I’ve used Coopers multiple times now. I find they are honest, explain what is going on with the vehicle and complete repairs timely. I think it is also good to utilize a local business.

Like all other car issues, I try and tackle it myself first. After doing so, I realized I was out of my depth. This was a simply tools job, however it brought me such relief when they let me know they had fixed the issue, free of charge. That never happens! Coppers staff is knowledgeable, and cooperative. Be nice to them and it will be returned. Thanks to the team.

Professional, friendly and very personable staff. My 2014 Chevy Cruze received “the works.” Can definitely tell the difference in how it handles. I’m happy I found this place. Will definitely continue receiving service here.

Cooper’s Automotive was beyond excellent! They communicate extremely well about the inspection of your vehicle, timing for repair and are transparent on the pricing associated with it all. I cannot speak highly enough of this team! Will be using them in the future for sure!

This shop is fantastic! Truly great service and helped me extremely fast when I was in a bind with my tie rods going on my truck. Highly recommend if in need of a trust worthy shop!

One of the worst mechanic shops ive ever been too, took my car to get an inspection to see whats wrong with the car. I had someone before them run a snap on scanner on my car and it is ghe O2 sensors that it needs, this guy wants to say its going to take over 2000$ to fix the car plus whatever amount to get rid of the check engine light. What a scam of a place do not recommend it to anybody. Never should have taken my car there.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! After going to multiple other places that told me they couldn’t fix my tire, I finally came here—and they got it done quickly and without any hassle. The staff was professional, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. They saved me from having to replace the tire completely, which also saved me money. I really appreciate their effort and expertise—this will definitely be my go-to shop from now on. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here for a lot of services and I’m never disappointed or surprised. They are consistently great and service is awesome. Really informative after inspections and happy to walk you through state of the vehicle and next steps. 10/10 I never take my car anywhere else

They are the best! They are honest, friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced! I'm now planning to bring my car back to get the regular oil changes and any future repairs. After the initial inspection, they sent me images via their online portal. Then, Devon called and explained the priority concerns. I found out I had several critical issues with my 2007 Rav 4. We determined the top 3 priorities & now I feel like I'm in a new car! I highly recommend them. I believe it's hard to find honesty in most businesses these days and especially automotive repair & service shops. But, Cooper's Automotive is now my new favorite.

Few glitches . However. After another day passed awaiting for all the diagnosis mentioned and handsomely paid for. They corrected and repaired or replaced items that created the electrical problems. ( no.lights no turn signals, and no brake lights or 4 way emergency lights) This is my daughter's car she had in high school. She died from domestic violence at age 23. I will continue to.keep.car and hopefully bring it back to life so.I can enjoy car and the memories I have had of her while in high school.in Loveland,Co.

Right on the start of our week long cross country drive, we run into some car problems! Our patch job in Nevada springs a leak and creates a new trail through the rockies (with oil.) Now where are we gonna find a mechanic on Sunday? We have a long way to go to get our daughter to her east coast college. Thankfully Cooper's has us covered. Devin and Devin spots the leak, swap out the gasket, tightens some bolts, and gives everything a once over to make sure it's all safe for our trip; all within an afternoon. My daughters car is her little work of art so we made sure D & D got to put their tag on it. Thanks again Cooper's Auto, and D & D.

It’s nice to have honest mechanics. I went in for an oil change and a bad noise from my left front. I assumed I would have a big bill, but they found and fixed a minor problem with the fender at no charge. I only paid for an oil change. Thank you Cooper Auto!

I’ve been taking my Forester to Cooper Auto for a few years now. Their prices are fair and they do consistently great work - all with a smile and a wonderful attitude. I feel so fortunate I found them!

I have been coming to Coopers Automotive for about 3 years now and I have never had a better experience while having my vehicle serviced. They have always been very transparent with me and willing to work my my schedule whenever I needed. They have serviced mine and my wife's vehicles and never had any issues. The team has always been very welcoming and helpful. Could not recommend a better shop in the area for getting vehicles serviced. Thank you!

