What clients say about Trade Center Auto Salvage in Delta (CO)

At first they seemed great. Ordered 4 parts and paid for them upfront as that's "company policy". Received a call a few hours later and turns out they were shy 1 part. Which they changed the order and refunded. One day later they left me a message saying they don't have another part (the main one) and they'll refund me. I returned the call and asked to cancel my order as having 50% of the parts does me no good. They said they'd do so and I thought all was good. Looking at the refund later they charged me a restock fee (nearly 50% of the remaining parts) which was conveniently overlooked in sharing with me. When I called them back to inquire they stated the restocking fee was "company policy" and there was nothing they could do. If they had actually filled the order we agreed on I could understand that, but they didn't. Stuff happens, I get that, but they customer should've have to pay when the company falls through. Ridiculous, they say they have parts, require you to pay upfront for them and when they don't deliver you end up paying for it. They can change what's agreed upon but you can't. I'd make them your last call.

Went in at the same time my brother and his wife to scrap their ca. And I had my own scrap metal to take in and he said I was to late but still took their car. I will never come here again, most disrespectful employee I ever dealt with

Trade center is amazing. Friendly staff, great parts and if they sell you a dud they will replace or refund it as long as it is within 30 days. If it is a part that isn't refundable they make sure you are highly aware of that fact beforehand. Highly recommend 10/10

Cheap parts. But they don’t get notified that you make payments online so when you show up for your parts you have to wait hrs for someone to even wonder why you are there.

Visor clip for a '98 Mercury Mountaineer? No problem. Friendly, helpful, great selection, fair prices. Keep up the good work!

I was looking to junk my Pathfinder and came across trade canter salvage in Delta. In an efficient timeframe they were able to pick up my car and salvage it for a fair deal. There staff was very professional and courteous. Any one looking to scrap a car or if you need used auto parts this is the place to go.

Had very bad experience because I called the trade center for to see how much they would give for a complete card and they said one price and then I go in there with the car and it's complete and they gave me half not even half that price and they gave me a s*** for the car not being complete but I know the car was complete so I recommend not going there go to Olathe or Montrose

These folks are professional, courteous, and on it. When the wrong parts were sent accidentally to me in Grand Junction (the manufacturer had switched to a different rear hub assembly in the middle of the year—so it wasn't anyone's fault), Robert quickly solved my problem and got me the right parts within a couple of days. I highly recommend Trade Center in Delta!

Tail light assemblies for 1988 Westfalia's were sold out at regular retail shops. Through a recommendation from Fast Eddies in Cortez, I called Trade Center in Delta. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable and found the part for me. He stayed with me through several attempts to send payment electronically. I couldn't have asked for better service. The part arrived in 4 days. With shipping the part cost about the same as a new part, which was not available. Having searched and retrieved at salvage yards in the past, I know there is labor involved in obtaining the parts and recording them. I won't hesitate to use Trade Center again.

They seem like nice people. I only had a brief interaction with them but they were pretty cool. I haven't done any business with them yet.

Horrible place, drove six hours round trip to pick up a draft shaft. My invoice clearly stated that it was a 1995 Toyota Previa. The part they sold me was a 1993. Clearly a different driveshaft. The people at the place wanted to argue and we're super rude. Stating at one point. That I was the one who didn't know what part I needed. Now I am stuck with the wrong driveshaft unless I want to drive six hours again. All around a horrible experience. Be warmed!!! Crooks

Called to see if there location had parts for my vehicle,l. The lady who answered the phone asked what kind of vehicle I had, and I gave her the information, she said that another location had the parts and gave me prices. I told her the parts seemed pretty expensive for a salvage yard and she just hung up. The used part was $5+ over the cost of a brand new one! That was very rude in my opinion, and I would not recommend this place as an option for used parts.

You weigh in scrap and the price is $65 per ton and when weigh out it's dropped $20 in less than 30 minutes to $45 per ton. And then the clam they never said that the price was at $65 per ton.

Crooks. Not cooks. Use to be cooks now it's crooks. Prices are outrages you either pay what they ask or asked told to buy new. Well new was the way to go $20.00 more and I had the part I needed. Owner in frruita is a real jerk also. Never going back to that place! Oh by the way go get the price of a used battery from them vs a new one value craft at Walmart crooks- trade center in Delta wants core plus $40. Walmart is correct plus $49.00 value craft and thats a brank new battery with 1 year warranty. Says alot of hussling people

these people were super helpful to my son. he needed a lot of parts and we don't have a lot of automotive knowledge so they helped us figure out what we needed and helped us get the parts. the office and yard help were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I will do all my business with these guys thank you so much :)

Every time I need parts for my vehicles I try and give these guys a shot but every time they fail mostly because of price and they're un willing to separate items. Got what I needed 1000 miles away $100 cheaper with free shipping to the house.

Through my own lack of research I paid $160 after taxes for a pair of used head light assemblies - that I then found online brand new for $65 for the pair... do as much research as you can before buying. I also asked her to look for a white tail gate for our blazer - she said she would not tell me the color of the parts that she had on hand as they do not sell by color (which I can understand to some degree) but when someone has to drive 3.5 hours to pick up the part it seems like telling your customer the details of the part they're wanting to buy would be just a simple courtesy....
