed and what is not ready to be destroyed. 5hese people need to figure out how to keep track of other people's belongings if they are in that type of business. They also need to learn some customer service skills. They are rude and won't listen to anything anyone had to say. They think that because they have the property that they can do whatever they feel like.
I do not know how a private tow company is working as a police impound. My vehicle was stolen and when found, they towed it to their lot. They never informed me they had the vehicle and charged me for a "certified letter" that was never delivered and was somehow sent days before the police informed me of the recovery. Terrible customer service.
Needed a tow to the dealership after my car died. They were quick to respond. We thought for sure it was a bad alternator. Tommy was able to put on a battery tester and determine I just needed a battery and I didn't end up getting towed. Tommy saved the day! Highly recommend Ace and thankful for good people in the world like Tommy!
I was broken down for 5 hours (on the interstate) and no other tow company would even answer their phones on a Saturday evening. But they did, we had to wait our turn but even then It was quick. I am so thankful for Ace Towing that they were able to help me out when no other company would. Thank you.
lol this place is a joke literally stole my husbands nike duster work shoes out of my car while being on hold there. Had to pay storage fee when my vehicle was parked in public parking spot Sad how once these people have your property they can do whatever they want and when they want… Cassie rios poor customer service really bad attitude no respect Reckless mouth . Eli I believe was the one who took the shoes he was the only who had access to the vehicle after Lakewood pd taped up my doors with evidence tape. I have had to be towed a few times with my Conversion Van and Ace towing has done an amazing job every single time. This last time Tommy did such a great job getting my car so Sam's in Lone Tree that I will definitely be a repeat customer even when I don't have triple-a he was amazing! I was instructed to only grab things from my car that were necessary before towing. This was a mistake, as when I went to retrieve my car, I found my computer monitor to be shattered, and my AirPods stolen as they leave the cars sitting unlocked. They said the owner was going to call me, which still has yet to happen. He's been in "meetings" for two days straight. They towed my car which was not fully insured, and were wreckless, damaging the exterior even more. I got an estimate via pictures before towing, and it was manageable. The estimates I received after towing are many thousands beyond the value of the car, leaving it totaled.
I regretfully must revise my previous 5-star review for Ace Towing with the owner Eli. I based my vehicle purchase on his assurance to repair the oil leak as part of our agreement. However, despite having it documented, his staff displayed reluctance to honor this commitment. Subsequent interactions with the front office for paperwork and the agreed-upon repair revealed their demeanor was far from accommodating. Their attitude appeared strained, possibly due to dealing with disgruntled vehicle owners whose cars had been towed.
Unfortunately, the oil leak repair conducted by his mechanic turned out to be even worse than before. As an older disabled veteran, I had to investigate and repair the issue myself, discovering a cracked edge on the rear valve cover. Upon bringing this matter to Eli's attention and providing him with the valve cover as evidence, I requested an additional $200 solely for the cost of the replacement part, excluding labor. This extra expense could have easily exceeded $1500 if I hadn't been capable of performing the repair independently. I hesitate to inquire with his staff about receiving reimbursement for the replacement valve cover I installed myself. He instructed me to contact him in a week, stating that his mechanic was supposedly unavailable that day.
Buyers beware, I would not recommend utilizing any of Ace Towing's other services, including their body shop and mechanic services, which might have different names at other locations. It appears that the staff's demeanor, disorganization, and poorly trained mechanics may reflect the owner's attitude, making this establishment an unfavorable choice for any consumer. What began as a simple expectation for Eli to uphold his word has spiraled into a nightmare experience.
We were so appreciative of the service we received from Soul at Ace Towing. He helped troubleshoot how to get our car to the shop - the back wheel wasn't rotating so it wasn't straight forward. He got down on the ground and inspected the underneath of the car to try to figure out what was going on so he could get the car safely to our mechanic. He was also very concerned about our wellbeing. He was willing to give us a ride to the shop, but we were going to another location and he wanted to make sure we got there safe. We really felt taken care of - both our car and us. I highly recommend Soul and Ace towing.
My elderly moms car was stolen recently, and when it was found in Lakewood, Ace Towing towed it to their lot. I called and spoke with Rose and she was very pleasant and explained the process to pick up and pay for the car. When we arrived, we were helped by both Cassie and Rose. They explained that we could go and look at the car before paying. My mom doesn't get around very well, so a nice gentleman gave us a ride to the back of the lot to look at the car. After looking at the car, we were driven back to the office to pay and arrange to have the car towed to my preferred body shop. The entire process was so smooth and everyone was so nice and helpful to work with. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!!!
It is usually not fun having your car towed. I was in an accident and ACE was the company selected by DPD. The driver really took care of me and my truck and I really appreciate him for his care and concern.
I needed my lowered Cadillac taken to the dealership. They did great. Brought out a flatbed and driver who had 30+ years experience. Great guy. Car was locked with the battery dead. My car has electronic doors not normal door handles. I had lost my key (reason it had to be towed to the dealership) so they couldn't get into it to take it out of gear. They were able to take care of it with no damage to my car. Would recommend them to everyone for sure.
Front desk helpful. Helped me get all the stuff out of our car to the rental. They were helpful when they picked up our wrecked car the day before as well. They really pack cars in their lot so get as much stuff out of your car before it it's towed.
