We were the victim of the recent Diesel fuel mix up at Costco and required a tow for our disabled vehicle. Louisville Tire recommended USA Towing and I couldn't be more happy that they did. From my first call with Amanda to book the tow to Chuck doing the actual tow the experience was 5 Star. The booking was simple, Chuck was on time and was extremely professional. Not to mention that their price was very fair and cheaper than the other company I contacted. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Amanda and Chuck for a great experience!

Nick was tow truck driver and saved the night! Got two flat tires said he’d be there in 30 minutes got there in 20… Was so nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
This place is horrible, if u want bad service and wanna be charged $1,000 just to get your personal belongings out of your vehicle this is the right place for u .... they basically searched and went through all my personal belongings (insurance, car payments and all my school stuff) without my permission. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST ... I don’t recommend anyone uses this company.. I was never informed that I wouldn’t be able to access my personal items after car being towed away from a car accident.... I walked in asked nicely to get my personal stuff I needed for school and all I get back is this lady cussing, threathing me etc ,.... my friends were scared.... MY social security is in my car and my birth certificate AND yet I still couldn’t get those items out
