I went here for a battery. I returned my old one but apparently you get charged a "core" in addition to the 250 dollars. So it just negated my return which I thought didn't make sense. Then I needed to replace the battery wires and they only had the non starter side.

The employees at this location are so nice and helpful! They offered to install my windshield wipers after my purchase and I was happy to oblige!

When the battery died on our industrial catering van before a big job, the folks at Advance took amazing care of us. They went above and beyond to get us back up and running, even with a vehicle that they don't see a lot of. Grateful for the grit and tenacity for this team. They saved the day!

Sold a battery and then was told they couldn’t return it because it was used when it wasn’t took like 5 trips back over a span of 2 weeks to get it sorted out for a return employees were unwelcoming and unhelpful and the manager Cole was even more incompetent unhelpful and cocky frankly couldn’t do anything himself not even print a receipt or look up a transaction it’s astounding. Will never come back to this location especially and will also avoid advance auto parts from here on out

Owner: Do not bother copy and pasting your apology letter if you aren’t going to respond intentionally. I did my first oil change today on my own and stopped at this location to drop off my old oil. After getting directions from one of their employees, I was walking to the back (into what felt like an employee-only zone) and saw another employee (named Lee) and so I said “ I have some used oil” pointing at the jug in my hands. Clearly, I was asking for some guidance. Lee responded, “Cool story bro.” only after I started walking away while shaking my head did Lee feel inclined to help. Listen, some people did not grow up working on cars and are just now doing their best to work on their own vehicles. I am already a bit, insecure, self-conscious, and lost when I walk into an auto parts store. It is woefully unhelpful for that environment to not only be unwelcoming, but also to be belittling. Do better. This might be idealistic, but I really do think workers and people in the store have an opportunity to create an environment where people feel encouraged to work on their cars and feel safe, asking seemingly dumb questions. Recognize the impact you have on people.

This is a fantastic place. The store associates are super friendly and do everything possible to help you. Also, one of the few places that still collects used oil and coolant (try that at Napa....). I'm always happy to go there.

Employees are awesome. Found exactly what I needed. Even offered to bring the jump box out to my car for me. I'm handicapped and that just about blew my mind. In the last 18 months nobody offered to carry anything out for me. Quite impressed!

Great customer service in the morning while ordering a part with an older gentleman, he looked at when the part I ordered would leave the distributor in commerce city and when it should arrive and told me to return around 4pm to pick it up. I returned around 5pm to give it some time to get there, I was greeted by a man around his mid 30’s with dark/black hair when I returned. He walked to the back and returned instantly, he started asking if anyone had called me and interrupted my answer to say that if no one called me then it’s not there as if he already knew he was the only one there didn’t call me. I was never told I would be called and was told to return at a certain time. I asked to see if he could make sure my name and number were on the order because I only remember leaving my name with the man earlier and that I wanted to make sure they would be able to call me. He rushed through me asking and started to walk away while saying “if no one called you, then we don’t have it” two more times. I wanted to make sure I hadn’t spent 200 dollars on a full throttle body assembly and wouldn’t get a call. I found his demeanor and the way he handled the situation unprofessional and rude and I will likely not return. I live closer to a Napa and preferred to go to Advanced Auto parts instead, I don’t think I will make that mistake again.

Really unpleasant and unhelpful customer service from guy behind the counter today. I've had to go to 6+ auto stores looking for the right parts that are out of stock, every other store was a lot more patient and helpful.

This store has dopes for employees and higher prices than anywhere else and they won't take returns on faulty new products even with a receipt. Just go online you'll get the same stuff for cheaper and not have to deal with the high-school dropout employees.

I bought a fuse tester from here and tested it out right in the parking lot. The item was defective and didn't work at all. I immediately took the item back into the store, explained that it didn't work and wanted to return it. They refused and said they won't take returns on anything electrical. What is that? The item was broken new out of the box and i never e en left the store and they wouldnt take the return with receipt on an item i literally just bought 3 minutes prior. Wal-mart or Amazon would have no issue with this so I will be shopping there from now on for my auto parts needs. The employees where totally clueless as well.

This store has decided to close early despite what the hours show online. I placed an order for a part and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. I drove from Erie only to find that the store was closed at 6. We needed this part to fix my daughter's car so that she could have it for the next day. I was at the store at 6:55 and the lights were all on. There were 3 cars in the parking lot that were obviously employee cars. I sat in my car for more than 20 min finding another store that was open that could sell me the part and no less than 8 customers attempted to enter the store. I understand that stores are having staffing issues but if this is a staffing issue then why are employees still at the store almost 2 hours later? And why have they not changed their hours online?

Look- I originally avoided this store becauseof some of the pressure you could get on check out to purchase more items, but that has changed completely. Now that I am working on a project truck my need to be able to run out and get everything from small odds and ends to larger ship-to-shore parts like an exhaust system has become much more paramount. This shop has friendly, helpful staff who can help get me what I need quickly, accurately, and relatively inexpensively.

Usually have killer deals on clearance tables. Are lots of unbelievable great prices. Would give 5 star's but generally the staff is under 21 and have very little knowledge of much of anything. However if owner or other 30+ guy is there service is outstanding.

My day was made and completely reinforce my faith in the customer experience. A smile and a great attitude will make a business shine! They had both!!! Kudos to each employee we dealt with, almost all of them and also the manager who has obviously put into place some great systems! Sorry I didn't write this earlier it was a few month ago!

I called this morning to inquire if they would recycle a battery. John answered the phone and said they would take the battery and give me $5 for it. After arriving at the store a female clerk asked me if I would like $5 in exchange for the battery and I agreed. Next she handed me an In-Store Credit Card valued at $5. I said I was offered money not credit. She did not respond. John overheard and said he made a mistake but did not offer to remedy it. I left the store and returned 30 minutes later and spoke with the manager, and told him that twice by two different employees I was offered $5 but did not receive it. He then pulled out his own wallet and searched for a $5 bill and gave it to me in an arrogant fashion. I reached out to give him the Credit card back and he snidely said he didn't want it. I left it on the counter. Quite a culture of misrepresentation on something extraordinarily simple. Too bad I won't get to see what happens when real money is at stake. They throw away a customer over a silly $5?
