Dependable Towing and Recovery Services exceeded my expectations. I am handling the sale of my parents estate and needed to move four vehicles, each with its own unique challenges. The vehicles included a classic Ford F100 pickup that had to be carefully maneuvered into a 10 x 20 storage unit that barely fit the truck and was located on a hill. The driver had to get creative to safely position and secure it inside the unit. There was also a classic Chevy Caprice that was not running and had no keys, a Ford Ecostar van that was not running, and a 1972 Honda CL350 motorcycle that had not run in decades. All except the van had been stored in a garage for over 35 years. Mario communicated clearly throughout the process, showed up on time, and provided fair pricing. Moving older vehicles in this condition requires patience and experience, and he handled everything professionally and with great care. I highly recommend Dependable Towing and Recovery Services.

Dependable Towing and Recovery Service is run by one man named Mario whose first priority is top tier customer service. I don’t know much about car mechanics and was over charged by the first company I reached out to. But thankfully, Mario did everything in his power to make the situation right and ended up getting me a refund on the original charge from the first company. They told me it was nonrefundable but, after his job was done and he had been paid, Mario called the company that connected him to me and fought on my behalf to get me a refund. On top of that, the towing cost he provided me with was a great price in relation to the cost other companies charge. If I ever have car troubles again, I would call Dependable Towing and Recovery Services to fix the situation.
Mario was great! Answered the phone right away, gave me a fast and fair quote (it was less than the others I called), showed up in 20 minutes just like he said he would, and towed my truck safely where I needed it to go. Quick and easy. I only talked to him for a minute but I got the impression he is a good guy who loves his job and does it well. Highly recommend.

If we could give this towing company more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. We were on a road trip from MN when our truck’s transmission went out, with a U-Haul trailer on the back, in the middle of heavy traffic. Mario came to the rescue and got us, our vehicle, and the trailer safely to our hotel. Not only that, but he also drove us the next morning to pick up a new rental vehicle and trailer, helping us through the entire process. It’s not easy to find genuinely caring people, but Mario is definitely one of them. We can’t recommend this company enough for their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. This is the best towing company I have ever used. My Harley broke down at 10pm. I called him, he dropped what he was doing and came and picked me up and got it to my house and helped me push it in my garage. Incredible guy. Would recommend 1000 times over. Truly grateful

Let’s start in the! My car stopped working In the middle of the road on Sunday afternoon. It needed to be towed to the auto shop. I contact insurance and they send me a few different towing company and for the different reasons they couldn’t come and would cancel my request. It took long time, somewhat 5 hours, to find the me another company that can do this job. The company driver called me and said he is going to be there in 30 to 40 minutes. I couldn’t believe most company would say from 70 minutes to 100 minutes of arrival.But this company offered a very short arrival time and they did it. The driver was there in 30 minutes, pretty quick response, Loaded my car to his truck and brought it to the shop, took all the pictures documentations, send the pictures to me and left my car over there. I’m just going to mention it was around 10:30pm on Sunday night when the driver came to tow my car, so it was pretty late. The driver was very nice and polite and good communicator, was acting very professional, and did excellent job! So if you are looking to a company with fast response and good work ethic this is the company, Dependable Towing and Recovery Services, to go with! Best experience I’ve had! Given them 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mario saved the day! On the way home from work, I noticed my engine sounded abnormal. Eventually I pulled over to the side of the road and began to panic, until I called Mario from Dependable Towing. Not only did I get a reasonable price, I got the best customer service. Mario was extremely helpful, patient, and kind and immediately put my mind at ease. He got to my car quickly and got her to my apartment even quicker. I hope my car never breaks down again, but if it does I will 100% call Mario again!
