My truck broke down and I called AAA. They dispatched a gentleman from Dad's Towing company. Elijah was extremely professional and took great care of my truck. He had the vehicle loaded in no time. He even took me to the parts store so I could get the parts to do my repair. He dropped me and my truck off at our destination with no issues. He was very professional and just an overall kind person. Really appreciated him taking the time and care to ensure my truck was safe and secure. He was so fast and efficient I was able to get the repair done that day and was back on the road that evening. The folks at Dad's are very lucky to have such a Rockstar on their team. Hi there! I was up in the mountains about 2 hours from home and my car had a oil leak and loss all the oil. Nicholas came and picked up my car and drove it 2 hours back home and dropped it off at a shop for me. He called me letting me know how far out he was and got to me when said he would. He also called a few times with updates about my car, where he was at, etc. He was super nice and very helpful with providing information and answering any questions I had. I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one matters.
Dad’s Towing showed up for me in a moment when I was completely overwhelmed and out of options. From the very beginning, they treated me like a person, not a problem. They listened. They took the time to understand my situation. And they chose compassion when they absolutely didn’t have to.
I am a local parent of five kids, two of whom attend school in this community, and I work here supporting children and families. The situation I was in could have financially devastated my family. Instead, the people at Dad’s Towing stepped in with kindness, integrity, and genuine care. They went above and beyond, saved me an enormous amount of money, and even helped get the vehicle safely up to my home when they could have simply said “no.”
What stood out most was how human they were. No judgment. No pressure. Just people helping people.
This company is a true asset to our community. They don’t just tow vehicles — they show up when someone is in crisis and needs to be heard. I will never forget the respect and generosity they showed me and my children.

Quoted an outrageous price ($350) once they found out AAA wasn't going to cover the pull out of a ditch. They got stuck their own truck stuck because they didn't have chains on even though it was snowing out. Because they were frustrated, they doubled the price and charged $700 to pull a car out of a ditch. Would not recommend doing business with them if possible.
I used a AAA call today to get my mechanically challenged vehicle towed up to a service provider in Loveland from Idaho Springs. Ben showed up quickly and provided excellent service. Thank you!

Our Minnesota enterprise vehicle took a crap on us in Colorado. Elijah was sent to us and he kept in touch on his location and when he’d be getting us the whole time. The vehicle wouldn’t even go into drive, but he was manually able to put it into neutral and load it up. The drive from Georgetown to Denver flew by- we were in great company! Our vehicle needed to be towed from Idaho Springs. Dad’s Towing in Idaho Springs was the AAA contact. Isiah was the tow driver. Isiah arrived within the time period we were informed. He was very pleasant and helped us out while we were dealing with a crappy situation. He drove carefully because of road work and grading changes on the trip to the dealership in Golden.
Let me tell you about Dad's towing, Friday and my customer was in a bind. They sprung into action, repaired and towed a trailer for my customer. What a great company. I was referred by three other tow companies who didn't want the job but Dad's took care of us. Tyler, this one's for you.
This towing service was very quick and smooth! Very prompt and easy communication. They were there 30 minutes within calling and sent updates and photos/videos of dropping off my car at a mechanic.
Elijah was a true Godsend! Our car broke down and we (3 adults, a 9-week old baby and a puppy) were trapped on the left side of a very busy I-70. Elijah was in the middle of another tow from the mountains to Denver. Upon hearing we had an infant in the car, he immediately said he would come to us first. He was so kind & patient, and helped facilitate getting us all to a safe location. Once he completed his first tow, he doubled back and towed our jeep to a mechanic. He texted updates with pictures when the job was complete. Thank you Elijah! We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
I needed to use Dad’s towing twice in the last week. They were very responsive and efficient. Thanks Elijah for being prompt and taking excellent care of my truck. Mike did an awesome job. He keep me updated, was professional and on time. I would abosulty recommend him. He also let me know my tires were missing lug nuts, which I had no idea they were missing on all 4 tires. I was very impressed 👏

I had an excellent experience with them today! I had a work truck that had to be towed to boulder from the idaho springs area, and it was a great experience.
Dominic did a fantastic job keeping me up to date on everything (and having to do some extra steps to get our van out of an impound lot).

After a huge snowfall, my minivan got stuck and I couldn’t make it up from the base of Mary Jane back to Hwy 40 as I only have front wheel drive. Davian was so nice and came right away, braving a crazy amount of skiiers and ski traffic to come save my kids and me and bring us back to the highway. He had great equipment, worked efficiently and we knew we were in good hands. In this severe winter weather tow truck drivers are true heroes. Thank you!