They totally lied to me saying that I needed my ignition assembly to be replaced, have it re-keyed and reprogrammed and that it would cost me over $1400!!! When in fact all it needed was to be cleaned out!!!! I specifically asked them to first check if it could all just be cleaned out to see if that worked before doing any further inspection. He assured me that they did try to clean it as a first step and it did not work and that my only option was to totally replace it. And they charged me over $80 to tell me this, which was a total lie! I got it cleaned out in less than 5 minutes and it works great. Thank God for You Tube and people honestly sharing things to try. In addition, I had two other highly regarded mechanics give me estimates for the same thing and both said if I had to replace the entire ingition assembly as Cooper quoted me it should not cost more than $700 at most. Most likely closer to $350. Yet when I called Cooper back to tell them that it is working fine after a cleaning and requested get a partial refund, he refused. I understand that he has to pay a mechanic to do an inspection. But obviously either the mechanic did not try to first clean it out, as I specifically requested which would have taken less than 5 minutes OR they are lying. This is just so wrong.

I've been coming to Cooper's for years with all our vehicles. The staff are always friendly and honest, and I feel I can really trust this shop. They always stand by their work, and won't Nickel and dime you.

Max and everyone at the shop was great. They were very thorough about making sure the repairs were done correctly and were very communicative through the whole process. Looking forward to working with them again for my next oil change!

We had two tires blown out after getting run off the road. Coopers mounted and balanced one new tire the day before our scheduled appointment, so we could have 4 working tires and avoid a towing charge to get to their shop. They mounted and balanced the rest of the tires, plus an alignment; our car was ready in half a day.

I was traveling on vacation and was 15 hours away from home. Had family in the car and was visiting friends and enjoying the flat irons. On our way back through the mountains on a Saturday evening we started hearing a loud racket coming from the driverside front tire. The Shop was open on Sundays! The shop had just started being open on Sundays too! We were able to schedule an appointment online and they were ready for us! Walked right in to a very clean and tighty shop. Meet the Service Advisor Devin Walsh, and he was very understanding and willing to help look at the vehicle and give an estimate for repairs with in a few hours, or offered us to wait on it and would do it right then! I was blown away at that alone. However we dropped it off so they could have time with the vehicle and inspect it properly without stress. We got a call a few hours later stating the problem which was loose lug nuts. Gave us the explanation as to why and offered some resolution. When I arrived they let us come into the shop where all the mechanics were to see the vehicle up on a lift and then continued to explain our situation. The other mechanics were nice and welcoming as well. They had nothing to hide and made us feel comfortable while inside. We decided to have them inspect all the tires and ensure the lug nuts were tight. They also did a spot inspection to ensure the rest of the car was great. Here is the amazing thing! It was all free of charge! They were very helpful and didn't take advantage of us at all. So conclude with this..... This shop is professional, courteous and sensitive to the needs of the customer. I visit this city at least once a year and now feel confident as to where I would take my vehicle if I every have issues again. I would highly recommend this shop!

Devin was great! My check engine light came on and he did a full inspection for me, explained everything thoroughly, and did not try to give me anything I didn't truly need. Even suggested i take it to my dealership for my specific problem. Highly recommend coopers!

I'm very mixed on Cooper's Automotive. I brought my vehicle in for a gremlin related to the engine stalling at red lights and stop signs. It's intermittent and I've already taken it to the dealership and they blamed a bad tank of gas. After some research, my vehicle make and model has a well documented problem that is usually caused by the Crankshaft sensor. After talking with Devin, he said they would not replace the part without seeing the issue. Fair enough. They kept it for a day and they did some much needed oil change and some brake work as well. I'm very happy with that. Devin said they would schedule some time with the shop foreman today. During the week I was able to capture a video of the problem. When I showed up this morning, Devin was not at the counter (No big deal, people are allowed days off) but the gentleman behind the counter said that I was bringing it in for some brake and rotor work. I had to explain that, no, that was work that was already done and I was there to diagnose the gremlin. They gentleman behind the counter then lost all interest in the conversation. They asked that I send the video to Devins email. To me, it didn't appear like Devin was in the shop today but fine. Maybe they have access to Devin's email. I get a call a few minutes ago and my options are now to wait until the problem becomes more consistent or they can replace all six parts it could possibly be. So we've gone from not willing to replace a single part, to replacing every possible thing it could be, or doing nothing and paying 280 dollars for the privilege of it. I think these guys probably do quality work but it's frustrating not having a consistent service rep. Additionally, them not willing to swap a specific part but following it up with saying we can replace all six things it could possibly be (including the part requested) makes it difficult to recommend them. Update: They didn't charge me for the second diagnostic. So, much of my gripe is alleviated. That said, I'm still frustrated by the change in tone from not replacing anything to saying they would only replace everything.

