Good prices but the parts dont arrive the day they say they do im waiting on a part since yesturday told me to call today and i did and now theyr saying tomorrow
I own a car dealership so order used engines transmission somewhat regularly and would like to save some people money frustration and time! I had a wholesaler approach me about replacing engine on a 15 mkx 2.0T and H&H here had it the cheapest. I immediately told you order from H&H I am only guaranteeing that it is installed correctly NOTHING on parts because this is not my first rodeo with them. First time was years ago on a dodge Durango transmission first I had to pay a specialist to diag because my codes weren't good enough. They send another it is worst doesn't move at all! After they tried getting me to pay for another diag I refused and explained they can come pick there transmission and I was disputing charge on my AM Ex they are great for things and reason were not truthful with product. Well this time around they told him " they have a video of engine running and they guarantee everything about it". I repeated that If we need to drop engine again he is paying labor again as I am warning before hand. Well he ordered it and guess what sounds horrible! Engine rattling misfiring like crazy smoking out exhaust. What did they come back a whole list of things to get claim approved that is not normal or just. start engine with out crank pulley pictures of EVERY stamp before engine removal! why you will see engine when returned to you? Well they sent out their own inspector and after showing him the evidence he said "That engine is just no good". I am thinking cool well get another engine well couple weeks later WE CALL THEM and that claim was denied!? So now I told my wholesaler to do same as me last time and dispute it. Once he got his money back they rush over for there engine (there notes on invoice were not very friendly). Now they had to wait until I got a replacement engine from Central only 10 days compared to there 40 days on getting our claim denied. That Lincoln is purring like a kitten now with other engine and there's is outside getting covered in snow. No worries for them they will sell it without thinking twice.
This place is a joke! I seriously feel that the news should investigate. HMMMMM? I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY OF THESE ISSUES FROM LKQ, CENTRAL, FOREIGN, STADIUM, ANY OTHER PRP FACILITIES. Places like this gives this car business a bad name so save yourself now and CALL one of the other businesses listed. Disgusting and should be ashamed of yourselves!!
I was very happy with my experience at H&H and the team in the Boothill/Denver site. They actively assisted throughout my part purchase and pickup process. Unexpected for a salvage company. They are good people to work with and will return if future parts are needed
Horrible customer service. Wants to charge me more for a core when looking to bring it in when buying the part. Thease guys must find the worst of the worst when it comes to people answering phone calls. Don't recommend thease guys. Plenty of other people out there that sell parts.
These people are thieves. They lied about their inventory, they took my money anyway, then when they finally admitted they didn't even have the part, they haven't given me a refund. I've done prior business with h&h, but this is pathetic. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business practices, don't waste your time, money, or the headache. Call someone else
Called to cancel and order that they lied about having in stock in Denver. Refused to call me back after leaving message with the sales person. I have called 6 times since.
Now, they are trying to charge a restocking fee for their mistake. Unacceptable do not do business here as I certainly won’t. I will see you in court if this matter is resolved immediately.
Wow ! Awsome experience! Miguel santimanzano was about to go to lunch and instead decided to help me out with my problem .. I truly appreciate what he did to stay behind and help me .. the other two people that are there also shared lots of knowledge. One was Jesse and I didn't get the other persons name .. but thank you guys as well! Definitely will be happy to take all!my business here .. thanks!
Terrible customer service! 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages and no response. Only after I filed a claim with my CC company did they respond. I would steer clear of this place!
Great Customer Service all around. I'll detail my story below, but in summary they were incredibly helpful at all stages of finding and receiving a difficult-to-find part
So I needed some torsion bars for my truck. Couldn't locate them anywhere. I spent weeks trying to source the part via the internet, dealerships, and companies near me, and eventually I was just calling every company in the Denver area. H&H also did not have the part. I talked with Colton on the phone and when I mentioned I can't find the part anywhere he told me he'd give it a look. I got a call back that same day and they found a part in their network and shipped it right to the store
Now since the part was too large and dirty to take an uber and since I needed it to get my wheels on the road again, Tammi went out of her way to help get the part to me. Big time help. Everyone I talked to was friendly, and beyond helpful.
Part delivered was in good condition and also came with Torsion Keys, which was a nice surprise because new keys cost like $30 per
We have been using this salvage yard for a decade at least, they have always been professional to deal with, have good used parts for a fair price. They are super helpful, understanding and willing to go above and beyond for their customers when things just don't go according to plan in the auto industry...... Thanks again Boot Hill.
I ordered door window glass from their Loveland location. It was shipped down to Denver free of charge in 2 days, exactly as described in perfect condition. When I picked it up I thought it was for the wrong window. One of the guys in the office took the time to walk out to my car with me and make sure that I was receiving the correct part. They gave me a great price on my part too. I was expecting to pay double what I payed.
Location posted a vehicle on facebook marketplace with a stock number. I called on the post that was only a week old. Sales employee explained to me that even though the post was only a week old they have had that vehicle for over a year and could not tell me anything about the parts still available. Without my vehicles vin number they could not tell me anything about the vehicle I was calling on. I already knew the part would fit, I knew what models it applied to. All I needed was to know if the part was still available. They told me there was nothing they could do for me without my vehicles vin number.
What a business model.... Called on a one week old post, provided a reference number for the vehicle parts I was interested in, and there was absolutely no way they could help me.
These guys were great. They got my parts for me And answered every question I had. I am going to be doing lots of business with them in the future. I’m buying some tires this week
Hey this place is great! Quick, friendly service. Pricing is fair and inventory is there if they say it is!! Bought a bumper from them, they don't jerk you around and will get you in and out. Highly recommend them.
