Hands down the best tow company around!!! They did us a few huge favors and we couldn’t be more pleased!! Real good people From the office lady to the owner. Melinda pulled up before the tow truck arrived to make sure we weren’t walking down the road to the motel! Super sweet!! Andy, the owner went above and beyond for us, we cannot thank you enough sir!! Extremely grateful for your service!! The tow truck driver, Joe, is awesome as well, gave me a ride next day for parts!! Call these guys!!! They have great prices and are so honest!!! Real. Good. Went to help a friend and his wife collect their things from their camper after they were involved in a terrible accident that basically destroyed their camper. The crew at the tow yard were very helpful with everything.
Truck batteries drained out,call Rupp's,they came very quick fired up my truck and put me back on the road...very kind and efficient service.

My truck broke down about 20 minutes outside of Lamar, Colorado. Used my roadside assistance to no avail. When looking for an alternative, I called Andy Woller Towing and they helped me out! They were nice and helped my buddy and I get back into town! Thanks to them, I didn't have to stay stranded on the side of the road!

I cant say enough good about these guys. I called yesterday mid morning needing a tow to a shop. The shop i chose wound up not being the shop i thought it was. The tow company wound up towing me were i wanted which was further without a mins notice. The rates was fair for towing my 18 wheeler. The driver was friendly and good at what he does. I will definatly use these guys again if im in need of a tow in their area. I highly recomend them. Thank you guys at Andy Woller Towing for a speedy good job and for NOT ripping me off. Our vehicle broke down in Eads and I had to use our roadside assistance. They gave me an eta and the name of the tow company. A gentleman from Andy's towing company called to find our exact location and where I was going. I had made arrangements with a shop in Lamar. I believe the drivers name was Justin, he picked us up, drove about half hour to the shop. Once there, the shop denied they could help. Seeing we were frustrated , the tow driver drove us to a local motel and dropped our vehicle. He also gave us a few recommendations of where to get our vehicle serviced. If I got your name wrong, I apologize, but we're grateful for your service.
They were great. My client was using my moving van, it broke down and he was stranded in a corn field outside of Lamar. Andy Waller Towing picked him up, took him to Lamar, then picked him up the next morning to have it towed all the way to Colorado Springs to my mechanic. I sincerely appreciate their extra efforts and really quick response. Thank you.
rude service owner hangs-ups during a conversation like a little girl does when she don't get her way. 2230.00- to haul a motorcycle. does not call out to owners that are involved in an accident.
better off to thumb it down the road then use this company.

My wife, our 11 week old baby, and I live in Denver. We were coming back from a weekend trip and our car broke down on a record high temperature day. Even though our insurance miscommunicated our location, delaying our pick-up/tow, Andy Woller's company was able to send someone before the tow truck so that my wife and son could be in an air conditioned car. They were very easy to work with and towed our car safely. We highly recommend using them!!!
I had a out of state Customer break down 64 miles outside Lamar, Co I called the owner Mr. Andy Woller and he was so kind. He on a saturday went and picked up my customer, towed her car to a shop for me, called the owner of the shop for me and took my customer to a motel, got her checked in. This man is wonderful. I would and do recommend this tow company to anyone in need of his services. Also I was charged a great rate.
Andy was a huge help. If you don’t want to feel like a burden to a tow truck driver call Andy! I called him at 2:30 on a Friday morning after sending my Camry in a deep ditch, he didn’t hesitate to answer the phone. I would suggest him any day!
This review is a little late, but I STILL think back to the weekend I drove to Oklahoma to pick up an RV that I bought online. On the way back it blew a tire. This company traveled an hour to get me, they towed my "new" RV to their shop and replaced all 4 tires for such a STEAL!!! I could not thank them enough. They got me back on the road in just a couple of hours. and then................I broke down AGAIN. They traveled another hour (twice in the same day) to get me. Turns out when my tire blew, it smacked my exhaust pipe upward, started a fire in the RV, which burned through my fuel pump line. They towed the RV back to their shop a second time and I just gave up and went home. By the time I was able to get back out there (to Lamar, CO) 2 weeks later, they had fixed my exhaust pipe and replaced my fuel pump. I am so very thankful for everyone there. That weekend was terrible enough with all the bad luck I was having, but it could have been much worse if not for these guys. Thank you all so much.
Engine problem in my 40 ft diesel motorhome, needed a tow. This requires some heavy equipment and expertise. My roadside assistance plan called Woller, and I’m glad they did.
Dan arrived just 15 minutes later, and everything went smoothly. I’ve been towed three times in the past six years, and I can say this tow was the most smooth and efficient yet.
Their heavy units are normally set up for trucks, not buses, so he had to reconfigure the pickup arms. He did this promptly, while always being very careful of the body and chassis differences between an HDT and a bus.
We were delivered to the repair shop with no drama and no scratches. I was impressed and pleased. I would request Woller again without hesitation.
Can't say enough about this company! Andy was there in a flash to get me and my kids! AND was so very nice! He arrived in exactly the time he told me and I didn't have to wait like I did for the first company which was through AAA. If you need a quick and courteous tow, call Andy!
I was in my little car and had a wreck when a semi turned in front of me striking my car on the front driver's side. Fortunately, I was not injured, but my car was not able to be driven from the scene.I was extremely upset following the incident, especially since the semi driver became quite belligerent towards me. Andy Woller Towing was called and got there quite quickly. I was so grateful to have such a kind tow truck driver to help me in the very stressful situation. The driver made sure I was alright and loaded my car and got me back to work as soon as possible. I will definitely call them if ever in a similar situation again!
Andy Woller Towing did a great job for us. My wife was in a car accident while I was out of town. He showed up quickly and treated her professionally. When I called him to look at the car the next day he was nice and helpful when showing me where the damage is and what I need to look for when getting my wife's car fixed. I would recommend Andy Woller Towing to everybody.
I have never had to use a towing company before, but due to my experience with Andy Woller Towing I would NEVER use a tow company again. My truck broke down and I needed a tow to the nearest Chrysler dealership in Pueblo. I had asked for my truck to be picked up that night, and even though the website says they work nights, weekends, and holidays, Mr Woller left my truck on the side on US HWY 287 over night. In the morning I received a text message stating that Mr Woller would be towing my truck at 0715 the following morning. My truck was still left on the side of the road at 1159, which I found out after calling and asking about the status of my truck. I had asked Mr Woller for some common customer service and to contact me after delivering my vehicle to it's location in Pueblo. Mr Woller did not take any of my information to contact me back, I thought he used the number I called from on that would have shown up on his phone. I waited for Mr Woller to call and let me know that the trip went well, there was no update. I called Mr Woller at 1624 for the status of my truck. He stated, "Everything's Fine" with a slight attitude to his voice. I told him that contacting people is part of customer service and I want to know what the status of my truck is. He replied with, "Contacting you is not a high priority for me." I told him that Knowing what is going on with my 2015 dodge ram truck is very important to me. He told me, "I don't have time for this." Then promptly hung up on me. I never did get a status on my truck, nor do I know where it is. For all I know it is still sitting on the side of the road, or in another town never making it's destination. I have never used a tow company before, but if this is the type of attitude to expect from other towing companies I will never use a tow company again. Had I known I would have received such poor customer service and lack of motivation, I would have pushed the vehicle to town myself. If you have to option to pick another tow company I would highly recommend choosing a different company, and do be aware that Mr Woller has a second tow company under another name, possibly due to the poor customer service he provides at his current tow company. The other company name is Hooks, and if you choose to use Hooks beware that you will be working with Mr Woller and sub-par service.
