Mario was very professional, kind and punctual. This other tow company had me waiting for about 3-4 hours for a tow before I cancelled it and Mario was able to come to me in a half hour. He’s the guy you’d wish you called first!!

Let’s start in the! My car stopped working In the middle of the road on Sunday afternoon. It needed to be towed to the auto shop. I contact insurance and they send me a few different towing company and for the different reasons they couldn’t come and would cancel my request. It took long time, somewhat 5 hours, to find the me another company that can do this job. The company driver called me and said he is going to be there in 30 to 40 minutes. I couldn’t believe most company would say from 70 minutes to 100 minutes of arrival.But this company offered a very short arrival time and they did it. The driver was there in 30 minutes, pretty quick response, Loaded my car to his truck and brought it to the shop, took all the pictures documentations, send the pictures to me and left my car over there. I’m just going to mention it was around 10:30pm on Sunday night when the driver came to tow my car, so it was pretty late. The driver was very nice and polite and good communicator, was acting very professional, and did excellent job! So if you are looking to a company with fast response and good work ethic this is the company, Dependable Towing and Recovery Services, to go with! Best experience I’ve had! Given them 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All around great experience. From call to arrival it was super quick. My classic truck had a mechanical issue that required a tow back to my house. Mario saved the day! On the way home from work, I noticed my engine sounded abnormal. Eventually I pulled over to the side of the road and began to panic, until I called Mario from Dependable Towing. Not only did I get a reasonable price, I got the best customer service. Mario was extremely helpful, patient, and kind and immediately put my mind at ease.
