Jason was friendly when I called and I liked that he gave me a quote before confirming the tow. Chastity was helpful in that she called to lmk she'd be later than the estimated hour wait time, and was super personable when she arrived. Idk what usual rates are for towing, but it was $175 for a 15min drive (6.2miles) which I thought was decent pricing. Giving 4 stars as I think some communication could be improved regarding payment info (for card, it's a series of texts and a phone call plus $10 fee to run it after the car is dropped off) but overall a pretty good experience. I would use them again if I needed a tow!
Do not call these people they give you one price and then they make up charges for made up mechanic hours, if you wanna get screwed called these people
Nice, Easy Transaction. They called shortly after my tow request went through AAA and promptly called me. They charged exactly as agreed. My vehicle was delivered to a dealership without incident. My interaction on the phone was very polite and professional. I would use them again.
If you’re in need of towing, these are the people to call. My car decided to die on the highway and Chaz came to the rescue like a hero with a flatbed. Fast, friendly and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. 5 stars for saving my night

Big Toe did a great job! I had a 7x14 enclosed trailer and a jeep stuck on the side of a highway in 98 degree temps the day before the 4th. They accommodated both at the same time and got me home within hours.

I have a large truck and when I broke down I had a hard time getting someone here. Big Toe was amazing!! They saw I needed help and made it happen incredibly fast.
Had a good experience working with them, after one of our truck got into an accident, we called them and they were upfront with the prices and how much it would cost and swiftly came out to the scene and got us towed where we wanted. Prices were reasonable too compared to the towing companies the cops would call. They also helped us dispose of the wreckage and spillage that was caused by the accident. Definitely will use them again if needed.
I was having major issues coordinating multiple cars. When Alejandro (Alex) showed up to tow the clunker, it was the friendliest and most painless towing experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know about this towing company but!!!! If they have contract with AAA so sorry for both! When I needed tow on last Saturday around 8:17 called AAA they send me a link for updating me when tow truck estimate comes for me said 10:32pm but after that nobody update or called me while I was tired waiting in the street for 5 hours then when I went home so tired went to my bed I believe this tow company called after 1:10 am next day asking me if I still need tow service or going to probably updating me when they coming for me for next day!Hope they didn’t claim to AAA that they towed my car!!!
This company is awesome from the gal in the office to the driver! I had my car towed to a shop that told me they could work on it, only to be told they would not. I found another shop down the road and they towed it for only an additional $10. Excellent customer service. This is the company I will use if needed down the road!

I was more than satisfied with Big Toe. Great customer service! My vehicle was broken down at the top of Eldora mountain after a day of snowboarding with the family. They gave me the best price, were able to get it down right away, and get it to their machanic shop. They had it in the shop the very next day to diagnose. They were honest about what they found which turned out to nothing. We were in a very vulnerable situation being out of town on vacation and trying to get home. They were helpful, kind, honest, and fast!!! I would highly recommend their services to anyone one of my friends and family!!!