Got my truck towed to Cooper’s on a Friday afternoon and they had me taken care of and out the door back home by Sunday morning. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a lifesaving service from a highly professional shop.

I went to several individual mechanics and a car shop to try to fix an electrical ignition problem I had when starting my car (made a whirring noise). All of them told me that I shouldn't worry about it as they thought that was normal or pointed to a mechanical part. As a last resort, I went to Cooper Automotive, for the first time, to finally find a solution to my car problem. Max from the front desk really took the time to hear me out and was very professional. Max and Cooper's technicians found the root cause of my car problem and solved it in a timely manner. I'd recommend Cooper Automotive for all of your car needs as they have an extensive array of car services.

I can’t say enough good things about Coopers Automotive, and especially the team of Devin and Brandon. After a recent oil change and tire rotation at the dealership, I noticed a concerning noise coming from the front left side of my car. I was worried it might be something serious, and to my surprise (and relief), I found out Coopers was open on a Sunday. Devin and Brandon were incredibly kind, professional, and quick to help. They discovered that the dealership had failed to properly torque the lug nuts after the tire rotation—a potentially dangerous oversight. Thankfully, they addressed the issue immediately and had me safely back on the road in just 10 minutes. Even more amazing—they didn’t charge me a dime. Their honesty, efficiency, and customer-first attitude truly impressed me. I’ll absolutely be returning to Coopers Automotive for future service and 100% recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care. Thank you, Devin and Brandon!

Well, we thought we had our go-to automotive repair shop figured out, but now will be making a switch. My wife brought her car in for an alignment and was told that she needed an $1,800 repair. If she didn't get the repair done in the next month or two, her new tires would be ruined. Of course we got a second opinion which revealed that there was nothing wrong with her car. When we called Cooper's back with the information from our independent inspection, after a lot of back and forth on the phone, they agreed that the work wasn't required, and that her car meets all manufacturer's standards as is. They claim their standard for alignments is higher than the manufacturer's own standards which is pretty ridiculous. Many other people would have just paid the $1,800 without questioning it thinking there was a problem with their vehicle. I wonder if I would have been told the same thing if I brought the car in, or if the "diagnosis" changed because it was my wife. Very disappointing.

This is the first time I’ve been to Cooper’s and have been incredibly impressed with their service, professionalism and plan to continue to bring my vehicle to them for all future auto needs. Both Brandon and Devon were fantastic! And I am so appreciative of their willingness to provide round-trip rides through Lyft!!! I’ve never been to a mechanic that provides that option. They are just awesome!!!

I've taken my 10+ year old Prius to Cooper's Automotive twice now, and will keep coming back. These guys are very efficient, it's super easy to set up an appointment, and they give you a very clear breakdown of recommended services with photos, which helps me understand their recommendations better. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Cooper's Automotive is a great shop with trustworthy mechanics over some other shops in the area. I had an issue with my windshield wipers not working and was pulling my hair out trying to figure it out. I was checking and replacing fuses, the instrument cluster and the wiper motor nothing fixed the issue. I also took it to a certain shop with the initials CB and they quoted me $1600 for a faulty fuse box even though the only electrical issue was the wipers. On top of that the OEM fully loaded fuse box was $300 on the dealer's website the other shop quoted me $800 for the part and $800 for labor. Enough of me ranting about those pesky Brothers though, Cooper's hooked it up they repaired 5 or 6 line items for $1800 and sent me home with working windshield wipers and cold air in the A/C. These guys have a no short cuts approach and it shows and I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Below is the perfect example of their no shortcuts attitude. About a year and a half ago I had a remote start installed on my truck took it home everything was great. A few days later it was snowing and I couldn't get my wipers to work. Turns out whoever installed the remote start did not plug the harness in all the way, Cooper's found it unplugged it and plugged it back in and everything was back to normal. Because they were thorough in their work I paid $1800 for 6 repairs instead of $1600 for one repair that would not have fixed the issue. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and choose Cooper's Automotive.

Coopers is the only automotive shop my husband and I trust with our cars. We worked with Devon last time and he was great! They are very thorough and will always call with pricing first if something needs to be fixed. They even send a follow-up text the next day to check in which (in my experience) doesn’t happen with larger automotive places. Would highly recommend!
